Competitive Advantage
The level of competition for ThePatriotConnection depends on the particular solution among the several ThePatriotConnection is offering. For instance, ThePatriotConnection offers a social networking solution (Patriup) free of censorship and built to protect ones privacy and has competition from other alternatives such as Gab.com, Telegram, Minds.com, MeWe.com, and Diaspora.com that have popped up to combat censorship. However, these options are only Facebook/Twitter alternatives. Gab, it appears to me, has the best alternative and stands out with Gab TV added in 2021 and a good mix of followers. The Gab store is weak, however, selling only their own merchandise. Patriup’s store will try to reach a wider market with mutliple dropship items that appeal to patriots (Made in the USA products, patriotic, etc.), preppers and homesteaders, and natural and organic health enthusiasts.
In addition Patriup’s competitive advantage will be the platform’s various offering of user functionality. While having the basic functionality of all major platforms, differentiating functionalities will allow users to (1) livestream, (2) add events to the event calendar, (3) add products and services to the marketplace, (4) offer or search job listings on the jobs board, (5) create their own ads to advertise on the platform, (6) create their own blog, and (7) a live chat / messengering system.
Patrio.tv‘s competitive advantage is similar to Patriup in that the differentiator is its various functionality. Livestreaming is a function that Rumble plans to add, but currently doesn’t offer (as of mid-June 2021). Top competitors Gab TV, Bitchute, Brighteon, Odysee, nor UgeTube offer it. It’s desired by most vloggers, but not found on many YouTube alternatives. Patreon offers a platform for creators to get paid directly by their fans via subscription or one-time donation, however Patreon does not network and tie in similar, like-minded creators together as ThePatriotConnection will do. They also have censored many conservatives. In addition, if there is a platform outside of YouTube in the conservative segment that offers as many ways to monetize, I’m not aware of it. Patrio.tv is built to benefit the content creators, ultimately benefitting The Patriot Connection.
HistoryHeist is very unique as a modern history project that is searchable chronologically or by topic. Add in the Wickedpedia terms that are clickable anywhere on the site to bring up a tooltip-style summary, an image or video, and a “Read More…” link and it becomes the ultimate history website. Unlike Wikipedia, Wickedpedia will be referenced to the editors profile and editors will be approved based on credentials and ability to think critically and unbiased. The same for the history editors. Editors can share in ad revenue to their content or provide content that is pay-per-view. For example, a well, researched book author may provide a teaser version of a chaper from his book that covers some of the content, but offer a full version as a PPV article. Or, he may choose to skip a PPV article and just add a link to try to sell his book that covers the book more thoroughly. The goal is to allow truthseekers to find suppressed content, not necessarily provide all of the answers on the site.
SWOT Analysis
Strengths – The ThePatriotConnection platforms are designed to make content creators money more so than any other platform available and provide them and the users all of the best tools available to interact as a community. It will promote free thought and free speech, not suppress it.
Weaknesses – Management, though quite familiar with the conservative segment, is new to online subscription and management businesses and not a programmer – only an entrepreneur filling a need. Recognizing this, I am seeking to partner with an investor with a technical resources and/or multiple connections in the truth community who can compensate for my weaknesses.
Opportunities: Believe it or not; recognize it or not, there’s a powerful group of individuals (not just the leftist democrats) that have sought power over the world for centuries. These secret societies have rewritten much of our history, and continue to censor information in the technology error. While they may decieve many to join their destructive agenda, many more millions than those that currently are awake and aware, will look for answers regarding who, what, where, when, why, and how did we get to this point. ThePatriotConnection will be a crowdsourcing of the truth led by experts.
Threats
Because the power elite are so powerful, there is the threat of smear campaigns, working with, bribing ISP’s and other internet organizations to slow the site. Searches will be shadowbanned and algorithmically lowered on the big tech platforms.
Organization and Management
Lee Floyd is the founder, website administrator, and President of The Patriot Connection. I am an entrepreneur that started an importing business in 2004 called Golden Link Trading. In 2005, after negotiating an exclusive US / Canadian contract for distribution of the Titan gyms (now Tytax) with a business partner that introduced me to the manufacturer in Poland, we started Fitcore Inc., and developed that business until unresolvable issues with that partner deteriorated in 2008. Simultaneously, I developed a line of furniture with another business partner in 2006 to form European Furniture Designs which was disolved in 2011. I started Impulse Fitness as the exclusive distributor for the Titan gyms following Fitcore’s dissolution, but with limited budget than needed it was best to become the US agent for the manufacturer, which I began in 2014 through the present. In 2016, I began to build the chronological and categorized pages of HistoryHeist.com and it has evolved from there to include Wickedpedia.wiki, Patrio.tv, and Patriup.com. I also own a patent on a home gym device.
After discovering the lies and cover up of the 9/11 false flag attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon around 2010, I began researching and compiling a chronological history of events that did not occur as we have been told. My research matches that of many others; that the conspirators have long promoted lies to cover their many conspiracies to manipulate education, politics, medicine, art, science, archeology and many other areas and vilified those who have tried to expose their corruption. There is certainly a spiritual aspect to this battle of truth and the forces of evil want to bury our history of liberty and Christian heritage. I am not a historian, but have spent around 15,000 hours of research diving into books and articles by historians, investigative journalists, and researchers that are digging up the truth. The Patriot Connection websites are a solution to the powers-that-be’s efforts to hide truth from we the people.
