The first World Trade Center bombing was provocateured by the government. In 1993 the FBI planted their informant, Egyptian Intelligence Emad A. Salem, within a radical Arab group in New York led by Ramzi Yousef. Salem was ordered to encourage the group to carry out a bombing targeting the World Trade Center’s twin towers. Under the illusion that the project was a sting operation, Salem asked the FBI for harmless dummy explosives which he would use to assemble the bomb and then pass on to the group. At this point the FBI cut Salem out of the loop and provided the group with real explosives, leading to the attack on February 26 that killed six and injured over a thousand. The FBI’s failure to prevent the bombing was reported on by the New York Times in October 1993.
In his essay Fifty Years of the Deep State, researcher Mark Gorton suggests that the 1993 World Trade Center bombing was a false flag attack carried out at the behest of George H. W. Bush to facilitate the 9-11 operation:
“The 1993 WTC bombing created the necessary pretext for a massive engineering upgrade of the WTC complex. The purpose of the 1993 WTC bombing was not to bring down the WTC. A truck bomb could not bring down a structure as large as the WTC. The purpose of the 1993 WTC bombing was to create a rationale for a “security upgrade” of the WTC complex. And for this purpose, the 1993 WTC bombing succeeded perfectly. According to Alan Reiss, the PANYNJ’s World Trade Center Director, “After the 1993 bombing, we implemented a ten-year redevelopment program. We were spending a half a billion dollars on upgrades. It was an engineer’s dream”. After the 1993 bombing, the PANYNJ brought in Kroll Associates to do a “complete security analysis”. The executive director of the Port Authority emphasized the importance of Kroll’s work at the WTC by saying, “We have such confidence in [Kroll] that I have followed every one of their recommendations. The person who led Kroll’s work on the WTC was Brian Michael Jenkins.”
The February 26th, 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center – when six people were killed, and over 1,000 injured, by a 1,200 pound truck bomb assembled and detonated by the FBI was the first major staged terror event blamed on Muslims.
The bombing was orchestrated by Emad Salem, an Egyptian intelligence agent on loan to the FBI’s New York Bureau. Salem’s job was to recruit useful idiots and patsies for the FBI’s plot to bomb the World Trade Center.
But Salem believed the whole thing was just a sting operation. He was told that the “bomb” the FBI would supply was going to be a dud. But not being stupid enough to fully trust the FBI, Salem secretly recorded many of his conversations with his handlers.
When the devastating explosion rocked the WTC parking garage, causing so many deaths and injuries, Salem was furious. He surreptitiously recorded a conversation with his FBI controller demanding to know why the FBI hadn’t used a fake bomb as it had promised.The transcript quotes Mr. Salem as saying that he wanted to complain to F.B.I. Headquarters in Washington about the Bureau’s failure to stop the bombing, but was dissuaded by an agent identified as John Anticev.
Mr. Salem said Mr. Anticev had told him, “He said, I don’t think that the New York people would like the things out of the New York Office to go to Washington, D.C.” Another agent, identified as Nancy Floyd, does not dispute Mr. Salem’s account, but rather, appears to agree with it, saying of the `New York people’: “Well, of course not, because they don’t want to get their butts chewed.”
Some of the patsies blamed for the 1993 bombing were completely innocent of any involvement. For example, Mohammed A. Salameh returned three times to the Ryder Truck Rental demanding a refund of his $400 cash deposit on the truck the FBI blew up. Had he been a terrorist who knew he had rented a truck that would be used as a bomb, he obviously would not have done that.
The historical significance of the FBI’s bombing of the World Trade Center was not yet apparent in 1993. Since the internet was in its infancy, few learned that the FBI, not “radical Islamic extremists,” was the culprit, And nobody realized that a tidal wave of false-flag terror was about to wash over the world, drowning freedom and prosperity, launching Orwellian endless wars, and turning Western nations into militarized police states.
Professor Lance DeHaven-Smith has pointed out that State Crimes Against Democracy (SCADS) are typically misunderstood as stand-alone events, when actually they are part of chains or series of linked events. For example, despite obvious circumstantial evidence that John and Robert Kennedy were killed by the same people (right-wing US military and intelligence personnel backed by conservative oligarchs) for the same reasons (to maintain the Cold War in general and the Vietnam war in particular – and perhaps to enable the Israeli bomb) the two assassinations are “seen as entirely unrelated.”
Forewarned Bombing of the World Trade Center
As detailed in several books written by former federal agent Rodney Stich and his coalition of former intelligence and law enforcement personnel, the bombing by al Qaeda master bomber, Ramzi Yousef, occurred despite the fact that FBI officials had advance information provided by a female FBI agent and her sources:
- That a bomb was being fabricated in a self-storage area in Jersey City, New Jersey.
- The names of the bomb fabricators.
- The Jersey City residence of the al Qaeda bombers.
- Warning that a terrorist attack was in the making.
Reprimanding the FBI Agent Providing Advance Information of Bombing
The only reaction was to reprimand the female FBI agent, promote the incompetent FBI supervisor, and discontinue use of the valuable Middle East cooperating source that provided al Qaeda information.

False Criminal Charges and Prison for Another Government Agent & Reporting Drug Trafficking Funding Al Qaeda Members
One of countless other government agents who paid a heavy price as DOJ prosecutors retaliated against him for exposing drug smuggling that was protected by politicians was INS agent Joseph Occhipinti. His story and the sordid corruption of DOJ officials are described in the book, Drugging America. A brief thumbnail overview is given here.
Occhipinti was a key figure in charge of a multi-agency drug task force in the New York-New Jersey area, and constituted a threat to Dominican and other drug traffickers (including the drug trafficking of the group that later bombed the World Trade Center in 1993). His actions disturbed New York politicians, including New York City mayor David Dinkins (and surely some at the federal level),
DOJ prosecutors charged Occhipinti with violating the civil rights of a bodega owner by not first asking for permission to investigate for drugs, something that Occhipinti denied. DOJ prosecutors and a black female federal judge, Constance Baker Motley denied Occhipinti the right to have numerous witnesses appear during trial.
In another example of the harm that a naive or biased jury can bring about, Occhipinti was judged guilty and sentenced to federal prison. That halted the drug interdiction activities of other federal agents.
Under Mayor David Dinkins, crime skyrocketed, which was reversed by the succeeding mayor, Rudolph (Rudy) Giuliani. After that task force head was sentenced to a long prison sentence, other agents in the New York-New Jersey area pulled back on interdicting drug traffickers, including the members of the al Qaeda group.
The drug trafficking of the Hoboken, New Jersey terrorists that subsequently bombed the World Trade Center in 1993 might have been facilitated by the Department of Justice actions again Occhipinti. The people being targeted by that joint task force head Occhipinti had hampered the fund-raiding abilities of various drug groups, including al Qaeda operatives that obtained funding from the drug sales.
Unfortunately, the criminal cabal that has hijacked the DOJ and the US government do not want do-gooders like Occhipinti thwarting their drug smuggling operation or spoiling their false flag terrorism plans that are meant to induce enough fear to scare us into giving up our freedoms so the evil cabal can install their world dictatorship.
So the chain of false flag pseudo-Islamist terror all started back in 1993: All following the blueprint drawn up by Netanyahu and his guests at the 1979 Jerusalem Conference on International Terrorism (JCIT).
Back at 1982, at San Francisco State University, Philip Paull wrote a brilliant MA thesis explaining how, in the words of Nafeez Ahmed:
“…a group of powerful elites from various countries gathered at an international conference in Jerusalem to promote and exploit the idea of ‘international terrorism.’ The (Jerusalem) conference (on International Terrorism, or JCIT) established the ideological foundations for the ‘war on terror.’ JCIT’s defining theme was that international terrorism constituted an organized political movement whose ultimate origin was in the Soviet Union. All terrorist groups were ultimately products of, and could be traced back to, this single source, which-according to the JCIT-provided financial, military, and logistical assistance to disparate terrorist movements around the globe. The mortal danger to Western security and democracy posed by the worldwide scope of this international terrorist movement required an appropriate worldwide anti-terrorism offensive, consisting of the mutual coordination of Western military intelligence services.”
According to Philip Paull, Bibi’s guests at the 1979 JCIT Conference were: “Present and former members of the Israeli and United States governments, new right politicians, high-ranking former United States and Israeli intelligence officers, the anti-détente, pro-Cold War group associated with the policies of Senator Henry M. Jackson-a group of neoconservative journalists and intellectuals-and reactionary British and French politicians and publicists.”
A decade later, the Cold War ended. A few years after that, the February 26th 1993 World Trade Center bombing launched the JCIT-hatched “War on Terror.”
Ashton Carter, the Secretary of Defense at the time, and Philip Zelikow, the expert in “construction and maintenance of public myths,” collaborated on a 1998 article in Foreign Affairs magazine that displayed their foreknowledge of 9/11. In that article, using the 1993 WTC bombing as their springboard, Carter and Zelikow speculated on the likely results of a massive Pearl Harbor style terrorist event such as the destruction of the World Trade Center.
Such a New Pearl Harbor, they said, would split time into a before and an after. The after would be a militarized gulag society that could easily be stampeded into a series of wars against any obstacles to Greater Israel’s regional hegemony.
