Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Phillip were found guilty in the disappearance of ten native children from the Catholic-run Kamloops residential school in British Columbia by a Canadian tribunal court. Grieving parents haven’t seen their children since they left for a picnic with the Royal couple on Oct. 10 1964.
As a Foot Guards Regiment the Irish Guards Regiment is involved in public and ceremonial duties at Buckingham Place, Windsor Castle, St James’s Palace and The Tower of London, and when a soldier questioned his superior about the outstanding warrant for her arrest, he was institutionalized.
The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) sent out an urgent appeal on May 7, 2014:
Vivian Cunningham, a serving soldier in the Irish Guards Regiment in Aldershot, Hampshire, has been detained, institutionalized and drugged against his will for mentioning to a senior officer the Common Law arrest warrants against convicted felon Elizabeth Windsor (aka “Queen Elizabeth”).
Guardsman Cunningham is presently being detained without his consent for six months at the mental care unit of St. George’s Hospital in Stafford. He has been injected with olanzapine, an atypical anti-psychotic drug, under the orders of a Captain Murrell and Doctors Khan and Sema.
Recently, Guardsman Cunningham reported to Captain Murrell the existence of the standing arrest warrant against Windsor, and her lawful conviction for crimes against humanity. According to Cunningham, Capt. Murrell responded by saying “Yes I believe the evidence you have shown me, but is it ok if you attend a medical assessment to make sure you are ok?”. Cunningham agreed, and was then committed with a diagnosis of having suffered an “acute psychotic episode”.
Clearly, Cunningham has been committed under the notorious “Fixated Threat” law, which criminalizes opinion in England, and classifies the criticism of any political figure as a mental disorder.
The ITCCS Executive states categorically that Guardsman Vivian Cunningham has been targeted by the British Crown for his circulating of evidence of Elizabeth Windsor’s guilt under the law. Cunningham’s persecution is directly related to the present Common Law Court’s investigation of the British Crown and members of the “royal family” for child trafficking and murder.
The ITCCS Executive therefore calls upon all of its global affiliates and British members to protest at St. George’s hospital in Stafford, and phone the facility and Capt. Murrell to demand an explanation for Cunningham’s incarceration. Protests and occupations will commence at British embassies and businesses around the world, and will continue until Vivian Cunnigham is released unconditionally.
Vivian Cunningham is hereby declared a prisoner of conscience in England by the ITCCS.

Another British citizen named David Compan, who supported the ITCCS campaign to hold the British monarchy accountable for its genocidal crimes against native peoples in Canada, was imprisoned and sedated in Charing Cross Hospital in London. These two are far from the only victims of the cover-up of the ongoing genocide of native peoples and the ritual abuse and murder of children abducted en masse from so-called Indian Residential Schools in Canada.
Psychology Weaponized
One particularly vile aspect of totalitarian systems is the abuse of psychiatry. In China today, dissidents may be labeled mentally ill and consigned to psychiatric hospitals. Once swallowed up by the mental health system, they can be subjected to electric shock ‘therapy’ and incapacitating drugs, as well as the psychological assault of being confined with the mentally ill – indefinitely, since a ‘diagnosis’ is not a sentence and has no term. In the Soviet Union, political dissidents and artists who failed to bow the knee were also punished in this way. A famous example was the poet Joseph Brodsky, who was eventually released to the West after a widespread campaign. Less well-known figures had no such life-line and remained consigned this hellish form of incarceration.
The diagnosis invented for the purpose of interning dissidents, whistle-blowers, petition-signers and the like was so-called ‘sluggish schizophrenia’. I suppose the implication of ‘sluggish’ was that the symptoms of this ‘schizophrenia’ would only manifest themselves gradually, unlike the real disease, where onset would be rapid and dramatic. It could then be claimed that early symptoms included political paranoia, even while the sufferer seemed completely rational in every other way.
In the USA, the 2013 DSM-5 Psychiatric Manual Revisions Make Normal Behaviors Diagnosable as Mental Illnesses and is specifically worded to target ‘conspiracy theorists’ or any thinking outside of mainstream.
Totalitarian governments use psychiatry to create a second, secret gulag, as the state seeks to control every aspect of the individual’s life, and the nature of reality itself becomes a matter of centralized edict.
In the West, using its ‘conspiracy theorist’ stereotype, the state has relied on psychological conditioning rather than psychiatric coercion, progressively setting up a soft, social gulag, an open prison for those who dissent from state-approved versions of reality. More recently, however, our governments have moved towards totalitarian ‘hard gulag’ models of psychiatric abuse. While countries such as China, Uzbekistan and Cuba continue to incarcerate their citizens in psychiatric wards for thought-crime, similar cases are beginning to be seen in the West, along with foreshadowings of the whole range of totalitarian methods of control.
