Dominion Voting Systems

« Back to Glossary Index

A Clinton Foundation / Pelosi / Feinstein / Soros / Obama / China and Mueller-connected China-owned software company with HQ’s in Toronto (U.S. HQ’s in Denver) founded in 2002. It has a long history of allegation of election rigging and interference in elections of various nations, including census data theft in India and interference in US Elections of 2020. According to sworn witness testimony gathered by Sidney Powell and the Trump Election fraud prosecution team of why the software was designed: It was designed to rig elections. DSV claims to work with 2000 voting jurisdictions in 33 states1 including Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Arizona, and Nevada – all contested swing states in the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election in which the fake news media refused to declare President Trump the winner on Election night in spite of a victory, and declared Joe Biden President four days later after massive fraud. They’re the 2nd largest voting vendor in the U.S. behind Election Systems & Software. Dominion carries out in-house software development for its customers in the U.S., Canada and Serbia.

“Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the vote decide everything.”― Joseph Stalin

John Poulos was the face of the company before Congress, where he was peppered with questions about whether the company gets components from China. During congressional testimony in January, Poulos said: “We do have components in our products that come from China. Our tabulated products have always been manufactured in the united states.” He said the Chinese components included “LCD components, the actual glass screen on the interface down to the chip component level…there’s no option for manufacturing of those in the United States. We would welcome guidelines and best practices.

According to a court filing, Dominion owns patents linked to China. Dominion’s Trump-hater Eric Coomer is the inventor of the application. On page 16 of the legal filing filed by Sidney Powell following the 2020 Election, foreign actors (China & Iran specifically) having access to US elections is discussed. In addition, on page 8 of Sidney Powell’s election fraud filing in GA, we see Dominion – Edison has connections to domestic players:  One being Indivisible which was formerly Obama connected ACORN:

A 2014 State of California document indicates Dominion’s agent of record at that time was Boston lawyer Michael Bevilacqua of Wilmer Hale. Former special prosecutor Robert Mueller works for that firm. The Dominion firm made $44 million in 2012, according to the form. It listed its addresses for manufacturing and development as Toronto; Belgrade, Serbia; Denver; Plano, Texas; and Baldwin Park, California. A 2020 filing gives their registered agent as Cogency Global in Florida. Its directors were listed as Hootan Yaghoobzadeh of Staple Street Capital, Stephen Owens, also of Staple Street, and Benjamin Humphreys. Yaghoobzadeh and Owens have past ties to the Carlyle Group investment firm.

The China Connection

An investigation by Austin Security and Investigation Solutions into SEC filings has revealed that the firm which owns Dominion Voting Systems, Staple Street Capital, received $400 million dollars from a Swiss bank, UBS Securities, with close links to the Chinese government less than a month before the election. This was in addition to $200 million paid to Dominion from UBS in 2014. Aside from UBS, the other four owners of UBS Securities are all Communist Chinese front groups.

UBS Securities is closely linked to UBS’s Beijing-based joint venture. There, current and former board members are tied to Chinese communist military and intelligence agencies. In New York, three out of four UBS board members are Chinese. Some board members serve the company in New York and Beijing at the same time.

Dominion Voting Systems shares an office floor with the George Soros-funded left-wing Tides Foundation in Toronto, NATIONAL FILE reported. Their tipster made clear that “Soros people” are very close with Dominion, which has partnered with a voting technology company chaired by one of left-wing billionaire George Soros’ best friends and associates. Dominion was caught flipping votes from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden in the 2020 election, and Trump has cited data to accuse Dominion of widespread vote-flipping and vote-losing in key states. Dominion is headquartered in Toronto and has a U.S. office in Denver.

Also, National Pulse reported that Andy Huang, the Core Infrastructure Manager of Information Technology at Dominion Voting Systems, previously worked at the state-owned China Telecom. Interestingly, the boxes for Dominion Voting machines says “Made in China”:

Diebold Elections Systems Inc. is formed. Previously, DESI was run by Bob Urosevich, who worked in the election systems industry since 1976. In 1979, Mr. Urosevich founded American Information Systems. He served as the President of AIS, now known as Election Systems & Software, Inc. (ES&S), from 1979 through 1992. Bob’s brother, Todd Urosevich, is Vice President, Aftermarket Sales with ES&S, DESI’s chief competitor. In 1995, Bob Urosevich started I-Mark Systems, whose product was a touch screen voting system utilizing a smart card and biometric encryption authorization technology. Global Election Systems, Inc. (GES) acquired I-Mark in 1997, and on July 31, 2000 Mr. Urosevich was promoted from Vice President of Sales and Marketing and New Business Development to President and Chief Operating Officer. On January 22, 2002, Diebold announced the acquisition of GES, then a manufacturer and supplier of electronic voting terminals and solutions. Global Election Systems subsequently changed its name to Diebold Election Systems, Inc.

Fast forward to the election year that followed the creation of Diebold Election Systems. There had been known glitches within Diebold’s software that could alter an election in other candidates favor. Multiple News Outlets wrote articles pertaining to the threat of Election Rigging via E-Voting. Those same media outlets now in 2020, that claim e-voting to be safe and not subject to tampering/glitches even whilst saying the exact opposite 15 years prior. Michael Meacher from “The Guardian” wrote this back in 2005.

“According to Harris, a manipulation technique she found in Diebold’s AccuVote central vote tabulator is able to read totals from an untraceable bogus vote set within its software. “By entering a two-digit code in a hidden location, a second set of votes is created; and this set of votes can be changed in a matter of seconds, so that it no longer matches the correct votes,” she has said. And she has demonstrated this live on television. Her conclusion is: “You can easily edit the election.”

While Diebold denounced these claims, email threads I acquired through digging indicate their knowledge of said bugs in some form or another in their systems and how circumventing was done to avoid detection including halting google searches on the company and the keyword bug, as to not increase the chances of those two keywords coming up in the registry upon searching the company.

Attached below are a few separate emails from various members of the company. (At the end of this article I will post the rest of the email threads I have currently, as to not be selective in only picking out certain conversations.) Pay attention to the name Ian Piper in the separate email below as well. Though he didn’t partake in the email thread below regarding the glitch, he was the Compliance Officer of Diebold Election Systems. This is important in many ways.

A compliance officer is an individual who ensures that a company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws. Compliance officers have a duty to their employer to work with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk. Now to me, those emails though not too descriptive in detail clearly show knowledge of a said glitch, and an attempt to keep it off the radar somehow. As a Compliance Officer, I don’t think I’d be too off the mark in saying he too had knowledge of a good amount of what was going on within the company.

Shortly following these emails that year and the years following, Diebold Voting Systems were having many widespread irregularities occur. Some as severe as taking votes away from one candidate and transferring them over in favor of the other party/doctoring votes as described in this April 2004 Vanity Fair article written by Michael Shnayerson.

In 2006, Diebold decided to remove its name from the front of the voting machines for strategic reasons. In 2007, it changed its name to Premier Solution Systems. Election Systems & Software (ES&S) acquired Premier Election Solutions on September 3, 2009.

According to whistleblowers, Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden personally visited Serbia on May 20th 2009 to take part in a scheme that gave Democrats control of America’s Dominion voting machines in coordination with Eric Holder’s Justice Department. The plot is also linked to the Chinese, the Clinton Foundation, and George Soros. This article will take you through the entire globalist plot, step by step. That article states that:

Dana Jill Simpson and her husband Jim are election integrity and technology experts who have worked for Tides Foundation insiders (the Tides Canada Foundation shares office space in Toronto with Dominion Voting Systems’ headquarters). They are both anti-war progressives in the Bernie Sanders wing of the Democrat Party. Dana Jill Simpson has been investigating Dominion for years, and she brought her concerns about voter fraud to the FBI in 2016 — including information about Dominion — but the FBI ignored her pleas for help. Simpson said the scanners for Dominion are made by a company called Flextronics in Plano, Texas, whose CEO does business with the Chinese company Huawei.

The Obama-Biden administration literally gave Dominion its market share through a 2010 forced divestiture.

March 8, 2010 press release from Eric Holder’s Department of Justice entitled “Justice Department Requires Key Divestiture in Election Systems & Software/Premier Election Solutions Merger” announced that DOJ was forcing a divestiture of election technology from a top company. Dominion ended up getting that technology and thus nearly a third of the electronic voting systems market in America.

“Jim and I as an election team working for Harvard lawyer Cliff Arnebeck located all the DOJ Documents to prove how Dominion Voting owes its 30% Market share to an Obama-Biden DOJ Antitrust division sale done by Eric Holder. No party running for office should have any ties to a company but Biden while in office with Obama let Eric Holder handle this sale to their pet company Dominion. That my friends is as corrupt as it gets,” Dana Jill Simpson said.

The Science Defies Politics blog reported: “It is not clear what products or services the company has developed. It found almost no buyers, until Obama was elected in 2008. In 2009, New York ordered a few dozens of systems from it. In 2010, Obama’s DOJ (Holder – Mueller) took the EVS unit, purchased from Diebold, away from the market leader ES&S, and gave it to Dominion. This gift included the installed base of about 30% of the US electronic voting systems (EVS) market. Within two weeks, Dominion also acquired Sequoia, which was formally spun from Smartmatic, but ties between these two companies remained. Smartmatic is a UK based EVS vendor, whose software was used by Chavez to “win” the Venezuelan referendum in 2004. Smartmatic’s unit Sequoia faced troubles in the US. Those troubles quickly ended when its assets were purchased by Dominion.”

Dominion Voting Systems is subjected to multiple hardware, software, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities, as exemplified by various electronic voting equipment tests conducted by universities and state government officials. The Canadian company uses Smartmatic software, according to an affidavit of a high ranking Venezuelan military official who was present when Smartmatic was first used in Venezuelan elections.’

Dominion Voting Systems software is not PCI compliant and fails 10 of the 12 requirements. The 12 requirements for Payment Card Industry compliance are:

  1. Firewalls: block access of foreign or unknown entities attempting to access data (FAIL)
  2. Proper Password Protections – (FAIL: many share same password)
  3. Protect Voter/Cardholder Data – (FAIL: data dumps of private voter data)
  4. Encrypt Transmitted Data – N/A
  5. Use and Maintain Anti-Virus – on all devices that interact with net or data (FAIL: has malware)
  6. Properly Updated Software – Firewalls & anti-virus and patches for vulnerabilities (FAIL)
  7. Restrict Data Access – strictly “need to know” only (FAIL: many externals have access)
  8. Unique IDs for Access – creates less vulnerability, quicker response time (FAIL)
  9. Restrict Physical Access – secure locked locations, logs any access (FAIL: can access hardware or software)
  10. Create and Maintain Access Logs – use special software to log access & accuracy (FAIL: can alter logs)
  11. Scan and Test for Vulnerabilities – Done regularly (FAIL: years pass with same issues)
  12. Document All Your Policies – For flow, storage, access, etc.

In comparison, the ElectionsOnline HOA software uses online voting and PDF postal mail voting. They are compliant and follow all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards for all their voting data, especially things through the net. They treat votes just as important as money. So the $800 HOA voting software is clearly more secure than the $800,000 government software. Think on that! (TGP)

Microsoft developed part of the program that was used to change votes and then licensed the software to not only Dominion, but essentially every other computerized voter machine operated tabulation system. In an official press release published by Microsoft on September 24, 2019, Microsoft’s CEO Satya Nadella announced the availability of “Election Guard”. A close examination of Microsofts “Defending Democracy” Program reveals that one of its core goals is “Defending against disinformation campaigns”.

“ElectionGuard is accessible by design and will make voting more secure, verifiable and efficient anywhere it’s used in the United States or in democratic nations around the world. Today we’re announcing that ElectionGuard is now available on GitHub so that major election technology suppliers can begin integrating ElectionGuard into their voting systems.

“As we’ve previously announced, all major manufacturers of voting systems in the United States are working with us to explore ways to incorporate ElectionGuard into their systems including Clear Ballot, Democracy Live, Election Systems & Software, Dominion Voting Systems, Hart InterCivic, BPro, MicroVote, Smartmatic and VotingWorks. We’ve worked deeply with many of these companies over the summer to prepare them for today’s SDK release.”

The ElectionGuard specification includes both “informal” and “formal” road maps for how ElectionGuard works. The informal spec is authored by Dr. Josh Benaloh of Microsoft Research and provides the conceptual and mathematical basis for end-to-end verifiable elections with ElectionGuard. The formal spec contains detailed guidance manufacturers will need to incorporate ElectionGuard into their systems, including a full description of the API – which is the way voting systems communicate with the ElectionGuard software – and the stages of an end-to-end verifiable election.

So in other words, through his “Defending Democracy” program, which was established in 2018, Bill Gates has infected the voting machinery across the country in an effort that would eventually eradicate in person voting and result in our future elections being carried out on the Internet.

A deeper dive reveals that Bill Gates and Microsoft have a vested interest in controlling Global voting systems because their push for electronic vote tabulation and virtual voting is parallel to their multi million dollar investment into COVID-19 research and their push for global COVID vaccinations.

Election assessments conducted in Pennsylvania and in Michigan found the existence of the Microsoft SQL database on the Dominion Voting Machines. The software allows anyone with privileges to simply change values in the database directly in order to change the outcome of the election leaving no trace whatsoever. The Dominion system looks to the database for the values and uses whatever is there. It is outside of the logs or other election-related auditing record one would look for. Dr. Danielle Blumenthal commented: “…this software is a ‘separate install.’ In other words, it should not be on the system. It is, by its very definition, a hacking tool.”

In April, 2020, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced their commitment of $250 Million towards global COVID research and in August, 2020, Bill Gates said he was spending $150 Million to try to make a COVID-19 vaccine.

When Coronavirus was declared a global pandemic in March, 2020, the Democrats immediately began their vote by mail crusade and their attack on all in person political events, i.e Trump rallies. Billions of people around the world were ordered to lockdown and only communicate on social media and via the Internet. Lockdowns, COVID-19 restrictions, and mask mandates completely transformed the 2020 elections and opened up the discussion for “virtual elections’ and “online voting”.

We were told that due to COVID-19, it was too unsafe to vote in person at the polls and that for the sake of humanity, we should vote by mail. All opposition to mail in ballots and the threat of COVID-19 were met with heavy Internet censorship that was excused as “combatting Internet disinformation.”

Elections Supervisor Demonstrates How Dominion Software Allows Adding, Changing Votes

An elections supervisor in Coffee County, Georgia, demonstrated in recent videos posted online how Dominion Voting Systems voting software allows votes to be changed through an “adjudication” process. The process allows the operator to add vote marks to a scanned ballot as well as invalidate vote marks already on the ballot. The videos were posted by local news site Douglas Now, whose publisher, Robert Preston, told The Epoch Times they were filmed this week in the local election office.

The duplication process might explain why a polling manager in Fulton County testified that she encountered a box of ballots with a batch of 110 that were “pristine” and not folded. (Source)

How can Americans trust that their elections are free and fair if the election software being developed and placed on voting machines throughout the nation, and throughout the world, is being managed by mega rich Silicon Valley and Big Tech billionaires who also happen to be Democrat Party mega donors, or in the case of Dominion and Smartmatics, have ties to third world dictators like Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez? (via Loomered)

All of Dominion’s software engineers are currently (Nov 2020) located in Serbia. Sidney Powell was on Lou Dobbs to give information from an affadavit from a high ranking military officer who was present when Smartmatic (Dominion) was designed giving firsthand evidence that Smartmatic voting software was designed in a way to change the vote of a voter without being detected:

Prominent Attorney L. Lin Wood, who successfully represented teen Nicholas Sandmann in defamation suits against The Washington Post and CNNjoined the president’s efforts to win back the 2020 election and within a week implicated (1) several deep state players for treasonous crimes: Biden, Obama, and Hillary & Bill Clinton; (2) the fake news media: CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox News, NY Times, Washington Post, Atlantic, Mother Jones, and the Chinese Communist Party via the Dominion Voting software etc. as co-conspirators for trying to steal the US election and overthrow the Constitution that empowers the people and protects their soverignty and liberties.

The State of Texas rejected Dominion in 2020 for use in its elections, writing:

The examiner reports identified multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office of the Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements set forth in the Texas Election Code. Specifically, the examiner reports raise concerns about whether the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system is suitable for its intended purpose; operates efficiently and accurately; and is safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation. Therefore, the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system and corresponding hardware devices do not meet the standards for certification prescribed by Section 122.001 of the Texas Election Code.2

Dominion machine locations in orange

Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative wrote a major report that explored Dominion and other voting companies. The study noted difficulties in studying voting machines and companies, writing, “Part of the challenge in understanding the election technology industry is that it is difficult to compile even basic facts about it. The industry earns an estimated $300 million in revenue annually…The industry is dominated by three firms that are moderate in size and neither publicly nor independently held, limiting the amount of information available in the public domain about their operations and financial performance.”

The study continued, “The seller side of the election technology industry has come to be characterized by a consolidated, highly concentrated market dominated by a few major vendors, where industry growth and competition are constrained.” It says that Dominion acquired other companies to consolidate its position in the market. Dominion is orange in this Penn Wharton map (View Expanded).

The company told the Washington Times they had nothing to do with the problem.

Re Gwinnett – There is no evidence of any system software problem,” said Kay Stimson, Dominion Voting Systems vice president of government affairs, in an email. “My understanding is that the system was hanging at certain points in processing adjudicated ballots due to a workstation set-up issue. Our technicians worked with the county to address it, and election officials moved on to re-adjudicating ballots by the next day.

Although there have been assurances that voting machines are not connected to the Internet this isn’t the case per a report at NBC earlier this year, noting Dominion as one system that appears to be connected to the Internet:

The three largest voting manufacturing companies — Election Systems &Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic — have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.

The Epoch Times reported that in Michigan’s Wayne County an observer can attest to the fact that the voting machines there were connected to the Internet:

Voting machines used in Michigan’s Wayne County appeared to have been connected to the internet, according to a sworn affidavit signed by a poll watcher.

At approximately 11 p.m. on Nov. 3, Patrick Colbeck observed an icon identifying an active internet connection on the screens of the computers used to tabulate and adjudicate ballots.8

In addition, the modems have been identified and proven to be Chinese owned via iHealth, a US subsidiary of Tianjin’s Andon Group.

Another feature of the Dominion software is a weighted race algorithm (exposed by election fraud watchdog Bev Harris as fractional magic) where votes can be assigned a fraction rather than a whole integer. For instance, Trump votes could be assigned a value of .8 and Biden votes 1.0 such that 20% of Trump votes would disappear.

In addition, the Dominion voting machines provided percentages only, not total amount of votes per candidate.

Functionality is also built into the Dominion voting machines that makes it possible to create votes. “Fake stacks” of ballots can be easily generated AUTOMATICALLY by the Dominion Voting software as noted in its own user manual.

Dominion Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security Eric Coomer, an unhinged sociopath, admitted in 2016 that vendors and Election Officials have access to manipulate the vote and in a 2017 video explaining how to alter votes. An avid anti-Trumper, Coomer participated in ANTIFA chats according to patriot infiltrator of Antifa, Joe Oltman. Oltman said an a chat, responding to a question regarding “if F*cking Trump wins“. Coomer said (paraphrased): Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made f*cking sure of that!” As information came out about Dominion, over 100 employees (out of 243 total) deleted their LinkedIn accounts. He’s caught in video explaining to election officials on how to switch votes and again here.

MI Senate Oversight Committee questioned Dominion CEO John Poulos about the Dominion Voting machines used in Michigan in the November election. During his testimony, Mr. Poulos was asked specifically about Antrim County voting machines where it was discovered that thousands of votes flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden in the solidly red county. The media and Mr. Poulos blamed the incredible exchange of votes on “human error.” But, Poulos was proven a liar by the forensic audit in MI.

President Trump retweeted a Glenn Beck video where an expert on the Dominion voting machines talked about the ability for these machines to be able to change a vote after it was entered into the machine:

Their software was responsible for a ‘glitch’ in in Antrim County, MI which caused 6,000 Republican votes to be counted as Democrat, according to Michigan GOP Chairwoman Laura Cox. Also, Politico reported that election machines from Dominion in two Republican counties (one went 70% Trump and the other 60%) were down for 2 hours. Dominion’s software ‘glitched’ to switch 6000 Trump votes to Biden in in at least one MI county. Another ‘glitch’ during the 2020 Election led election officials in Oakland County, MI to hand an upset victory to a Democrat, only to switch the win back to an incumbent Republican a day later. A third so called glitch, six days after the election,  was caught when 19,958 votes were subtracted from President Trump and added to Joe Biden, a nearly 40,000 vote swing,  live on CNN.

Following an audit of a machine used in Antrim County, it was determined by the forensic team of 7 that:

  • “We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in the report.
  • “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication,” he added.  The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail.”

What is typically a fraction of a percent for errors, was 68.05% in Antrim County and Clark County in Nevada kicked out about 70% in errors to be adjucated. It is critical to understand that the Dominion system classifies ballots into two categories, 1) normal ballots and 2) adjudicated ballots. Ballots sent to adjudication can be altered by administrators, and adjudication files can be moved between different Results Tally and Reporting (RTR) terminals with no audit trail of which administrator actually adjudicates (i.e. votes) the ballot batch. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity because it provides no meaningful observation of the adjudication process or audit trail of which administrator actually adjudicated the ballots. The results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable. This is a result of machine and/or software error, not human error. Significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years; but all adjudication log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing.

There was also another instance caught live where the total number of votes counted were decreased by 373,000 in Virginia, another location where Dominion Voting machines are in place.

This is the information the company gives about its work in some key battleground states that were helping determine the presidential election:2

  • Michigan: “Ranked the #1 system by a state review panel in 2018, 65 of 83 counties have chosen Democracy Suite.”
  • Georgia: “2020 statewide voting system rollout, with 33,000 ImageCast X BMDs, serving 159 counties.”
  • Arizona: “Serving 2.2 million Maricopa County voters with Democracy Suite 5.5 paired with the ImageCast X, ImageCast Precinct, and ImageCast Central.”
  • Nevada: “Designed for its Clark County debut in 2017, the ImageCast X with VVPAT now supports 16 of 17 Counties.”

South Carolina implemented machines right before the South Carolina Democrat primary where Biden won his first primary ever after multiple attempts at the Presidency.  A local ABC news channel reported in February 2020 on the transition to the Dominion voting machines:

But instead of choosing simple, hand-marked paper ballots that are most resistant to tampering because paper cannot be hacked, many are opting for pricier technology that computer security experts consider almost as risky as earlier discredited electronic systems…

…The most pricey solution available, they are at least twice as expensive as the hand-marked paper ballot option. They have been vigorously promoted by the three voting equipment vendors that control 88 percent of the U.S. market.

Some of the most popular ballot-marking machines, made by industry leaders Election Systems & Software and Dominion Voting Systems, register votes in bar codes that the human eye cannot decipher. That’s a problem, researchers say: Voters could end up with printouts that accurately spell out the names of the candidates they picked, but, because of a hack, the bar codes do not reflect those choices. Because the bar codes are what’s tabulated, voters would never know that their ballots benefited another candidate.

Even on machines that do not use bar codes, voters may not notice if a hack or programming error mangled their choices. A University of Michigan study determined that only 7 percent of participants in a mock election notified poll workers when the names on their printed receipts did not match the candidates they voted for.

MSNBC reported in 2019 how easy it is to hack into Dominion and ES&S voting machines.

Judge Them by the Company they Keep

Adding to the intrigue, Dominion Voting Systems has apparent ties to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, a DemocratBloomberg reported in April of last year that Dominion Voting Systems — which commands more than a third of the voting-machine market without having Washington lobbyists — has hired its first, a high-powered firm that includes a longtime aide to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. They hired Brownstein Farber Hyatt & Schreck. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account.

Also Democrat Feinstein’s husband does have a major stake in Dominion – 60%:

However, it may only be 28 states according to their own website, as reported by Breitbart:

Dominion Voting Systems boasts on its website of having “customers in 28 states,” including “9 of the top 20 counties” and “4 of the top 10 counties” throughout the United States.

Dominion also has ties to the corrupt Clinton Foundation via the Clinton Global Initiative’s DELIAN Project. The Clinton Foundation website says that:

In 2014, Dominion Voting committed to providing emerging and post-conflict democracies with access to voting technology through its philanthropic support to the DELIAN Project, as many emerging democracies suffer from post-electoral violence due to the delay in the publishing of election results. Over the next three years, Dominion Voting will support election technology pilots with donated Automated Voting Machines (AVM), providing an improved electoral process, and therefore safer elections. As a large number of election staff are women, there will be an emphasis on training women, who will be the first to benefit from the skills transfer training and use of AVMs. It is estimated that 100 women will directly benefit from election technology skills training per pilot election.

Further, in 2015 Washington Post reported that Dominion Voting Systems donated between $25,001 and $50,000 to the Clinton Foundation. If anyone believes that “technology pilots” working for the Clinton Foundation who are donated Dominion’s voting machines are making our elections safer, then please call me. I have oceanfront property available in Arizona that I’d love to sell you. These “pilots” are no safer than the terrorist pilots on 9/11!

Increasing the scrutiny, it has also worked with firms tied to George Soros and Robert Mueller and gets some components from China. A former ambassador named by former President Barack Obama sits on the board of a company that acquired it in 2018. An executive board member of Staple Street Capital, William Earl Kennard, is a former ambassador to the EU who was appointed to that position by former President Barack Obama. In 2018, Dominion announced it had been acquired by its management team and Staple Street Capital. On November 6, Kennard was named to the board of WarnerMedia parent AT&T, which owns CNN.

The New York Times reported in June 2020 on issues in the Georgia primary. Dominion’s spokesperson said the company had to replace 20 components for 30,000 machines in the Georgia primary calling it a “lower number for a statewide voting system rollout across 159 counties.” The Times reported that some Democrats in the Georgia Legislature opposed purchasing the system but there is “some evidence that heavy lobbying and sales tactics have played a role in their adoption in Georgia and elsewhere.” Georgia alone has eight registered lobbyists for Dominion, and they include Lewit Abit Massey, a former Democratic Georgia Secretary of State and Jared Thomas, former chief of staff for Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, according to The Times.

According to 100% Fed Up, Dominion won Georgia’s $107 million elections contract this summer because it was the lowest bidder — not the best, according to score sheets from six state evaluators. The nation’s largest elections company and the state’s existing provider, Election Systems & Software, received the highest technical score but lost the contract because of its $143 million price tag.

The company also has been involved in elections overseas, and one in the Philippines was controversial. According to Access Wire, “Dominion entered into a 2009 contract with Smartmatic and provided Smartmatic with the PCOS machines (optical scanners) that were used in the 2010 Philippine election, the biggest automated election run by a private company.” Problems arose with source codes, according to ABS CBN News. One issue unearthed: “Commands to add, update and delete existing database records lack enclosing transaction logic which may affect database contents and may possibly result in database integrity and other corruption issues.”

Center Square noted:

Smartmatic’s chairman is a member of the British House of Lords, Mark Malloch Brown, a former vice-chairman of George Soros’ Investment Funds, former vice-president at the World Bank, lead international partner at Sawyer Miller, a political consulting firm, and former vice-chair of the World Economic Forum.

This is beyond suspicious. With reports of “The Hammer” and “Scorecard” being used to steal the election, additional attention needs to be put on Dominion Voting Systems.

An analysis of data that has was passed around reportedly captured by the New York Times on election night, was performed on the entire data set, starting with the states where Dominion voting machines were used. The author claims that the data is from Edison Research and it is the same data that is used for election coverage by at least ABC News, CBS News, CNN, NBC News, as well as the NY Times website among others.

Here are the (unaudited) results by state:

2020 Election Dominion Voting Systems Whistleblowers come forward:

Dominion Voting Systems backed out of testifying before a Pennsylvania House Committee following the election.

Another individual, John Brakey who is co-founder and Director of Audit USA, warned about the Dominion voting machines before the election. In March he and a reporter were not allowed access to the election management system (EMS) in Michigan during the primary there.  In Michigan Dominion voting machines are used.  Brakey said, “It felt like they were hiding the EMS from the public and us”.

Brakey also said this about the Dominion voting machines in the past:

It’s the optical scanners where the largest chance of cheating occurs.”

An IT specialist by the name of Ron@CodeMonkeyZ unloaded a series of tweets identifying major control weaknesses within the Dominion voting machine environment. Gateway Pundit has an article. More here from an additional IT expert and V-cards used in Pennsylvania according to the Trump team lawsuit there.

It’s also reported that former Dominion programmers are talking to the Trump team about what they know about the machines as well as the entire code base has been turned over.

Sequoia Voting Systems

After Smartmatic was sold to Sequoia, Sequoia was sold to Dominion in 2007 after a major election fraud controversy in Venezuela. Following the 2004 Venezuelan recall election, Smartmatic acquired Sequoia Voting Systems, from the British company De La Rue in 2005. De la Rue was the official Crown Agent of the British Empire who still prints banknotes for the Bank of England. Crown Agents ran the day-today affairs of the Empire.

De La Rue is banned and blacklisted in India for supplying substandard paper for printing Indian currency notes and also for its involvement in the Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) with Pakistan, posing a threat to India. De La Rue’s role in printing Indian currency notes was exposed by GreatGameIndia in 2016 which became a major scandal in India.

Documents in possession of GreatGameIndia also revealed an insidious conspiracy by these companies to smuggle biometric and demographic data of Indians collected during a Pilot Project initiated under National Population Register to Taiwan. Such sensitive data in the wrong hands in a foreign country could not just result in identity theft but pose a threat to India’s National Security since the same companies are also manufacturers of election voting machines.

Democrat leaders, including Sens. Elizabeth Warren (MA), Amy Klobuchar (MN), and Ron Wyden (OR), wrote a letter in December 2019 to the private equity firms controlling the United States’ three leading election technology companies, expressing concern about the election technology industry’s “vulnerabilities” and “lack of transparency.”

Smartmatic posted a tweet a couple od weeks after the 2020 election outright denying their transfer of technology to Dominion voting systems, but the evidence points to a cover up. Smartmatic published a press release announcing their sale Sequoia voting systems. Dominion voting systems also sent out a press release announcing their purchase of a Intellectual properties, Hardware and Software that was once owned by Smartmatic. Dominion and Smartmatic have both tried to erase their ties by deleting the original press release from their websites.

Many publications linked in Wikipedia articles for Sequoia voting and Smartmatic are now erased from the internet, but you can still use Archive.org to view them as they were when they posted the article. Many articles correlate this, many mainstream news articles also addressed Dominion purchasing Sequoia although never naming Smartmatic as the parent company owner of Sequoia. Other websites that also correlate Smartmatic and Dominion transferring technology include https://verifiedvoting.org/ The Gateway Pundit has a full article on the cover up here…

Missouri state lawmaker Justin Hill (R-Lake St. Louis) released a bombshell report on Dominion Voting Systems on 1 Dec 2020. According to Hill Dominion were dissolved last year for failure to pay income taxes while operating in the state of Missouri, thus Dominion has been operating illegally in the state.

Rep. Justin Hill told The Gateway Pundit that Dominion currently has about 20% of the electorate in the state of Missouri. Hill also found out that Dominion was dissolved in the State of Missouri. According to Missouri state law they are not allowed to operate their business in the Show Me state except for winding down their activities.

Rep. Hill told Gateway Pundit what is really interesting is that through his research he found that the source code from Dominion should be turned over to the state after the company dissolved in the state. Hill promised to keep us abreast on his findings.1

The Trump Team prepared a report on Dominion Systems to give to State Legislatures. The report has several bombshells, they include:

  • In a sworn affidavit, a former high-ranking Venezuelan Military Officer states that the Smartmatic software was designed so that votes could be changed without being detected, and was set up so that there would be no public evidence of tampering with votes
  • Dominion is also tied to the Clinton Foundation, as well as several state-run Venezuelan software and telecommunications companies, which had been involved with rigging elections for authoritarian leaders, like Hugo Chavez, and Nicolas Maduro
  • In 2014, Lord Malloch Brown became the chairman of the board of SGO Corporation Limited, a holding company based in London whose primary asset is Smartmatic electronic voting machine technology. Lord Malloch-Brown is a member of the British House of Lords, and a former vice-chairman of George Soros’ Investment Funds, and former vice-president at the World Bank.
  • Dominion voting machine components are made in China, subject to possible manipulation.
  • Dominion’s instruction manual explains how votes can be wiped away in an instant, with the capability of “dragging and dropping” votes to a separate folder, then deleting that folder entirely.
  • Brian Mechler, who conducted an inspection of Dominion electronic voting machines for the Secretary of State of Texas in 2019, said in an affidavit that the Dominion systems are so outdated that they are not even supported by Google from a security standpoint. For this reason, the affiant cites that it is unclear how Dominion could have met its obligations to maintain adequate security practices, or secure any faith in this system or its results.
