Ideological Subversion

USSR defector, Yuri Bezmenov, explained that it basically means “to change the perception of reality, of every American, to such an extent that despite of the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interests of defending themselves, their families, their community and their country.” It was a communist plan to destroy America through gradualism and subversion using 4 steps: (1) demoralization, (2) destabilization, (3) crisis, and (4) normalization.

“…the process, which is legitimate, overt, and open; you can see it with your own eyes. All you have to do, all American mass media has to do, is to unplug their bananas from their ears, open up their eyes, and they can see it. There is no mystery. [It has] nothing to do with espionage. I know that espionage intelligence-gathering looks more romantic. It sells more deodorants through the advertising, probably. That’s why your Hollywood producers are so crazy about James Bond-type of thrillers.” Yuri Bezmenov of the KGB.

“But in reality, the main emphasis of the KGB is not in the area of intelligence at all. According to my opinion and [the] opinion of many defectors of my caliber, only about 15% of time, money, and manpower [are] spent on espionage as such. The other 85% is a slow process, which we call either ‘ideological subversion,’ or ‘active measures’—‘[?]’ in the language of the KGB—or ‘psychological warfare.’ What it basically means is, to change the perception of reality, of every American, to such an extent that despite of the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interests of defending themselves, their families, their community and their country.” Yuri Bezmenov of the KGB.

Yuri Bezmenov was the son of a high-ranking Soviet officer and a member of the Novasti Press Agency – the elite propaganda arm of the KGB. One of his assignments was to accompany journalists visiting the Soviet Union to make sure they did not discover the truth about Soviet life. After becoming disillusioned with the system, he defected and moved to America.

The concept of idealogical subversion was not introduced by Yuri Bezmenov however. Throughout its publication history, Nineteen Eighty-Four has been either banned or legally challenged, as subversive or ideologically corrupting, like the dystopian novels We (1924) by Yevgeny Zamyatin, Brave New World (1932) by Aldous Huxley, Darkness at Noon (1940) by Arthur Koestler, Kallocain (1940) by Karin Boye and Fahrenheit 451 (1953) by Ray Bradbury.

After 1911, the Special Higher Police (Tokko), was established in Japan specifically to deal with political crimes and counter-espionage, similar to Special Branches in Commonwealth of Nations. The Tokko investigated and suppressed potentially subversive ideologies, ranging from anarchism, communism, socialism, and the growing foreign population within Japan, but its scope gradually increased to include religious groups, pacifists, student activists, liberals, and ultra-rightists. The Tokko also regulated the content of motion pictures, political meetings, and election campaigns.2

International terrorism today is not only powerful military organizations relying on mobile, very well armed criminals acting stealthily and treacherously; it also relies on subversion, ideological subterfuge, religious extremism and the fomenting of inter-ethnic conflicts. In Indonesia, communism and Marxism are considered subversive ideologies and a threat to national security. During the era of Communist rule in Hungary (1949–1989) a Song Committee scoured and censored popular music for traces of subversion and ideological impurity.

In this interview conducted by G. Edward Griffin, Mr. Bezmenov explains the steps used by the USSR to achieve “ideological subversion”  -a long-term process to change the masses’ perception of reality to such an extent that, despite the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interests of defending themselves, their families, their community and their country. Keep in mind that the USSR was taken over using similar methods by the Luciferian elite, so the USSR is only the cloak we see, but behind the cloak is the real enemy.

Today, the globalist elite are using a more sophisticated version of the process described by Bezmenov. However, the basic principles remain identical. And they’re unfolding right now. Here’s the video.

If one looks at the drastic and radical shift of the public discourse in the U.S. and across the Western world in the 21st century, one can easily realize that a sophisticated form of psychological warfare has been taking place. Alinksy’s seminal book specified 13 Rules for Radicalsbut Bezmenov had only four “stages of ideological subversion,” and they will sound very familiar to anyone following the current wave of left-wing riots, or the politicized final stages of the coronavirus panic

Four steps to Ideological subversion:

  1. Demoralize
  2. Destabilization
  3. Crisis
  4. Normalization

This amazing interview above and on YouTube explains the 4 basic steps to Ideological subversion used in social engineering entire generations into thinking a certain way. It’s shocking because the American nation and the whole world has been transformed as it traveled this same road. It is time to turn around for those who have the courage and character to go the other way.

Demoralization

Demoralization has been ongoing in the public school system for decades. This includes not teaching children about American history to undermining those virtuous individuals who struggled with moral issues of society. They are not told of the moral character and convictions of men like George Washington and have little or no idea of the true conflict and points of contention between the freeman in America and the crown. Bezmenov also points out how this Ideological subversion or brainwashing works to such an extent that people refuse to accept fact, logic or reason even when it is presented to them.

The elite’s agenda is being drilled into the minds of the youth through entertainment, education, the “news”, and social media on a daily basis. The youth is being demoralized in every way possible – from being confused about one’s own gender to turning against one’s own country.

Once an idea is accepted as true it requires both humility and courage to free your mind from its grip of the crippling lie. Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary people will defend to the death the both the lie and the liars that have brought them into bondage.

Bezmenov also stated, “ideological subversion or active measures … or psychological warfare… is to change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that in spite of the abundance of information no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves….”

Bezmenov spoke about “a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages, the first one being demoralization….” The “demoralization” of a country is a process of encouraging unrighteous behavior, of encouraging condescension of moral character, and belittle those who take a high moral position.

Yuri Bezmenov implies an effective program of ideological subversion is to ridicule or discount the moral ideals from which a nation draws its the common moral fabric of its society.

This will include the promotion through media hedonism, which is “a school of thought that argues that pleasure is the only intrinsic good. In very simple terms, a hedonist strives to maximize net pleasure.” This licensing of self service leads to self-absorption to the point of self destruction is not only un-feared but pursued with recreational drug use and life styles that undermine the foundation of society which is marriage, the union of man and women for the purpose of perpetuation of mankind.

Generations of American students were fed within the walls of universities and schools the curriculum of ideological change. According to Bezmenov “In other words Marxism-Leninism ideology [was] pumped into the soft heads of … American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism – American patriotism. The result … you can see. Most of the people who graduated in the sixties, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals, are now occupying positions of power in the government, civil service, business, mass media, educational system. You are stuck with them. You cannot get rid of them. They are contaminated. They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli, in a certain pattern. You cannot change their mind, even if you expose them to authentic information. Even if you prove that white is white and black is black. You still cannot change the basic perception and logic of behavior…. In other words … the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible.”

Any opposition to socialism to met with bewilderment or disdain despite the historical evidence that it always debilitates society and corrupts governments.

Ion Pacepaa former general of the Soviet Bloc intelligence services, told Robert Buchar[1]: “The whole foreign policy of the Soviet Bloc states, indeed its whole economic and military might, revolved around the larger Soviet objective of destroying America from within through the use of lies. The Soviets saw disinformation as a vital tool in the dialectical advance of world Communism. KGB priority number one was to damage American power, judgment, and credibility. As a spy chief and a general in the former Soviet satellite of Romania, I produced the very same vitriol John Kerry repeated to the U.S. Congress almost word for word and planted it in leftist movements throughout Europe. KGB Chairman Yuri Andropov managed our anti-Vietnam War operation.”

Yuri Alexandrovich Bezmenov speaking on Ideological subversion in America said in 1984:

“… Marxist-Leninist ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least three generations of American students, without being challenged, or counter-balanced by the basic values of Americanism.”

“The result? The result you can see. Most of the people who graduated in the sixties (drop-outs or half-baked intellectuals) are now occupying the positions of power in the government, civil service, business, mass media, [and the] educational system. You are stuck with them. You cannot get rid of them. They are contaminated; they are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern. You cannot change their mind[s], even if you expose them to authentic information, even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still cannot change the basic perception and the logic of behavior. In other words, these people… the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible. To [rid] society of these people, you need another twenty or fifteen years to educate a new generation of patriotically-minded and common sense people, who would be acting in favor and in the interests of United States society.”

“The demoralization process in [the] United States is basically completed already. For the last 25 years… actually, it’s over-fulfilled because demoralization now reaches such areas where previously not even Comrade Andropov and all his experts would even dream of such a tremendous success. Most of it is done by Americans to Americans, thanks to [a] lack of moral standards.”

“As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter anymore. A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him, even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents and pictures. …he will refuse to believe it…. That’s the tragedy of the situation of demoralization.”

“Most of the American politicians, media, and educational system train another generation of people who think they are living at the peacetime. False. United States is in a state of war; undeclared, total war against the basic principles and foundations of this system. And the initiator of this war is not Comrade Andropov of course – it’s the system. However, ridiculous it may sound, [it is] the world Communist system, or the world Communist conspiracy. Whether I scare some people or not, I don’t give a hoot. If you’re not scared by now, nothing can scare you.”

“So basically America is stuck with demoralization … even if you start right now,[1980’s] here, this minute, you start educating [a] new generation of American[s], it will still take you fifteen to twenty years to turn the tide of ideological perception of reality back to normalcy and patriotism.” Yuri Bezmenov

Demoralization is quite obvious among today’s young people, whose faith in their country has been systematically destroyed throughout their lives by the education and media establishment. To take a recent high-profile example, the New York Times’ fraudulent “1619 Project” argued that “American history” actually began with the arrival of black slaves in North America and the Revolutionary War was fought by the colonists to preserve slavery. Although comprehensively debunked by actual historians, and even the original author has admitted her core thesis was not true, the 1619 Project is now part of some school curricula.

Another word for demoralization is guilt. Americans are routinely compelled to feel guilty about their society and national history. Guilt is the most powerful force in left-wing politics and academia. People will not accept the radical expansion of punitive government power unless they feel guilty and deserving of punishment.1 Guilt stricken zombies kneel in shame like dogs for their white privilege when commanded by blacks who demand reparations for their forefathers enslavement, immunity for their violent rage, and recognition that they are victims of racial discrimination because a white officer killed a black man, and the only conclusion is that he MUST BE A RACIST.

Destabilization

“The next stage is destabilization. This time [the] subverter does not care about your ideas and the patterns of your consumption; whether you eat junk food and get fat and flabby doesn’t matter any more. This time—and it takes only from two to five years to destabilize a nation—what matters [are] essentials: economy, foreign relations, [and] defense systems. (My emphasis.) And you can see it quite clearly that in some areas, in such sensitive areas as defense and [the] economy, the influence of Marxist-Leninist ideas in [the] United States is absolutely fantastic. I could never believe it fourteen years ago when I landed in this part of the world that the process [would have gone] that fast.”

While demoralization erodes the very fabric of society it is only part of the process. Every year there is some steps to keep people off balance or distracted. Vietnam War or peace demonstrations, a war on poverty or drugs, immigration or bigotry, fear of terrorism or the ups and downs of economic progress, even the polarization of election politics or stories of corruption, like the tabloid journalism, any thing that distracts society, occupies the minds of people creates an artificial reality and keeps people from focusing on the real problem of reality. Ideological subversion turns everything to its advantage as a part of the dialectic and long range goal which develops its own momentum as a demoralized society is easier to destabilize.

Sound familiar, maybe a bit like people who can’t figure out how to handle rioters and why it’s necessary? How about people who think eliminating ICE, borders and the police are positive measures?1 Back-to-back crises of COVID-19 and massive riots (mostly paid provocateurs) triggered calls by the radicals and controlled media to defund the police who were universally blamed for the actions of one officers bad actions that killed George Floyd. This served to demoralized the police in an already demoralized world that saw a booming economy erased in weeks, nearly 50 million hitting the unemployment lines in the US alone, all while told to keep their distance from others, stay at home, and wear ineffective masks that only serve to manufacture greater anxiety. The COVID-19 crises was used to normalize social distancing, wearing masks, and the culture of fear with these measures being called the “new normal‘ of post-COVID reality hundreds of times.

Whatever Bezmenov saw in the destabilized American society of the early 1980s with respect to the Soviet Union, it’s easy to see how the American Left has destabilized entire segments of modern society after demoralizing them. They see enemies everywhere, while no pro-American authority can be trusted. It’s hard to imagine a better illustration of demoralization followed by destabilization than hordes of anti-capitalist activists texting each other on their iPhones.

Not coincidentally, hostile foreign powers like Communist China and Iran are reaching out to destabilized American communities and offering themselves as guides and allies. Their sales pitches aren’t exactly smooth, but they definitely are making an effort.

A destabilized population becomes obsessed with hypocrisy as the ultimate political sin. They believe the best ideas – individual liberty, sovereign rights, capitalism, even the rule of law – are presented insincerely by sinister powers who seek to exploit and manipulate them. The precious resource of goodwill disappears from society as everyone comes to believe their neighbors hate them and cannot be trusted. Demoralized people lose faith in their nation, history, and ideals; destabilized people lose faith in each other.

Crises

“The next stage, of course, is crisis. It may take only up to six weeks to bring a country to the verge of crisis. You can see it in Central America now.” Yuri Bezmenov [1980’s]

Headline crises whether real or imagined, whether at home or abroad must constantly prod society so as to create both fear and success. Economy crises, terrorism crises, oil crises all contribute to the dialectic that keeps people from seeking the real solutions.

In this crises category there is not only billion dollar buyouts and housing bubble crises, constant inflation but also the millions of minor crises to society. They are minor to society but often devastate individuals and families. Millions of people lost their jobs, their life savings and their homes. They are nothing but statistics on the nightly news to keep the fires of fear burning in society but there is a disconnect in society already because of the covetous system of welfare has already divided society.

Care of the needy in the civil system is a compelled obligation rather than the result of charity as it is in the kingdom. This undermines the love factor that makes society strong through moral caring for one another with freewill exchange and aid. Society is divided by apathy and personal avarice so that it is easy to conquer.

The occult elite refers to this process as “Order Out of Chaos”.

What is it that solution and would it matter if we told you? Are you already in the dialectic?

As Yuri said, “… exposure to true information does not matter anymore. A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him, even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents and pictures. …he will refuse to believe it…. That’s the tragedy of the situation of demoralization.”

A crisis has the obvious benefit of panicking demoralized, destabilized people into abandoning their legal protections and constitutional ideals. During the coronavirus panic, people who brought up those ideals were treated like lunatics. The pendulum swung the other way with blinding speed during the riots. In the span of one week, the right to peaceable assembly went from a crazed defiance of common-sense lockdown rules to an urgent matter that utterly transcended the deadly pandemic. Suddenly, angry political demonstration magically cured the coronavirus, or made the projected wave of sickness and death into a purely secondary concern. If you wanted to work at the store so you could feed your family in late March, you were selfishly trying to “kill my Grandma to pad your bank account.” If you wanted to burn the store down in early June to protest white supremacy, nobody mentioned their imperiled grandmothers.

The more subtle benefit of a crisis is that it tends to de-legitimize aspects of the existing system that have already been softened up by the long process of demoralization and destabilization. Those who control the organs of public communication have the power to decide which aspects of the system are supposedly indicted by the crisis.

For example, the dominant media Left will go to great lengths to avoid painting the coronavirus as an indictment of the flabby, blinkered, bureaucratic Big Government that grew over the past few decades, and it will not discuss the failures of left-wing mayors and governors. On the contrary, the pandemic was used to attack the competence of Republican governors who turned out to be entirely correct in their actions, as in Florida and Georgia. During the riots, the media is completely uninterested in discussing the incompetence of left-wing officials who allowed violence to rage out of control with deadly consequences. Somehow the lesson of wanton violence that killed people and destroyed countless livelihoods became “let’s get rid of the police altogether.”

When an amoral society becomes the norm the only hope is for those who seek righteousness of God to come together in a living  network of a selfless pursuit of that righteousness. The threat of a crisis is essential for terrorizing the middle class into accepting a political agenda that is actively hostile to its interests, which leads to the fourth stage of subversion: the offer to make the pain and fear go away by accepting political domination.

Normalization

“And, after crisis, with a violent change of power, structure, and economy, you have [the so-called] period of normalization. It may last indefinitely. Normalization is a cynical expression borrowed from Soviet propaganda. When the Soviet tanks moved into Czechoslovakia in ’68, Comrade Brezhnev said, ‘Now the situation in brotherly Czechoslovakia is normalized.'” Yuri Bezmenov [1980’s]

Immorality is the norm. Acts of simple kindness are cheered as heroic. People are raped and murdered in the streets and bystanders only video the events or scurry off from the scene. Window shades are closed and lights turned off as innocent people are stabbed to death in the streets.

We see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing because we have degenerated, devolved into little more than brute apes, even less…

“This is what will happen in [the] United States if you allow all these schmucks to bring the country to crisis, to promise people all kind[s] of goodies and the paradise on earth, to destabilize your economy, to eliminate the principle of free market competition, and to put [a] Big Brother government in Washington, D.C.”

Although the Cold War is over, a much more subversive war is happening now. Through memes, social media, and YouTube videos, public education, the propaganda reaches the youth without their parents even realizing it. Mass media constantly pushes specific ideas while completely suppressing and censoring opposing viewpoints.

Bezmenov’s four-step model of subversion could be applied to almost any political campaign. They almost all begin with telling voters things are awful, crises have erupted, and normality can be restored only by voting for the challenger (or preserved only by voting for the incumbent).

Bezmenov, however, was insistent that American left-wing professors and civil-rights leaders were deliberately running Andropov’s strategy with a conscious effort to achieve destabilizationthe step that truly distinguishes ideological subversion from the usual promises to put a chicken in every pot.

“They are instrumental in the process of subversion only to destabilize a nation,” he said of the academics and activists. “When their job is completed, they are not needed anymore. They know too much. Some of them, when they get disillusioned, when they see that Marxist-Leninists come to power, obviously they get offended. They think that they will come to power. That will never happen, of course. They will be lined up against the wall and shot.”

The American version of this process probably would not end with the mass execution of inconvenient intellectuals, but there is a parallel in what would happen to the intellectual supporters of the current riots if the Democrats win in 2020. They would discover that the victorious Democrat Party is not at all interested in their systemic criticisms of public union employees, such as police officers. Many bones would be thrown to activist groups to purchase their loyalty – and, much more importantly, the loyalty of their leaders – but not the one concession they ostensibly care about the most: a system that makes it easier to discipline and fire government employees.

This metaphorical lining up and shooting of intellectuals is already happening with Lockdown Forever enthusiasts, who only a few days ago were hammering out passionate arguments that American businesses must remain shuttered for weeks or months to come, and anyone who dared to question their dire warnings was a selfish monster willing to kill other people’s grandmothers to pad out their 401k accounts. In the blink of an eye, Lockdown Forever went from the vital engineers of a politically useful crisis to inconvenient obstacles for the new crisis, nationwide riots.

Most of the lockdown gurus sensed this shift in the political winds and quickly trimmed their sails, hammering out new screeds that claimed protesters are probably immune to the coronavirus somehow, or even more incredibly, that another outbreak would be a small price to pay for righteous political activism:

These are the same medical activists who were shrieking in March that the coronavirus could kill millions of Americans if lockdowns were not imposed immediately, and just a few weeks ago, left-wingers were obsessed with calculations that showed COVID-19 is exceptionally deadly to the black community. But suddenly the risk of millions of deaths, 70 percent of them purportedly likely to be black Americans, means nothing compared to the vital urgency of protesting against “white supremacy.”

Is it not plain to see that COVID-19 and the race riots, along with dozens of other events of the past years are tools of the social engineers to bring about their new world order of tyranny onto the world stage?
