The first of three scheduled debates between Trump and Biden took place on Sept. 29 at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. “The format for the first debate calls for six 15-minute time segments dedicated to topics announced in advance in order to encourage deep discussion of the leading issues facing the country,” the commission stated in a news release a week before the event, under the headline “Moderator Announces Topics for First Presidential Debate.”
Trump knew presidents running for re-election always blow their first debate (Reagan in ’84, George H.W. Bush in ’92, George W. Bush in ’04, Barry Obama in ’12) always look like they are caught in headlights after being shoved out of the presidential bubble, so Trump arrived loaded for bear and full of energy and fight.
Before the debate, the lying, cheating Biden team disagreed to drug testing and being checked for ear plugs and other mechanical devices. FOX News Reporters confirmed reports that Biden did not want to be checked for wires before the debate and said they would have to keep an eye on this. And some watchful sleuths discovered Biden was wearing a wire. During the debate Biden reached into his jacket and realigned something there. As he pulls out his hand what looks like a wire appears in plain sight1:
And there it is. #JoeWired pic.twitter.com/bk1dkZ9gQo

Here’s a picture showing Biden possibly wearing an earpiece:
There are other pictures showing something falling out of Joe’s sleeve, perhaps a heparin trap for injecting IV drugs:

— CHIZ 🇺🇸 (@CHIZMAGA) September 30, 2020
A body language expert also alleged that there were numerous indications that Biden may have been wearing a wire.
Just as in 2017, when Democratic operative Donna Brazile admitted that she fed debate questions to Hillary Clinton beforehand, presidential candidate Joe Biden was given the debate questions in advance, according to radio host Todd Starnes. “Word on the street is that @JoeBiden got tonight’s debate questions in advance” tweeted Starnes, citing radio station KXEL 1540’s interview with political operative Jerome Corsi.
An unconfirmed accusation comes from Infowars, but makes some sense. Was Biden wearing digital augmented reality contact lenses with the ability to include teleprompter content?
The Debate
The first question was on Trump’s SCOTUS pick, Amy Coney Barrett.
President Trump clarified his position: “We won the election. Elections have consequences… We won the election and therefore we have the right to choose her.”
President Trump on nominating Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court:

Biden’s response aggressively swung to healthcare and abortion as opposed to the actual process and claimed 100 million Americans would lose healthcare because of ACB. Biden stumbled early on with his answers and the first gaffe hit – “how many of those who have died from COVID have survived?” Trump stomped right on him, over-ruling the moderator going directly at Biden’s talking points. Biden stumbled a little but held it together: “I’m not here to call out his lies, everyone knows he’s a liar.”

Trump blasted Biden for pandering to the left and Bernie. Biden responded: “I am the Democratic party right now.”

The discussion escalated, and the SCOTUS section ended with this:
“Will you shut up, man?” Biden says, as Trump repeatedly taunts “will you pack the court? Will you pack the court?”

You can see that Biden made a nonsense statement to avoid answering whether he will preserve the filibuster and the Supreme Court’s current system of nine justices. Shamefully, Wallace let him get away with not answering. Wallace surely understands that Biden’s handlers plan to end the filibuster so that they can pack the court and add D.C. and Puerto Rico as states.
Packing the court ends the American experiment as we know it. It means that the Supreme Court will be a political body that will exist solely to put its imprimatur on Democrat policies. And for those who say, “Well, if they pack the Court, then Republicans will pack it more when they’re in power,” that’s sadly foolish.
If Democrats pack the Court, there are no more Republicans. The whole democratic republic will be over. Once Democrats pack the Court, they never again need to persuade American voters to support their policies. One of their first policies in that new era will be to add hard-left Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico as the 51st and 52nd American states. That means four more Democrat Senate votes and a permanent Democrat party majority. Heed this warning: If Biden wins, our constitutional America is gone. We will be a socialist country. If you don’t believe me, just read the Democrat platform. They’re not hiding their goals.
Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed that he did not call members of the military “stupid bastards.” VERDICT: FALSE. There is video of Biden in 2016 visiting troops in the United Arab Emirates, calling service members “stupid bastards.”
Then the debate moved on to COVID.
Biden began by attacking Trump for 200,000 dead and his lack of response. In a stunning moment of irony, Biden claimed Trump “should get out of your bunker, and out of the sand trap, in your golf course.”
“You would have lost far more people,” Trump says, interrupting Biden.
Then the discussion shifted to shutting down the economy: “He wants to shut down this country and I want to keep it open,” Trump says.
Trump to Biden: “Did you use the word smart?”

The subject of rallies and events came up and President Trump stated that no one wants to go to Biden rallies:
Since Labor day we count very few events for Biden and a very small number of attendees not campaign or press related. Some of Biden’s events have had no individuals present other than approved press or campaign workers. Many days, like Saturday, Biden was not even out campaigning. At the time of the debate, President Trump had held events with an estimated 241,330 event goers while Biden has entertained an estimated 84 event goers. But, of course, Biden leads in all of the garbage polls. Right!3
President Donald Trump said that Dr. Anthony Fauci said, “President Trump saved thousands of lives.” VERDICT: TRUE
Joe Biden indicated that Dr. Anthony Fauci, a prominent member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, has always supported everyone wearing a mask to stem the spread of the Chinese coronavirus and did not flip-flop on it.
VERDICT: FALSE Fauci himself has acknowledged changing his position on the importance of everyone wearing masks to mitigate the spread of the virus as did the US Surgeon General.
President Trump also claimed that Democrat governors praised the Trump administration’s response to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic. VERDICT: TRUE
Joe Biden said that President Donald Trump had done “nothing to help small businesses” during the coronavirus pandemic.
VERDICT: FALSE. Trump’s “centerpiece” of his coronavirus relief effort was the Paycheck Protection Program.
FACT CHECK on Xenophobia comment: VERDICT: TRUE in spite of CNN’s whitewash attempt:
President Trump reminded the public that even before the coronavirus had taken a single American life, he stopped all incoming travel from China, which was where the virus originated and where there were massive spread and death at the time. Trump said of his China travel ban, “I closed it, and you said, ‘He’s xenophobic. He’s a racist, and he’s xenophobic’ because you didn’t think I should have closed our country.”
CNNLOL ruled that claim as dubious for the following reason (sorry, I don’t link fake news): “It’s not clear Biden even knew about Trump’s China travel restrictions when he called Trump xenophobic on the day the restrictions were unveiled; Biden has never explicitly linked his accusation of xenophobia to these travel restrictions.”
CNNLOL then goes on to explain that Biden accused Trump of “hysterical xenophobia” and “fear-mongering” on January 31 and that it’s possible “Biden did not know about the restrictions at the time of his speech because his campaign event in Iowa started shortly after the Trump administration briefing where the restrictions were revealed.”
And the reason CNN thinks that’s possible is that’s what the Biden campaign told them… Oh, yeah, just a coincidence we attack Trump as “xenophobic” on the same day he instituted the travel ban. Big-ass coincidence. Biden was really all for it.
And CNNLOL being CNNLOL, it took dictation from the Biden campaign and presented it as fact because “Facts First” n’ stuff.
Except, as you’ll see below, we have Joe Biden responding directly to Trump’s tweet about the China travel ban by attacking the president as — wait for it, wait for it — “xenophobic!”
On March 18, 2020, Trump tweeted, “I always treated the Chinese Virus very seriously and have done a good job since the beginning, including my very early decision to close the borders from China — against the wishes of almost all. Many lives were saved. The Fake News new narrative is disgraceful & false!”
To which Biden responded, and I quote, “Stop the xenophobic fear-mongering. Be honest. Take responsibility. Do your job.”
And here’s the screenshot…
The next topic was the economy, and its recovery.
“We built the greatest economy in history, we closed it down because of the China plague,” Trump said, adding that “Joe wants to shut down this Country. I want to keep it OPEN!”
Biden boldly claimed: “We left him a booming economy and he caused a recession,”
FACT CHECK: FALSE. Twice. According to Breitbart:
Economic growth had nearly come to a standstill by the end of the Obama administration, verging on recession. The economy grew at a perilous 1.6 percent in 2016 and growth was declining. In the first quarter of 2017, the last in which Barack Obama was president, the rate of GDP growth fell to 1.4 percent.
There’s no reasonable interpretation of recent history in which Donald Trump can be accused of causing the recession. The truth is that the recession was inevitable once the global pandemic hit. That’s proven by the fact that the economies of every major industrialized nation contracted due to either the pandemic itself or measures taken to combat it.
Biden pivoted to the $750 tax issue, but focused on the fact that “you can’t fix the economy until you fix the COVID crisis.”
Moderator Wallace then shifted to ask Trump if he paid $750 in Federal taxes.
Trump slammed Biden by asking what he had done for 47 years?
“You’re the worst president America’s ever had, c’mon.” – Biden to Trump, to which Trump replied: “I’ve done more in 47 months — than you’ve done in 47 years.”
MOMENT

Then the discussion jumped to Biden’s tax plan but the big moment was when Trump pivoted to Hunter Biden asking about the $3.5 million from a Moscow mayor’s wife. Biden denied it, Trump slammed… “He didn’t get three and a half million dollars, Joe?”
Trump to Biden:

— Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) September 30, 2020
Biden claimed that was “totally discredited,” except it hasn’t been. Biden: “my son did nothing wrong at Burisma.”
Wallace shutting down the Hunter line of attack isn’t going to please the Trump supporters. Also – TENSE AND UNCOMFORTABLE exchange
— Megyn Kelly (@megynkelly) September 30, 2020
FACT CHECK: Trump’s claim that Hunter Biden recieved $3.5 million from the former Moscow mayor’s wife Yelena Baturina: VERDICT: Absolutly True; and Joe Biden’s claim that it was ‘totaly discredited: Blatantly False! See HERE
Biden claimed during the debate that “We have a higher deficit with China now than we did before.” VERDICT: FALSE. The U.S. trade deficit in goods is on pace to be at its lowest since 2009.
The issue of race came up next.
Wallace: “Why should voters trust you rather than your opponent to deal with the race issues facing this country over the next four years?”
Biden began by focusing on Charlottesville: “this is a president who has used everything as a dog whistle to try to generate racism — to try to generate racist division.”
Trump went after Biden hard, reminding him of the busing decision, the “super predators” comments:
“He did a crime bill, 1994, where you called them super predators,” Trump says. “You have treated the Black community about as bad as anybody in this country.”
Biden stumbled through trying to say that there is systemic racism in America. Trump emphasized his law-and-order stance.
The topic shifted to Critical Race Theory, and Trump did a good job explaining his position: “They were teaching people to hate our country, and I’m not going to do that, I’m not going to allow that to happen,”
"What is radical about racial sensitivity training?" asks Chris Wallace.
"They were teaching people to hate our country," replies @realDonaldTrump. pic.twitter.com/W4IkDhSpxm
— Steve Herman (@W7VOA) September 30, 2020
“He’s the racist,” Biden says of Trump.
Then the debate transitioned to Law & Order.
Trump says “Democratic cities” are where the problems have been occurring.
Biden: “I’m in favor of law … Law and order with justice where people are treated fairly.”
“I’m totally opposed to defunding the police budget,” Biden says – well that’s not exactly true is it…
Joe Biden told a far-left activist he will “absolutely” cut funding for police departments.

Trump asked Biden to name one law enforcement group that supports his candidacy, but the former vice president was not able to name any. The exchange went as follows:
Trump: He doesn’t have any law enforcement support. He doesn’t have any law enforcement support.
Biden: That’s not true. That’s not… look…
Trump: Oh really, who do you have? Name one group that supports you. Name one group that came out in support of you.
Biden: Look, look we don’t have time to do anything except…
Trump: No, no, think about it. Name one law enforcement group that came out in support of you. There aren’t, I don’t think there are any.
In contrast, Trump has been endorsed by law enforcement groups all over the nation that represent more than 900,000 police officers. Biden, on the other hand, was endorsed by Portland, Oregon’s, District Attorney that has refused to prosecute rioters.
Wallace asks Trump: Are you willing to condemn white supremacists, militia groups?
For Wallace to ask Trump supporters to quit rioting is an absolute disgrace after violent leftist groups have rioted and looted in city after city across the US since May.
“Sure, I’m prepared to do that,” Trump says of condemning White supremacists. “Almost everything I see is from the left wing not the right wing.”
“Proud boys — stand back and stand by — but I’ll tell you what somebody’s got to do something about Antifa and the left.”
Biden then claimed that “Antifa is an idea, not an organization.”
https://twitter.com/seanmdav/status/1311125469102735362?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1311125469102735362%7Ctwgr%5Eshare_3&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.zerohedge.com%2Fpolitical%2Fwill-you-shut-man-debate-post-mortem
“When a bat hits you over the head, that’s not an idea,” Trump says of antifa.
Biden and Wallace: Speechless!
Black Lives Matter, the activist group behind the riots has caused $1 billion in destruction in cities across the country. And new data from Minneapolis reveals that 1,500 businesses were destroyed in the city and the Minnesota governor is estimating nearly $500 million in damages occurred during the riots.
Biden also claimed “One of Trump’s top advisors … expressed hope for more discord and violence in our cities.” echoing words from the advisers in his earpiece. Trump replied: “Who?” Biden echoed: “Kellyanne Conway.” Wrong again!
FACT CHECK: False. She was commenting on the widely-acknowledged fact that riots were hurting Democrats politically. Former Vice President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign attempted to blame President Donald Trump for nationwide riots in a statement Thursday night after the close of the Republican National Convention. The statement claimed: “Before tonight’s convention, one of Trump’s top advisors even expressed hope for more discord and violence in our cities in a cynical ploy to use division as a political strategy.”
She also quickly chimed in:
Thanks for debate shout-out, creepy/sleepy/weepy JOE, but you lied. And don't sniff my hair, either. https://t.co/MaNckWRB2n

The topic of the candidates’ track records came up next.
“There has never been an administration that has done what I’ve done,” Trump says, “and that’s with the impeachment hoax.”
“There has never been an administration or president who has done more than I’ve done in a period of three-and-a-half years.” –@realDonaldTrump on his record #Debates2020 pic.twitter.com/Ih5c1BlMXo
— TODAY (@TODAYshow) September 30, 2020
Biden: “Under this president we’ve become weaker, sicker, poorer, more divided and more violent. When I was vice president we inherited a recession, we fixed it.”
Trump and Biden got heated as Biden attempted to bring up Beau Biden’s heroism, but Trump pivoted to Hunter and left Biden stumbling.
Climate Change then popped up (presumably on track records)
“We have to do better management of our forests,” Trump says. “Every year, I get the call, ‘California’s burning. California’s burning.’”
In a rather shocking admission, Biden said?: “No, I don’t support the Green New Deal.” Biden then says after asserting: “The Green New Deal will pay for itself as we move forward.”
BIDEN’S WEBSITE SAYS HE SUPPORTS THE GREEN NEW DEAL pic.twitter.com/bzK0fn3ZCz
— The_Real_Fly (@The_Real_Fly) September 30, 2020
Does Biden know that Kamala Harris was a cosponsor of the Green New Deal?
Biden said, “We’re Going to Take 4 Million Buildings and Make Sure They are Weatherized — The Green New Deal will Pay For Itself.” He said the Green New Deal will pay for itself. Good luck with that, Joe. Trump is right. The GND will cost an estimated 93 trillion and completely destroy America.
And the last topic of the debate was Election Integrity…
“This is going to be a fraud like you’ve never seen,” Trump says of mail-in ballots.
Biden: “If I win, that will be accepted. If I lose that will be accepted.”
Trump also brought up the Obama/Biden coup: “There was no transition. They came after me trying to do a coup.”
In sum, amidst all the sound and fury of the debate, these two important points emerged:
(1) If he wins, Biden will almost certainly sign off on ending the filibuster to pack the courts and add two new states for a permanent Democrat majority that will leave the Constitution behind.
(2) Trump may have announced that he’s about to reveal that the Democrats, from Obama on down, engaged in a coup against an American president.
Moderator Bias
Chris Wallace may have been the worst and most obviously biased moderator since Candy Crowley.
Chris Wallace is shamelessly biased. It’s a beautiful demonstration of fake news in action. I’m actually glad it’s happening, because you can see it for yourself.
— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) September 30, 2020
Wallace from the growingly liberal FOX News (They always stack every pre- and post-debate panel with never-Trumpers), unable to contain his bias, started debating President Trump within the first 15 minutes of the First Presidential Debate.
There has likely never been a presidential debate where a moderator has so openly interrupted and argued with not only a candidate but THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. Then when President Trump brings up the Biden Family scandals Chris Wallace CUTS HIM OFF! And to top it off — Then Chris Wallace LECTURES THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES on interrupting!2
Trump knew moderator Chris Wallace would never bring up how Joe Biden enabled his son Hunter’s breathtaking corruption and self-dealing, so he pounded and pounded and pounded it.
Trump knew Chris Wallace would stand in Biden’s corner to help hold him up, would ask questions of Trump that put Trump on defense and questions of Biden that would allow Biden to look like a moderate, so Trump did what he had to do to remind voters Biden is a racist, a liar, and a dummy.
Trump knew Biden’s debate tactic is to laugh and interrupt and heckle, like he did to Paul Ryan during their 2012 vice presidential debate, so Trump beat him to the punch.
Trump knew Chris Wallace would allow Biden to lie about things like the “Very Fine People Hoax,” so Trump let him have it, and if that meant Trump had to interrupt with questions Chris Wallace was too corrupt to ask, so be it.
Biden Lost
Overall, Biden did a lot better than many expected (thanks to IV drugs and a debate team chiming in his ear) if one ignored that almost every other statement he made was a lie or fantasy. But on policies and straightforward facts, Trump won the first debate comfortably. While they offered many other excuses following the debate, the corrupt national media wanted the two remaining presidential debates canceled because they knew Trump won and Biden lost.
Biden stood before the country and called the president of the United States a “clown.” Told the president of the United States to “shut up.” Sure, Trump interrupted and pestered, but so did Biden and so did Wallace (the biased moderator), but Trump didn’t call anyone names or tell anyone to shut up. Trump is a fighter, full of energy, full of piss and vinegar, eager to defend his record, and refuses to give an inch, and that’s a virtue.
- Trump got Biden to repudiate the Green New Deal (something Biden’s own website says he supports), which will hurt him with the enthusiasts he needs on the left.
- He got Biden to dismiss Bernie Sanders. Huge error. Huge.
- He also got Biden to admit he’s going to raise taxes on the middle class. “That’s why I’m going to eliminate the Trump tax cuts. And I’m going to eliminate those tax cuts.” Biden said that and that means your standard deduction and child tax credits that the Trump cuts nearly doubled will be slashed in half. So if you’re married and your federal tax rate is, say 20 percent, you’re going to pay 20 percent on about $12,000 in income you weren’t under Trump’s tax cuts. That’s a $2400 tax increase. Just is. Without any caveat last night, Biden straight up said he would repeal the Trump tax cuts. Trump cut taxes for everyone, so Biden intends to hit everyone with a tax increase.
- Finally, Trump did a brilliant job sounding the alarm about the coming catastrophe and left-wing corruption involved with mail-in voting.
Trump won. It wasn’t pretty, but Trump won. And that’s why the corrupt media want to cancel the next two debates!
Trump also won big with Latino voters according to Telemundo viewers:
Telemundo viewers agree: @realDonaldTrump WON the debate by 32 points!

BIDEN 34% https://t.co/AccYDAiZWK— Andrew Clark (@AndrewHClark) September 30, 2020
Aftermath
The Commission on Presidential Debates issued a statement after Tuesday’s debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden that said the commission was looking at making adjustments as a result of moderator Chris Wallace losing control of the debate to Trump and Biden who interrupted and talked over each other and Wallace numerous times. Of course, the mainstream media blamed it on Trump as if he were the sole instagator, however he was interupted dozens of times by both Biden and his seemingly other opponent, the moderator Chris Wallace.
Later Wednesday CBS News’ Norah O’Donnell reported the commission is looking at cutting mics.
Former Bush 43 press secretary Ari Fleischer noted that it was Biden who first broke the rules and repeatedly interrupted Trump:
I rewatched the start of the debate. The 1st Q went to Trump who gave an uninterrupted 2-min response. Then Biden gave an uninterrupted 2-min response. Then it went back to Trump, whose answer was interrupted 3 times by Biden. If you didn't like it, blame Biden for starting it.
— Ari Fleischer (@AriFleischer) September 30, 2020
Flash back to 2012 when then-Vice President Biden (D) debated Republican vice presidential nominee Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI). A report from the time by ABC’s Good Morning America shows Biden heckling and interrupting Ryan over and over again, reportedly about 82 times. The result: a Saturday Night Live skit and no calls to change the rules or cut mics.
In the 2012 VP debate, Biden interrupted Paul Ryan 82 times, made faces the entire time, and dropped a steady stream of insults on Ryan. The media LOVED it.
In 2020, he came out and tried to use the same tactic on Trump. pic.twitter.com/UZ0UaCyX0O
