Kathy Ferguson, the ex-wife of Arkansas State Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head, in Sherwood, AR. On May 11, 1993, the right-handed Ferguson supposedly shot herself behind the left ear. It was labeled a suicide even though much of the forensic evidence does not support this finding. For example, there were packed suitcases as if she were planning on going somewhere. She died five days after her ex-husband, was named a co-conspirator in the Paula Jones case.
