(born 1961) is a career diplomat in the U.S. Foreign Service. She has held important positions in the Clinton, Bush, and Obama administrations. In the Clinton administration, she was assistant to Strobe Talbott, a deep state / New World Order engineer. During the Bush administration, she worked for Dick Cheney

She is fluent in Russian. She is married to prominent neoconservative ideological theoritician Robert Kagan. Deep State informant Eric Ciaramella was Nuland’s White House contact. She worked with other Obama officials and Ukrainian neo-Nazis to overthrow the elected government of Ukraine, and came up with the idea of firing the prosecutor investigating Joe Biden’s son.1 She was also deeply involved in both coups (RussiaGate & UkraineGate) in the U.S. to overthrow President Trump, having been the one who forwarded the phony Trump dossier to the FBI. Nuland first was noted when she was caught lying to reporters about Obama’s Benghazi talking points and then was caught on tape saying “F**k the EU” in a phone call where she dictated to US Ambassador to the Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt who should fill what positions in the Ukraine government.
