The Department of Homeland Security announced the opening of the DHS Center for Countering Human Trafficking, the first-ever government operations center focused solely on law enforcement operations pertaining to human trafficking. More than 75 percent of Americans will be allowed to vote by mail in the 2020 presidential election scheduled for November, according to a report from the New York Times on Tuesday.
