Intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right; an act of deceiving or misrepresenting; a person who is not what he or she pretends to be. (Webster) Most governments and the shadow governments that are the puppet-masters of government officials are involved in committing fraud – especially election fraud, bribery, money laundering, kickbacks, pay-to-play schemes, etc. This is true of both the democrats and republicans, but more prevalent among democrats.
