Intelligence and Other Rogue Government Agencies

Intelligence and Other Rogue Government Agencies

(NaturalNews)  The Affordable Care Act that isn’t affordable and has raised health insurance rates and the cost of healthcare. The Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act, designed to improve food labeling but which actually bans states from enacting their own GMO labeling requirements, thus keeping food labels inaccurate. The USA Patriot Act, a major post-9/11 bill that redefined “patriotism” as massive unconstitutional government surveillance and intrusion. And so on.

Throughout our recent history, there are a number of examples where Congress and the Executive Branch have proposed or passed legislation that, in practice, does exactly the opposite of what elected officials said it would do, in direct contradiction of their titles. The same is true of the federal bureaucracy: There are innumerable examples of federal agencies performing tasks and undertaking missions that are diametrically opposite of their founding purpose.

CIA whistleblower Kevin Shipp: “The top of the shadow government is the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency.”

Operation Homecoming: The US Gov’t Celebrates the Myth that All Vietnam Veterans had Returned Until Whistleblower Bobby Garwood Exposes the Lie.

Operation Homecoming celebrates the supposed return of all military personnel from Vietnam, however this is merely propaganda by the US government to cover for the abandoned POW's. Two award-winning journalists, authors of 'Kiss the Boys Goodbye: How the US Betrayed its Own POW's in Vietnam', over the course of a five-year investigation, became convinced that the safety and interests of these prisoners and their families were being sacrificed to American foreign policy. The book contains many interviews and intelligence information gleaned from former POW's, former U.S. intelligence operatives, U.S. politicians, families of the missing, and others placing them at ...

American Indian Movement members Begin a Protest for Injustices Against their Tribe Resulting in the Unlawful Use of Military Force and Framing of Leonard Peltier

"Amnesty International considers Leonard Peltier to be a political prisoner whose avenues of redress have long been exhausted.... Amnesty International recognizes that a retrial is no longer a feasible option and believes that Leonard Peltier should be immediately and unconditionally released." - Amnesty International, April 6, 1999 "I have been reading in Leonard Peltier's book, and about an hour ago I spoke with him .... He is a remarkable person and the depth of his spirituality shows .... I would hope that the campaign to have him freed will succeed. I certainly support it very passionately .... Because it ...

The EPA Issued a Press Release Banning the Use of DDT

The general use of the pesticide DDT will no longer be legal in the United States after today, ending nearly three decades of application during which time the once-popular chemical was used to control insect pests on crop and forest lands, around homes and gardens, and for industrial and commercial purposes. An end to the continued domestic usage of the pesticide was decreed on June 14, 1972, when William D. Ruckelshaus, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, issued an order finally cancelling nearly all remaining Federal registrations of DDT products. Public health, quarantine, and a few minor crop uses ...

United Flight 553 Crash: A Watergate Murder to Keep CIA Agent Dorothy Hunt, like Hubby E Howard Hunt, from Blowing the Whistle on the Watergate Coup

Dorothy Hunt, wife of Howard Hunt (scapegoat for Watergate who was threatening to spill the beans on the whole thing), and a CIA agent like her husband, was allegedly on the flight with $250,000 cash aimed at buying the silence of her Husband's co-conspirators. Traveling along with her on the flight was CBS news correspondent whose CIA boyfriend had given her inside intel about Watergate and what it was really about, Michelle Clark. These two along with 12 others on the flight, according to Howard Hunt, had information that would blow the White House out of the water. According ...

The Washington Star Breaks the Story on the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment

The Washington Star Breaks the Story on the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment

Controversial research programs, unethical experimentation, and human trials have been part of the medical field for centuries. It doesn’t make it any less wrong, but certain scientists with questionable ethics have gotten away with a lot in the name of, well, science. The more (in)famous examples of wayward science include eugenics sterilization, electroshock therapy, ionizing radiation experiments, and the CIA program MKULTRA. But the government sponsored Tuskegee syphilis experiment, a program that ran for forty years in Macon County, Alabama during the mid-20th century, is one of the more appalling and deceitful of the bunch as 600 African-Americans signed ...

The ATF is Officially Established as an Independent Bureau within the Treasury Department

In 1972, the ATF was officially established as an independent bureau within the Treasury Department on July 1, 1972, this transferred the responsibilities of the ATF division of the IRS to the new Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Rex D. Davis oversaw the transition, becoming the bureau’s first director, having headed the division since 1970. During his tenure, Davis shepherded the organization into a new era where federal firearms and explosives laws addressing violent crime became the primary mission of the agency.[9] However, taxation and other alcohol issues remained priorities as ATF collected billions of dollars in alcohol ...
The Watergate Break-In: A CIA Coup to Overthrow US President Richard Nixon

The Watergate Break-In: A CIA Coup to Overthrow US President Richard Nixon

On June 17, 1972, a group of burglars, carrying electronic surveillance equipment, was arrested inside the Democratic National Committee offices at 2650 Virginia Avenue, NW, in Washington, D.C., the Watergate building complex. The men were quickly identified as having ties to the Nixon reelection campaign and to the White House. Though at the time the incident got little attention, it would snowball into one of the biggest crises in American political history, define Richard Nixon forever, and drive him out of the White House. Most historical accounts judge Nixon responsible in some way for the Watergate burglary — or ...

Presidential Candidate George Wallace is Shot 4 Times in an Assassination Attempt by a Supposed Lone, Crazed Gunman, Arthur Bremer, but Evidence Suggests Otherwise

"I have no evidence, but I think my attempted assassination was part of a conspiracy." - Governor George Wallace The story was both familiar and devastating. Another crazy gunman, portrayed as a withdrawn loner, had taken down another leading political figure in our country. On May 15, 1972, Arthur Herman Bremer pulled a gun and fired upon Governor George Corley Wallace during his campaign rally at a shopping center in Laurel, Maryland. CBS photographer Laurens Pierce caught part of the shooting on film. A clip from this piece is included in the film Forrest Gump. Wallace is seen with ...
