A massive 7.0 magnitude earthquake, with an epicenter near the town of Léogâne (Ouest), approximately 25 kilometers (16 mi) west of Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital occurred affecting some 3 million Haitians. Deaths are estimated as high as 316,000. A simulation of the earthquake in Haiti was run by Southcom the day before. Former president’s Clinton & Bush were put in charge of the relief effort and they did a remarkable job collecting some 2 billion in the relief effort, but Haitians ask “Where is the money?“. Most went to US companies and NGO’s, Industrial Parks and Hotels. The Clinton Foundation donors profited, as did the Clinton’s though their tax exempt slush fund. As was the case with the India earthquake in 2001, the Clinton’s exploited Haiti for profit. The Haitian government received less than 1% of the more than $10 billion of aid given and Haitian government and organizations were not even consulted nor a single Haitian on the fund’s board.
The Drill / Simulation the Day Before
One day before Haiti was rocked by a massive 7.0 earthquake, the Pentagon’s US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) simulated a hurricane striking the island in preparation for subsequent measures to be implemented. A carefully prepared military operation, they included occupying, controlling, and plundering the island. Also, Deputy SOUTHCOM head, General PK Keen, was in Haiti when the quake struck the next day, ready to assume command and use a communication tool called the Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project (TISC), linking other nations and NGOs with the Pentagon and US government to facilitate measures to be implemented. On Monday (Jan 11th), Jean Demay, DISA’s technical manager for the agency’s Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, happened to be at the headquarters of the U.S. Southern Command in Miami preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. After the earthquake hit on Tuesday (Jan 12th), Demay said SOUTHCOM decided to go live with the system. On Wednesday, DISA opened up its All Partners Access Network, supported by the Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, to any organization supporting Haiti relief efforts.
In 1994, the Clinton administration attempted to oust Haiti’s military regime by threat of invasion. According to Bernard Sansaricq, the Haitian Senate President at the time, Clinton sent former Rep. Bill Richardson (D-New Mexico) to meet with him and to “appease” him over the threatened military action. For four hours Sansaricq attempted to dissuade the Americans, asking Richardson to take the message back to Clinton. A week later, he said, he was visited by an anonymous messenger from the U.S. Embassy who told him if he “sided” with Clinton and supported the invasion, he would become “the richest man in Haiti.” Sansaricq declined, he said, because he “loves his country,” and a week later Clinton revoked his visa by executive order.
Ten years later, Haiti would come under foreign military occupation due to a CIA instigated February 2004 Coup d’Etat, an armed insurrection which contributed to unseating the democratically-elected President Aristide (who was kidnapped and deported) in a carefully staged military-intelligence operation, involving the US, France and Canada. The 2004 coup had set the stage for the installation of a US puppet government in Port au Prince, which takes orders directly from Washington. The contingent of US forces under SOUTHCOM (~10,000) combined with those of MINUSTAH (~10,000) brings foreign military presence in Haiti to close to 20,000 in a country of 9 million people. In comparison in Afghanistan, prior to Obama’s military surge, combined US and NATO forces were of the order of 70,000 for a population of 28 million. In other words, on a per capita basis there will be more troops in Haiti than in Afghanistan. In the political and social disarray triggered by the earthquake, the former armed militia and Ton Ton macoute will be playing a new role.
A HAARP Man-Made False Flag?
Most people would never consider the possibility of a ‘natural’ disaster being a false flag. Even those who understand the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) and the use of weather as a weapon don’t correlate the two, but it is the ultimate false flag where the Hegelian dialectic is used – problem, reaction, solution. But, who is the patsy? God, of course. With the HAARP false flags, the globalist who hate God, or at least the God that most of us worship (they have a different god), are able to blame God, their ultimate patsy, for something they did. John the Revelator, speaking of the beast from the sea, describes on of his attributes as having “upon his heads the name of blasphemy” (Revelations 13:1) – Blasphemy is the relegation to oneself the powers, prerogatives, and attributes of God. Certainly, creating an earthquake with a weather weapon would be playing God. That’s exactly what Hugo Chavez, former President of Yugoslavia thinks:
“Speaking on his weekly television show, Chavez opined that the U.S. mission in Haiti was a ruse to initiate military occupation,” the New York Daily News said. This isn’t just crazy talk. Chavez had a long military career, and was well respected in his work. He’s also not the only person to suggest that the United States is, and has been, manipulating and controlling the weather for years.
For example, in 2010, then-president of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that the U.S.’s High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was responsible for the devastating floods in Pakistan, and that Western countries have been causing drought in various parts of the world, including Iran. According to The Telegraph, Ahmadinejad emphasized that “according to reports on climate, whose accuracy has been verified, European countries are using equipment to force clouds to dump their water on their continent,” and are “prevent[ing] rain clouds from reaching regional countries, including Iran.” (source)
Renowned Pakistani columnist Nusrat Mirza accused the U.S. of artificially causing the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan, calling the radiation leaks resulting from damage to nuclear plants the U.S.’s “second nuclear attack” on the Japanese nation. He argued that the March earthquake was artificially caused by the U.S. X-37B spaceplane just six days after it was launched. (source)
A very unusual deletion can be observed in the archived data of HAARP instrument readings from the day before the Haiti earthquake. Perhaps it is a matter of time until it will get fixed with a simple copy-paste operation, but I have made screen shots of it).
The HAARP Induction Magnetometer, a device used to measure the geomagnetic activity induced by the Alaskan HAARP weapon (which has proven to produce earthquakes), began powering up on January 10th at about 4pm UTC lasting on full blast until January 12th at around 3pm UTC, when it powered down again. The Haiti earthquake happened 5-6 hours later.
The After-Earthquake… Invasion?
Maybe the Clinton’s finally got their invasion after all.
The U.S. exploited the earthquake to send the military to the stricken island nation. “They brazenly occupied Haiti without consulting the UN or the OAS (Organization of American States),” said Chavez earlier in the week. Bolivian President Evo Morales said Wednesday he would request an emergency UN meeting “to repudiate and reject this military occupation of the United States in Haiti.” “It’s not right the United States should use this natural disaster to invade and militarily occupy Haiti,” he told a press conference.
Prior to the earthquake, there were, according to US military sources, some 60 US military personnel in Haiti. From one day to the next, an outright military surge has occurred: 20,000 troops, marines, special forces, intelligence operatives, etc., not to mention private mercenary forces on contract to the Pentagon.
The total lack of a functioning government in Haiti was used to legitimize, on humanitarian grounds, the sending in of a powerful military force, which has de facto taken over several governmental functions. (Source) The US Military took over the Port au Prince airport, displacing the Haitian Airport officials, said the Haitian Ambassador to the U.S. in an interview.
“The unspoken mission of US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) with headquarters in Miami and US military installations throughout Latin America is to ensure the maintenance of subservient national regimes, namely US proxy governments, committed to the Washington Consensus and the neoliberal policy agenda,” writes Prof. Michel Chossudovsky shortly after the quake. “While US military personnel will at the outset be actively involved in emergency and disaster relief, this renewed US military presence in Haiti will be used to establish a foothold in the country as well pursue America’s strategic and geopolitical objectives in the Caribbean basin, which are largely directed against Cuba and Venezuela.”
Chossudovsky says, “The main actors in America’s “humanitarian operation” are the Department of Defense, the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). (See USAID Speeches: On-The-Record Briefing on the Situation in Haiti, 01/13/10). USAID has also been entrusted in channeling food aid to Haiti, which is distributed by the World Food Program. (See USAID Press Release: USAID to Provide Emergency Food Aid for Haiti Earthquake Victims, January 13, 2010)” …not being led by civilian governmental agencies such as FEMA or USAID, but by the Pentagon with SOUTHCOM as the lead agency with the decision-making role. The humanitarian operation was used as a pretext and justification to establish a more permanent US military presence in Haiti.

How could the United States invade Haiti if they did not have runways and roads to transport the military arm in and around the area? Was this one-hundred and sixty eight year old dormant fault line (last active in 1842) so intelligent that it only hit areas of interest to the U.S? I hope you can now start to connect some dots? We had something similar with the story of the Fukushima earthquake, we’re told it was a massive earthquake but what happened to the invisible damage afterwards? The land area had no damage and everything looked normal until the Tsunami destroyed everything in sight. Have you not asked yourself why so many Japanese ended up caught unaware by the Tsunami considering they are well trained for these type of events? Some will tell you well this occurred because the epicenter of the quake was located out in the ocean. What they do not explain is the radius that radiates out from the epicenter. The quake reported would have had a radius which should have entered the land area. Therefore I argue that the magnitude of the quake was not as claimed.
Did bio-warfare kill another 10,000 Haitians?
During the ‘Relief Effort’ the UN later admitted that their troops from Nepal who must have been infected with cholera caused an outbreak of the disease that killed more than 10,000 Haitians. The admission came well after scientists proved that the strain of cholera in Haiti was an exact match of the strain of cholera in Nepal and only after a confidential report to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon was leaked to the NYTimes. In the report, Alston states that the epidemic “would not have broken out but for the actions of the United Nations.”. It’s highly unlikely that the disease could have come from anywhere else, especially since it was the first outbreak in over 100 years. With the UN’s history and the future governing body of the New World Order, it is not unlikely this was no accident.
