A nationwide surveillance system rolled out during the COVID-19 pandemic scare to utilize state-of-the-art technologies such as facial recognition software, data mining, video surveillance, and GPS tracking to determine where every American is, was, and might be in the future for the ostensible purpose of tracking people who have tested positive for COVID-19 and if they have violated stay-at-home, social distancing, and other draconian protocols that they claim, without scientific evidence, would prevent its spread.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation – who sent representatives to meet with U.S. Congressman Bobby L. Rush at a sit down in Rwanda, East Africa – helped negotiate who would score a $100 Billion government-backed contact tracing contract in August 2019, six months before the ‘pandemic’ arrived in the United States and four months before it first appeared in China. The shocking revelations were unveiled on the Thomas Paine Podcast by John Moynihan and Larry Doyle, the two investigators who blew the whistle on the massive Clinton Foundation tax fraud, detailing the fraud and schemes utilized by the Clinton’s to avoid paying up to $2.5 BILLION in federal taxes.
KGB stands for “Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti” (which translates to “Committee for State Security” in English) and was the primary security agency for the Soviet Union from 1954 until its collapse in 1991.
Its primary role within the USSR was to quell dissent, but first they had to identify the “dissidents.” This was done primarily by watching and listening to all the citizens. Phone calls were never private. Dissidents were identified … and silenced. To perform this task, KGB agents often used extremely violent means.
Fear was the common motivator in the USSR. Fear of being deemed a “dissident” and being sent to the gulags.
The Dawn of Soviet America
Here’s the thing: for a type of government to be successful, there needs to be a common motivation and bond for all of its citizens. In America, that common motivation has always been LIBERTY. It’s why we have new elections every two years. It’s why freedom of speech and the press are enshrined in the constitution, and it’s why VOTING is considered one of the greatest privileges in a constitutional republic.
But in virtually every other type of government (Socialist, Communist, Monarchy, Oligarchy, etc.), FEAR and CONTROL are the only way to ensure that ordinary citizens play by the rules. In the course of human history, only a very select few have ever been truly free. In fact, we are currently living in an unprecedented time of democracy, freedom, and human rights. Soon, that could change. And that’s why we need to talk about CONTACT TRACING.
In West Virginia, those who test positive for COVID-19 that refuse to quarantine are being forced to wear GPS monitoring ankle bracelets, according to the Associated Press. Police agencies started to use drones to enforce Stay-At-Home orders, and according to a report by the Wall Street Journal, the mobile advertising industry is providing location data to local, state, and federal government organizations. Google is also providing location data it collects through its Maps Traffic Function.
What is Contact Tracing?
In the age of coronavirus, we’ve been told plenty of lies. The tech and pharmaceutical industries (along with the government) have used this “pandemic” as an excuse to infringe on our fundamental constitutional, human, and God-given rights. Now, they want to turn us against one another.
“Contact Tracing” is the newest way that our imperial overlords plan to implement nationwide surveillance similar to what we’ve seen in communist China. Essentially, they plan to use facial recognition software, data mining, video surveillance, and GPS tracking to determine where every American is, was, and might be in the future.
They claim that this is an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19.
The idea is simple. If you test positive for COVID-19 (whether or not you have symptoms), a trained “contact tracer” will use data from your texts, calls, emails, or anything else they can find in order to determine where you’ve been and who you may have infected. They will also mandate a 14-day quarantine for anyone exposed. that includes:
- 14 days from the time you’re diagnosed
- 14 days from the time anyone is exposed to someone who was diagnosed
- 14 days from anyone who was exposed to someone who was exposed to someone who was diagnosed
Oh. And that 14-day span resets anytime you’re “re-exposed”.
Have you ever heard of the “6 degrees of separation”? The idea is that everyone in the world is 6 (or fewer) social connections away from any other person on the planet. Maybe you have a cousin who has a boyfriend whose teacher used to date… you get the idea. (Keep in mind: this concept existed long before the era of social media, Uber, and DoorDash. We are FAR more connected now than we have ever been.)
That’s essentially how this thing will work. You test positive. You’ve been to three places in the last 3 days, so they track everyone you may have interacted with. Then they find everyone that THOSE PEOPLE have interacted with. It’s exhausting to even think about.
The way this will start is simple: with an app. You know, the kind of app that you’ve downloaded to your phone without thinking twice. Angry Birds. Twitter. Facebook. WhatsApp, Instagram, Words with Friends…
But what if these apps are more sinister than you realize?
The Hidden Danger in Your Phone
Currently, there are apps available that exist for one reason: contact tracing. Apple and Google have teamed up to help public health officials build apps to trace the spread of the disease from person to person. However, these two Silicon Valley giants won’t make the apps themselves. Instead, they are now providing the tools and resources that health organizations can use to build their own contact tracing apps. Along with antibody testing and nasal swab testing, contact tracing is considered one of cornerstones that health authorities will use to check the spread of COVID-19 and decide how and when to reopen their cities and regions as we wait for a vaccine.
A recent poll by Reuters found that only half of smartphone users say they would enable contact tracing voluntarily. So, expect calls to make it mandatory. Marketplace already is informing us that “COVID-19 tracing apps might not be optional at work” and “it’s definitely legal for your employer to require you to use a tracing app.” The regulatory enthusiasts at the Center for American Progress suggest that: “As a condition of receiving a COVID-19 test in the future, individuals may be required to download the app.” Technocrats will point to a model suggesting a 60 percent adoption rate is needed.
Stewart Baker, an attorney who was previously an assistant secretary at the Department of Homeland Security, argues at Lawfare that states could force operating system vendors to install contact tracing software on your phone—and even make it unlawful for you to deactivate it. “The governors probably don’t need to ask,” Baker writes, noting that around 40 states have adopted a public health “emergency” law that sweeps in “communication devices.” In addition, he writes, “governors likely have authority to require that residents of their states activate the app.”
And people who download these apps may (unsuspectingly) be putting others in harm’s way.
National health agencies can develop apps that use Bluetooth radio technology to record when other phones with the same app are detected nearby. When a user either shows symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19, alerts can be sent to all those who were in close proximity over the preceding week or two, along with advice on what to do next.
A study from Avira reveals that the vast majority of Americans are against contact tracing apps, with 71 percent saying they will not download them, and 75% believing their digital privacy is at risk from the technology. The poll found that only 14 percent believe the government would protect their data effectively. When asked if they would trust big tech more than the government, 32 percent said they would feel safe giving Apple or Google their data. The study also noted that those working in Government and Healthcare are the least-likely to download the technology, with 84% of people from these sectors saying they will not use the apps.
Singapore is already using this technology and it’s about as un-American as it sounds… As of May 12, Singapore’s SafeEntry contact tracing app became fully operational. Anyone visiting a wide range of locations will need to check-in with either a national form of ID or by scanning a QR code on their smartphones. Those locations include workplaces, schools, stores, hotels and healthcare facilities. Businesses failing to check-in visitors or customers risk penalties. There are even moves to include check-in processes inside taxis and on other transit systems.
Remember the first time you heard that children would be banned from schools and daycare enters if they weren’t fully vaccinated? Imagine if that applied to the grocery store or the bus. Imagine not being able to rent or buy a home because you haven’t verified your vaccine status? (why are we talking about vaccines here? Shouldn’t this be about contact tracing?)
“Deployment will be made mandatory for places where individuals are likely to be in close proximity for prolonged periods or in enclosed spaces,” explains the government (what government? US? Singapore?) , “or where there is higher traffic… Employees and visitors should check-in and check-out of workplaces and other venues using SafeEntry to help our contact tracers establish cluster links and transmission chains.”
There are legal arguments that could be made about the scope of public health emergency law. There are constitutional arguments about the First Amendment–protected status of computer code. But more fundamentally, many governors simply haven’t proven themselves worthy of trust during the COVID-19 outbreak. Michigan’s governor banned motorized boats while allowing non-motorized ones. Kansas churches had to go to court to secure their right to remain open subject to distancing rules, even though shopping malls, libraries, restaurants, and bars were exempted. In the San Francisco Bay Area, liquor stores, marijuana shops, and summer camps have been deemed “essential” while churches, gun stores, and even 60-acre outdoor shooting ranges must remain closed.
Does Contact Tracing Violate Our Rights?
To be clear, those who have completed “contact tracer training” confirm that you will be compelled to self-isolate; one way or another. If you have children and can’t prove that you’re properly “distancing” yourself (even though children are virtually immune to COVID-19), social services will intervene to “care” for your children while you isolate.
And this is not up for debate. In a recorded interview, Alan Dershowitz….
This actually warrants its own paragraph. Alan Dershowitz is considered an accomplished lawyer and academic, having extensively studied and practiced both constitutional and criminal law. What you may NOT know is that he facilitated a negotiation (read: collusion) on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein. It was later revealed that Epstein ran an international sex trafficking ring for the rich and famous, including Bill Clinton, Harvey Weinstein, and… Alan Dershowitz. Point: he’s as corrupt as they come.
Nevertheless, he is on camera (incorrectly) claiming that Americans have “no right not to be vaccinated,” continuing to say that “if you refuse, the state can LITERALLY take you to a Dr.’s office and PLUNGE a needle into your arm.”
And THAT is what this whole thing is about. Does the government plan to use facial recognition software (remember that cute app which made you look younger or older?) to identify people? YES. Does the government plan to expand and utilize their public surveillance systems to monitor our activity? YES. Does the government ultimately plan on creating a “voluntary” registry, without which it would be impossible to shop, travel, or gain employment? YES. This is what’s happening in communist China RIGHT NOW. This is what’s happening in Russia RIGHT NOW. And there’s only one way that you can free yourself from these digital chains once you’re shackled: VACCINATION.
Ventura, California was the first test location to initiate the TRACE program. They planned to forcibly remove people from their homes rather than subject family members to the possibility of contracting COVID-19 with a 99.4% survival rate among people who have tested positive for it and that’s using the inflated stats where every death counts (if they previously tested positive and died in a car accident, had a heart attack, etc.)
Give Me Freedom or Give Me… Vaccination?
That’s right. It doesn’t matter if you’ve tested for antibodies that prove natural immunity. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been on 4 months of back-to-back quarantine without access to your children. It doesn’t matter if you’ve had NO SYMPTOMS WHATSOEVER.
Until you’ve been injected with the latest vaccine, you’re a risk to public health.
And while the loss of liberty is appalling, the worst part may be the division which it inherently sows among us. Imagine your neighbor, concerned for the health and safety of the neighborhood, reporting you for not wearing a mask?
Imagine testing positive for COVID-19 and being arrested in church because a “friend” called the authorities on you for “violating your quarantine”?
Imagine not seeing your children for MONTHS because the neighbor saw you watering the lawn and called the police.
THAT is what we’re facing. Don’t believe me? Look at the unemployment rate. Look at the closed businesses. Look at the millions of people wearing cloth over their faces despite overwhelming evidence that that makes them MORE likely to get sick.
Then tell me that Big Pharma, Mainstream media, and the Medical Mafia won’t use these measures to force the latest vaccines.
I don’t want to live in Soviet Russia or Communist China. I want to live in America, where our freedom of speech, press, religion, and medical decisions for our families are sovereign. I REFUSE to live in a nation that forces me to inject my children with untested new drugs or which tracks my phone to see where I’ve been and who I’ve seen. The last time I checked, this was still the United States of America, where governments ‘derive their just powers from the consent of the governed’, and where individual freedom and liberty are unalienable rights and not privileges to be bestowed and suspended by an all-powerful government.
House Resolution (HR) 6666
Rep. Rush (D-IL) introduced HR 6666, “COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, and Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act” on May 1, 2020 and it has been referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. The bill has 45 co-sponsors. According to the text of the bill: “To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID-19, and related activities such as contact tracing, through mobile health units and, as necessary, at individuals’ residences, and for other purposes.”

According to National File, Massachusetts governor Charlie Baker selected Partners in Health to perform contact tracing in his state. Partners in Health lists George Soros’ Open Society Foundations as an official partner, along with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. They also list Open Society Foundations on its 2015 annual report as a supporter to the tune of $1 million or above, along with the Gates Foundation. Chelsea Clinton serves on Partners in Health’s Board of Trustees, according to its 2019 annual report. But you can trust them with your information. Nothing to worry about here. Move along.
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) policy confirms that “Contact Tracing” data may be sent to the World Health Organization (WHO) and to law enforcement authorities “to place someone under quarantine or isolation.” The Contact Tracing records, stored at the CDC and elsewhere, can also be sent to the Department of Justice, State Department, Department of Homeland Security, congressional offices, and to various medical and legal departments and contractors.
In May, 2020, over 100 Soldiers and Airmen from the Utah National Guard were activated to support three separate missions across the state: COVID-19 testing, Utah Health Emergency Response Teams, and contact tracing. Prospective Coronavirus contact tracers in New York City are required to understand “institutional and structural racism” and to support immigrants and the LGBTQ community. The government is employing contact tracers to investigate who infected persons come into contact with, leading to civilian concerns that privacy is being attacked.

In addition, Microsoft was recently granted Patent #060606 for a “crypto-currency system using human body activity data.” In other words, Gates, a maniacal control freak, now owns the patent to conduct global surveillance via a quantum tatoo inserted as a chip into the human body. Gates has been advocating for a comprehensive digital surveillance system for some time.
