(born November 13, 1952) current US Attorney General for the Biden junta and former Obama Supreme Court nominee reject who is a compromised and conflicted democrat profiteer and an angry white male who is using the FBI to intimidate parents concerned about CRT and the DOJ as a weapon against patriots. The Biden junta nominated Garland as chief procurator in 2021. Garland refused to affirm in nomination hearings whether he would pursue any criminal prosecutions of Deep State officials involved in the Obamagate scandal resulting from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation.
Garland has refused to investigate Mark Zuckerberg’s interference in the 2020 presidential election and allegations of Kamala Harris’s violation of election laws, Dr. Anthony Fauci’s lying to Congress, or Hunter Biden’s alleged art sales in a pay-to-play scheme. Biden’s wingman has however used the FBI to intimidate and harass parents concerned about Marxist indoctrination of their children in public schools. Garland also packed the nation’s immigration courts with far-left activists and fired Trump judges at the same time.
During hearings to become the chief prosecutor for the Biden junta, Merrick advanced the preposterous notion that Antifa and Black Lives Matter violent assaults on federal facilities and courthouses may not be domestic terrorism because they happened at night. Weeks after the seizure of power, Garland and Biden lifted President Trump’s ban on harassment of political opponents and executed a warrant on former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani to seize electronic devices with names and cell phone number’s of all Giuliani’s contacts. Giuliani led the challenges to Democrat election fraud after the 2020 presidential election. Additionally, Giuliani had in his possession damning evidence related to the Biden family corruption scandals.
Two days prior to the seizure of Giuliani’s electronic devices, it was reported that the FISA Court determined Obama era FISA abuse was ongoing. Edward Snowden described in detail how Obama FISA abuse worked to illegally surveil political opponents, elected officials, and judges for blackmail purposes, promote fake news and propaganda, and interfere in elections.
In July 2021 Garland officially banned any further investigations into illegal leaks coming from the intelligence community to shape domestic narratives and influence public opinion. Prior to the ban, leaks by government employees were punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Garland then paid disgraced FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe who was fired in the Obamagate scandal when found to be a liar and leaker by the Inspector General’s office, $1.8 million dollars and scrubbed his employment record. McCabe currently serves as a disinformation specialist for CNN.
Garland has refused to investigate Anthony Fauci for lying to Congress.
2020 Election interference
After the failure of the Democrat’s H.R. 1 election rigging bill in the 117th Congress, Garland threatened to use the corrupt Biden junta DOJ apparatus of the administrative state to interfere directly in state elections. Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich instructed Garland and Deputy AG Lisa Monaco after their public threats to intervene in state election audits:
“The DOJ seems more interested in supporting the hysterical outcries of leftist pundits on cable television, rather than the rule of law…..My office is not amused by the DOJ’s posturing and will not tolerate any effort to undermine or interfere with our State Senate’s audit to reassure Arizonans of the accuracy of our elections.”[17]
In June 2021 Garland moved to nullify state laws that require voters to prove they are eligible to vote.

The Garland DOJ dropped charges against five Chinese military researchers accused of concealing ties to the Chinese military. In China, there is no distinction between civilian and military science and technology research. The cases levied against biomedical and researchers in California and a doctoral candidate studying artificial intelligence in Indiana. One case included a researcher who was detained after taking refuge in the China consulate in San Francisco.
Nursing home deaths coverup
The Garland DOJ Civil Rights Division informed Democrat govs. Andrew Cuomo, Tom Wolf, and Gretchen Whitmer investigations into nursing home deaths caused by their executive orders would be closed. Cuomo, Wolf, and Whitmer especially have been lambasted for sending COVID-positive seniors back to nursing homes. In June 2021, Michigan’s auditor general launched an investigation into Whitmer’s role in the significant number of long-term care facility deaths.
A parent was arrested at Loudoun County, Virginia school board meeting after his daughter was raped in a public school transgender bathroom.
GOP Conference chair Elise Stefanik released a statement criticizing the junta DOJ for failing to hold Cuomo accountable. Cuomo is still the subject of two probes by the FBI and Brooklyn U.S. Attorney’s Office. “This decision from President Biden’s Department of Justice makes President Biden complicit in the criminal corruption scandal and coverup of deaths of thousands of vulnerable seniors.”
War on Parents
- There are 13 federal statutes the Biden regime domestic terrorism task force uses to intimidate and silence parents from speaking out at local school board meetings to protest Marxist indoctrination, critical race theory, gender indoctrination, mask mandates, and the rape of their children and subsequent cover-up. These statutes include mail threats, cyberstalking, anonymous telecommunications harassment, repeated phone calls, repeated harassing communication, false information and hoaxes, depriving a person of their civil rights and other statutes related to interstate extortion, injury to property, person, or reputation, kidnapping, and interference with a federally protected activity.
DOJ/White House/NSBA collusion
Lisa Monaco was put in charge of the White House-directed effort to use the FBI to harass political opponents.
Parents Defending Education, an advocacy organization, obtained emails through the Freedom of Information Act showing that National School Board Association (NSBA) and officials were in contact with White House staffers before the NSBA sent a letter to Biden requesting that federal law enforcement officials address unruly behavior, including threats, directed toward public education officials. One email explains that White House staffers “requested additional information on some of the specific threats.” Garland told the House Judiciary Committee under oath that the NSBA’s letter was the pretext for his instructions to Department of Justice-National Security Division, US Attorney’s, and FBI five days later to investigate and prosecute parents.
An October 12, 2021 NSBA memo detailed at least one specific meeting with White House staff on September 14, 2021 just over two weeks before the NSBA sent their letter to President Biden. “In the September 14, 2021 meeting of the OSAED [Organization of State Association Executive Directors] liaison group, they were informed there had been a meeting with White House staff that morning and that NSBA was preparing to send a letter to the President,” the memo reads. “Subsequently, on September 17, 2021, the interim Executive Director emailed notice to the state association executive directors that indicated a letter requesting federal assistance would be sent.” Lisa Monaco is the head of the DOJ National Security Division, the agency given the prosecutorial power within the Garland memo.[26] The DOJ-NSD is the unit within the DOJ that hoaxed the FISA court to obtain FISA surveillance on the Trump campaign and Trump administration.
The National School Board Association then sent the letter they worked with the Biden White House to craft to Biden complaining about parents speaking out at school board meetings.[27] The NSBA letter states that parents’ protests and speeches at school board meetings “could be equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism.” Biden handed the letter to Garland. Garland issued a memo directing the FBI and numerous other federal and state agencies to take “measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel,” a clear example of the politicization of the Department of Justice. A liberal advocacy group sent the Office of the President a letter; Merrick Garland dutifully turned that letter into DOJ policy.
Garland’s evidence that there’s a “disturbing spike” in these kinds of threats is a letter from the National School Board Association {NSBA), which was produced after weeks of collaboration with Biden’s White House. This is the same letter in which the NSBA urged the Biden regime to use the Patriot Act to target parents who show up at school board meetings to complain about mask mandates and critical race theory curricula, as if they were “domestic terrorists.”
Lying to Congress
Whistleblower documents obtained by members of the House Judiciary Committee revealed that the FBI was using its counterterrorism division to investigate and add “threat tags” to parents—contradicting Garland’s sworn testimony. The whistleblower provided an FBI email dated October 29, 2021 – the day before Garland’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee – and sent “on behalf of” the FBI’s Assistant Director for Counterterrorism Division and the Assistant Director for the Criminal Division. The email referenced Garland’s October 4, 2021 directive to the FBI to address school board threats and notified FBI personnel about a new “threat tag” created by the Counterterrorism and Criminal Divisions. The email directed FBI personnel to apply this new threat tag to all “to all investigations and the assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.” The email articulated the purpose as “scop[ing] this threat on a national level and provid[ing] an opportunity for comprehensive analysis of the threat picture for effective engagement with law enforcement partners at all levels.”
On October 21, 2021, Garland testified that the Justice Department and its components were not using counterterrorism statutes and resources to target concerned parents at school board meetings. Specifically, Garland testified that he could not “imagine any circumstance in which the Patriot Act would be used in the circumstances of parents complaining…nor…a circumstance where they would be labeled as domestic terrorists.” According to the whistleblower, Garland was lying on both counts.
Conflicts of interest
Since assuming the position as the nation’s chief procurator, Garland has been racked by conflicts of interest such as his wife working for a heavily-classified defense contractor as well as her connections to voting machine vendor ESS. In October 2021 a complaint was filed with the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) asking to open an investigation to determine whether Garland violated 5 C.F.R. § 2635.502, regulating recusal from matters involving the financial interests of relatives with whom an employee has a close personal relationship.
Garland employed Maggie Goodlander as a law clerk while he was a federal judge. Goodlander serves as counsel to Garland, who oversees Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation. Garland has oversight of the Durham investigation. Goodlander is the wife of Biden national security advisor Jake Sullivan. Sullivan has been deeply implicated in the probe by Special Counsel John Durham into the origins of the Trump-Russia hoax. In September 2021, Clinton campaign general counsel Michael Sussmann of the Perkins Coie law firm was indicted for fabricating claims about the Trump-Russia hoax to the FBI. According to the New York Times, Sussmann was charged for lying to the FBI to hide the identity of the Clinton campaign as Sussmann’s client while he pushed widely discredited claims about communications between Russia’s Alfa Bank and the Trump Organization in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election. The indictment reads,
On or about September 15 , 2016, Campaign Lawyer-1 [ Marc Elias ] exchanged emails with the Clinton Campaign’s campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor [Jake Sullian]
Garland controls the purse strings to Durham’s investigation and whether his final report will be released to the public.
Panorama Education
Garland apparently has a conflict of interest in his efforts to intimidate and harass parents of schoolchildren who protest leftist indoctrination at local school board meetings. Garland’s son-in-law, Alexander “Xan” Tanner, has gotten rich peddling K-12 educational materials obsessed with “systemic racism, ”intersectionality,” and white supremacy. Tanner is co-founder Panorama Education, a company that works with school boards to promote “culturally responsive training” and other ideas associated with critical race theory. According to Parents Defending Education, a nonprofit education watchdog group, Panorama received a $1.8 million contract from Fairfax County Public Schools to collect data from children.
Jerry Dunleavy of the Washington Examiner reported, “One workshop titled ‘SEL Social Emotional Learning as Social Justice: Dismantling White Supremacy Within Systems and Self’ is designed ‘to explore actionable strategies for using SEL as a vehicle for social justice and advocacy in your community,’” The Examiner reported that one of Panorama’s slideshows calls on activists to say “‘I affirm my intersectionality,’ alludes to ‘unconscious biases,’ and defines ‘systemic racism’ as ‘the systematic distribution of resources, power, and opportunity in our society to the benefit of people who are white.’” It encourages educators to “learn more about how Panorama centers the voices of community stakeholders to dismantle white supremacy and systems of oppression.”
Panorama boasts it “supports 13 million students in 21,000 schools.” Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s Startup: Education co-led a $4 million round of seed funding for Panorama in 2013. In September 2021 Panorama announced a $60 million investment round with investors including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, which was deeply involved in 2020 election fraud.
