(Webster) Most governments and the shadow governments that are the puppet-masters of government officials are involved in committing fraud – especially election fraud, bribery, money laundering, kickbacks, pay-to-play schemes, etc. This is true of both the democrats and republicans, but more prevalent among democrats.
