He is widely suspected of being Source 2 in the IG’s report on FISA abuse – a crack cocaine addict (records surrounding his arrest in Virginia in the 1990’s have been destroyed) and fired former dirty FBI agent. He was fired from the FBI in 2008 for interpersonal conflict (drug addiction?), aggressiveness toward handling agents (related to drug addiction?), allegiance to the target of his spying (a drug dealer?), and then rehired on the basis that the FBI would not tolerate the issues that had arisen in the past.¹ Svetlana Lokhova’s is suing Stefan Halper for defamation after he falsely accused Lokohova, who’s a professor, of jumping into a car with General Michael Flynn years ago and of being a spy. The accusation was used by the Mueller gang who were looking for any information they could find to tie President Trump to Russia.₂
