(born November 24, 1959) A Greek American lawyer and government official. Mayorkas is the US Secretary of Homeland Security in the Biden junta. [1] Allegations of corruption and immigration fraud have dogged Mayorkas for more than two decades including PardonGate and the Huwei scandal .[4] As Homeland commissar, Mayorkas has refused to test any illegal immigrants for Covid, failed to disclose to Congress on how many children Biden has locked in cages, how many migrants have died in U.S. custody, how many women have been sexually assaulted, or haw many migrants with criminal records have been released into the United States.
As an Obama administration appointee, Secretary Mayorkas helped lead the implementation of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), a program which shields select illegal immigrants from deportation. [2] He was also found to have personally intervened in investor visa cases involving associates of prominent Democrats whose applications would have otherwise been denied. These cases involved Anthony Rodham, the brother of former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton; former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe (D); and former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV). In April 2022, Mayorkas announced that DHS created a “Disinformation Governance Board”, ie: the equivalent of 1984’s Ministry of Truth, (ostensibly) to combat online disinformation, but in reality to weaponize the DHS to combat and discredit criticism.
