Exactly one year prior to the World Trade Center attacks on 9/11/2001, The Project for the New American Century (PNAC), a Washington-based think tank of neo-conservatives formed in 1997, released a report that stated their aspiration to conquer and militarize global resources would be achieved much too slowly, “unless there were some catastrophic and catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor.”
In 1997, a think-tank called the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) was created. Members of PNAC—also known as “Neocons”—are affiliated with the Bush Administration; George Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, [lightbox full=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrT3UmVz-5o” title=”Reaching PNAC goals = highest achievement in office”]Dick Cheney[/lightbox], Lewis Libby, Richard Perle, John Bolton and Paul Wolfowitz, among others.
PNAC drafted a blueprint to help the Clinton Administration’s successors speed up the New World Order (NWO) agenda for global hegemony. The plan for world-government needed to be implemented by the turn of the century, marking the start of what Luciferian occultists refer to as the “Age of Aquarius.”
In September of 2000, PNAC’s report stated that their aspiration to conquer and militarize global resources would be achieved much too slowly, “unless there were some catastrophic and catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor.”
They needed an external threat to galvanize a wave of public indignation that would lead the American people to blindly support and finance PNAC’s desires to wage wars, confiscate critical foreign resources, run pipelines through the Caspian Sea, create new overseas bases with an unrestricted permanent military presence, and expand their power throughout Middle Eastern countries through privately owned central banks.
The fundamental essence of PNAC’s ideology can be found in a White Paper produced in September of 2000 entitled “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century.” In it, PNAC outlines what is required of America to create the global empire they envision. According to PNAC, America must:
- Reposition permanently based forces to Southern Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East;
- Modernize U.S. forces, including enhancing our fighter aircraft, submarine and surface fleet capabilities;
- Develop and deploy a global missile defense system, and develop a strategic dominance of space;
- Control the “International Commons” of cyberspace;
- Increase defense spending to a minimum of 3.8 percent of gross domestic product, up from the 3 percent currently spent (Bush proposed exactly 3.8% budget the following year)
Most ominously, this PNAC document described four “Core Missions” for the American military. The two central requirements are for American forces to “fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theater wars,” and to “perform the ‘constabulary’ duties associated with shaping the security environment in critical regions.” Note well that PNAC does not want America to be prepared to fight simultaneous major wars. That is old school. In order to bring this plan to fruition, the military must fight these wars one way or the other to establish American dominance for all to see.
PNAC had been itching to wage war with Iraq for some time. In an open letter to Clinton and GOP congressional leaders, dated 1998, PNAC called for the removal of Saddam Hussein’s regime. They needed a power shift to commence the advancement of their blueprint by first gaining more dominance in the Middle East; 9/11 was the perfect pretext. (Click here to read a copy of the letter posted on their official website.)
Their main goal, however, is to usher in a global Luciferian dictatorship; a plan that the Jesuits, PNAC, Bilderberg, Bohemian Grove, the CFR, the Trilateral Commission, and all other branches of the Illuminati refer to as the “New World Order.”
Consider that PNAC’s mission statement has twenty-five signatories. Seventeen (68%) of the twenty-five belong to the Council on Foreign Relations. This should also raise a red flag as the CFR’s primary goal is one-world government.
Many high-profile politicians from both parties are members of the Bilderberg group, the CFR, and the Trilateral Commission; all of which are organizations loyal to a globalist agenda that is hostile to nationhood.
Since 9/11, PNAC’s blueprint has been surreptitiously and exponentially activated behind the guise of fighting a war against “terrorism.” They fan the flames of this war to instill within us a paralyzing fear, and a willingness to accept Orwellian policies deemed necessary to “keep us safe”; even when it means waging wars based on phony intelligence; sabotaging our civil liberties with the Patriot Act; shredding the Constitution and the Bill of Rights; justifying torture; supporting human enslavement through Agenda 21; systematically eradicating the middle class, Habeas Corpus, the Posse Comitatus Act, and our national sovereignty via the North American Union. In reality, none of our puppet government’s core policies are meant to keep us “safe” from this larger than life phantom menace they have created to scare us into submission.
The most powerful leaders in American politics are merely front men for an even mightier elite class who work in the shadows. The sole agenda of top political leaders is to serve the Illuminati chieftains. Modern-day U.S. presidents are not elected, they are selected to act as puppets for Illuminati bloodlines who pull their strings from behind the scenes.
The Illuminati puppeteers are employing the same deceptive tactics they considered using against the American people over 40 years ago. America’s top military leaders drafted plans to kill innocent people and commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to trick the public into supporting a war against Cuba in the early 1960s. Approved in writing by the Pentagon Joint Chiefs, Operation Northwoods even proposed blowing up a U.S. ship and hijacking planes to blame on Cuba as a false pretext for war.
Hermann Goering, leading member of the Nazi party and military, infamously said: “Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”
On September 11th, 2001, exactly one year after the release of their year-2000 report, and mere months after Bush and his PNAC cronies infiltrated the White House, their need for a “catastrophic and catalyzing event” transpired. How convenient. The most powerful office in the world had been passed to them like a baton from the previous New World Order puppet, Bill Clinton.
At that point, they had the pinnacle of power and authority to see their New World Order objectives through. 9/11 was the once in a lifetime window of opportunity they needed to enable their agenda. On that grievous day occurred the most horrific false flag operation perpetrated in U.S. history.

PNAC members, and signees to its policy documents, include: Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wofowitz, Jeb Bush, Richard Perle, John Bolton, Scooter Libby, Elliot Abrams, Richard Armitage, William Bennet, William Kristol, and Zalmy Khalilzad – men with their hands deep in the private defense, oil, and multi-national corporate industries poised to make vast sums of money and secure huge tracts of power and influence if PNAC policy evolved into U.S. Government policy. Nine months after they rose to power, and assumed central positions of leadership up and down the spectrum of military, civilian, domestic, and international agencies, they got their ‘New Pearl Harbor’. And PNAC policy essentially evolved into the Bush Administration’s official agenda. While this alarmingly convenient coincidence does not prove anything in and of itself, it does establish motive. And it certainly would raise the eyebrows of concern from any serious investigator looking into the facts of September 11.
Another alarming coincidence surrounding PNAC and September 11 has been revealed by attorney Stanley Hilton. Hilton, a graduate of Harvard Law School and former senior advisor and lead counsel for Bob Dole, attended the University of Chicago as an undergraduate in the 1960s. He studied under the infamous Leo Strauss, considered by many the father of neo-conservatism. Fellow students and acquaintances of Hilton’s at the time included Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Perle. In an interview with journalist Alex Jones, Hilton reports that, under the supervision of Strauss, his senior thesis detailed a plan to establish a Presidential Dictatorship using a fabricated ‘Pearl Harbor-like incident’ as justification. He further states that he, Perle, Wolfowitz, and other students of Strauss discussed an array of different plots and incidents ‘like September 11th’ and ‘flying airplanes into buildings way back in the 60s’.
