Deep State Obama appointed judge who has a history of dismissing cases for the deep state and was assigned as the top judge in the FISA Court in early 2020. One of his first actions was to appoint David Kris, an Obama-era national security leader to review the reforms the FBI will be making to its FISA application process. This caused concerns since the Obama gang had broken FISA laws when it illegally spied on President Trump and others during Obama’s reign of terror in office. (David Kris is an anti-Trump activist who wrote several articles at “Lawfareblog” lying about Rep. Devin Nunes and President Trump.)1
Boasberg delayed the sentencing for the only individual in the Deep State who pleaded guilty to crimes in the totally corrupt and criminal Trump – Russia sham nightmare, Kevin Clinesmith. Then after the election and knowing the steal was in for Biden, Boasberg let Clinesmith off with probation, not even a slap on the wrist.
Boasberg let Facebook off the hook and sending its stock to new heights – over $1 trillion in worth:
Facebook’s value surpassed $1trillion on Monday for the first time, as the share price rose four percent following the dismissal of antitrust lawsuits bought against the tech giant by the government.
A federal judge on Monday dismissed the complaint brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and a coalition of state attorneys general – dealing a significant blow to attempts by regulators to rein in tech giants.
US District Judge James Boasberg ruled that the lawsuits were ‘legally insufficient’ and did not provide enough evidence to prove that Facebook was a monopoly.
Boasberg dismissed a pair of lawsuits from conservative groups, including Judicial Watch, seeking to force the State Department to continue its search for Hillary Clinton‘s emails. In a 26-page ruling, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg argued that the FBI had already “pursued every imaginable avenue to recover the missing emails” from Clinton’s tenure as secretary of State, and that there was no evidence to suggest that additional search efforts would uncover more information.2
He is the same judge, by the way, who refused in earlier cases to allow for the photograph of Osama bin Laden’s body to be released to the public in another FOIA case. His decision was without legal basis but apparently merged from his great respect for Islam.
In a case filed by Judicial Watch by their former president, Larry Klayman, regarding the sell of waivers by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to “the highest bidders” (via the Clinton Foundation) to do business with the Islamic Republic of Iran, while sanctions against this terrorist regime were still in effect, Boasberg looked the other way as the Federal Programs Branch of the Obama Justice Department claimed that its client, the State Department, could not find even one document concerning this waiver program. As a result, and despite Klayman’s asking Judge Boasberg for discovery of how the department conducted its search, he happily dismissed the case on summary judgment without even one document having been produced.3
