It appears as if Swedish authorities are determined to ensure that Sweden commits national and cultural suicide, and aren’t going to allow anything to turn them from this determination.

Bernt Herlitz is being severely punished for trying to reveal the age of fake children. Now he has to pay 425 thousand kronor [$48,500] within 30 days to his former employer Region Gotland – money he does not have. The language of the judgment is harsh and at times activist against Herlitz. Previously, Samhällsnytt revealed that several of the people whom he suggested to the Migration Board were discovered to be adults as a result of medical age tests. Despite this and despite some of them being convicted of gross violent crime, they will stay in Sweden, thanks to the amnesty of the government and the Center Party.
Samhällsnytt has previously noted the case of the dental hygienist Bernt Herlitz from Gotland in several articles. Herlitz has responded that several asylum seekers who were registered as unaccompanied children showed a dental development that is more typical for people over 25 years old.
At the request of a Director of the Swedish Migration Board, he advised the Authority about his suspicions – which led to a prompt response: Herlitz was dismissed from his service and excoriated by the media. Samhällsnytt has recently revealed that a majority of the people whom he identified to the Migration Board turned out to be older in medical age tests. One of them was convicted of stabbing a teenager in the stomach with a knife a year later.
Herlitz appealed against the decision of Gotland to Gotland’s District Court, which gave him partial judgment. However, the plaintiff appealed against the decision to the next level – the Labor Court in Stockholm – with the help of a star lawyer. Today came the judgment – which found the region of Gotland right on all points. The Labor Court changed the verdict of the District Court and decided that Herlitz should have been dismissed from his post because of confidentiality rules, and that termination was not sufficient in this case. The court ruled that he must pay both parties’ costs, which amount to more than 475 thousand kroner [$54,000]….
Bernt Herlitz told his story to local Swedish news in 2017 (rough translation):
Dental hygienist advised the Migration Board about adult “unaccompanied” – was therefore kicked out of work. Now the entire family property can be confiscated by the region of Gotland, who hired a star lawyer.
It was in July last year that at the time 56-year-old dental hygienist Bernt Herlitz with his wife looked into one of Almedalen’s seminars dealing with age assessment in the judiciary and in the sports world. The theme was urgent for the couple because both of them worked at the Public Health Service in Visby, where many of the so-called unaccompanied refugees turned their teeth. In 2016, the debate on unanimity rose – not least because of the high cost of living, which in some cases could be 6-8 thousand kronor per day.
“I would probably appreciate that up to 80% of them were obviously adults. This can be seen, for example, on wisdom teeth that were fully grown – something that is only seen in adults, Bernt says.
“The suspicions must be reported”
The subject was a snack in the breakfast room, but nobody knew how to ignore the suspicion, according to Bernt. In the aftermath seminar Seminaria participated, among others, Åsa Carlander-Hemingway, a unit manager from the Swedish Migration Board, who told the couple that it is important at the right age and that all suspicions should be reported to the Swedish Migration Board.
Said and done – when he returned to work in August that year Bernt began to advise the Migration Board about his suspicions. In total, he sent more than 8 emails where he stated that he was a dental hygienist and felt that the age stated in the Migration Board’s actions was wrong.
– It is important that the right thing is right – not least because adults do not live with children.
Little Bernard thought what would happen next. He never received any response from the Swedish Migration Board. Instead, one of the official officials forwarded his e-mail to a good man for one of the people the tips were about. Good man, in turn, contacted Bernt’s head at Folktandvården, Mats Kvarnberg. It did not take long before a full commitment was started.
“The manager asked me to come to a single room where there was also another senior manager from the employer, the region of Gotland. They told me I will not go to work tomorrow, that I’m turned off and that there will be an investigation.
How did it feel?
– It felt heavy. But I did not realize the seriousness of it yet. I told you that the woman from the Migration Board had said that I would report. I thought it would be done in a few days and I could get back to work.
But, really, it did not. 14 days later Bernt was dismissed after 10 years of service at Folktandvården. The employer said he broke patient confidentiality, which would have been for his patients.
All three local newspapers on Gotland described him as a dangerous lawyer and turned on right-wing extremists as “age-rated refugees on their own behalf”. The news also reached SVT .
– They wrote about me on the first page without even contacting me. One felt so enormously exposed. Sure, they have not printed my name but Gotland is a small place and everyone knows everyone so it’s not hard to figure out who it’s all about.
But Bernt is neither right-wing or even politically active. His fate is time-consuming in many ways. He is a native gown and has lived all his life on the island. Prior to public care, he worked to build mobile base stations at a factory previously owned by Ericsson. The factory was acquired by Flextronics, which eventually moved production to Hungary and in 2003 closed the business in Visby. Bernt was dismissed.
That’s when he and his wife decided to go for a three-year education at Umeå University to become dental hygienists.
“It would be a reboot for us,” says Bernt.
And then they got a job pretty quickly after finishing education, at the same public health service in Visby.
“It’s quite run for me”
“Job is the most important thing. Everything revolves around it. If you have no job, you have no money, no spare time.
Therefore, he decided to take the fight to get his job back. Bernt’s trade unions refused to help him because he accidentally left the trade unions a couple of months before this happened. This means that he had to pay for legal aid from his own pocket. However, the frustration and upset of the unfair treatment he considers to have been subjected to the region of Gotland was so great that he took it up.
“I am 57 years old and that means that it is quite run on the labor market for me. Region Gotland is a big employer in my industry on the island and no new employment with them is excluded. There are some private options but their interest always ended after the question “Why did you end up at the Region Gotland?”.
Bernt tried to find a job on the mainland. He managed to get a temporary contact in Kalmar County where he commuted with the ferry from the island for three-day shift. In the long run, however, it did not work. At the same time, his wife, who worked in the same workplace, had to go down to half-time and then resign completely.
“She suffered from health problems because of this whole sad situation. It became impossible to proceed simply. It also did not help some colleagues start looking at her, explains Bernt.
In other words, no one had a couple of jobs when a verdict came from Gotland’s district court after nearly a year’s long trial. The District Court’s assessment was that there was no reason for dismissal. On the other hand, the employer had the right to terminate Bernt. In the verdict, the district court maintains that a breach of patient secrecy had occurred – but stressed at the same time that it has not been found that the victims suffered injury because of it and that there may be some exceptions to confidentiality.
Rather than empathy from the court in July 2018, Herlitz would instead be given an ultimatum to pay a fine he could not afford within 30 days. The illegal immigrants who lied to gain entry into Sweden… well, they get immunity.
In June 2016 two migrants were arrested for raping a twelve year-old boy at a housing center for unaccompanied migrants in Sweden. The men said they were 15 but social media shows they were born in 1997 and 1971. The men raped the child and recorded the attack on a cellphone. The Swedish Migration Agency claims up to 70 percent of child migrants are actually adults.
Masquerading as a minor is a common tactic among migrants as it makes it relatively easy to be granted refugee status. So, unsurprisingly, Herlitz found “that several asylum seekers who were registered as unaccompanied children showed a dental development that is more typical for people over 25 years old,” Samhällsnytt reports. The kicker is that the hygienist advised authorities about his suspicions at “the request of a Director of the Swedish Migration Board,” according to the paper. Despite this, Herlitz was dismissed from his service and excoriated by the media,” writes Samhällsnytt.
(Note: Samhällsnytt identified the amount of the fine as 425,000 kroner earlier in its article, but as 475,000 kroner, $54,000, later on. It’s not clear if this is a mistake or if a higher court increased the penalty.)
Samhällsnytt also indicates that Herlitz may now be subject to prosecution and a prison sentence as well.
The Swedish court that rendered the final judgment, the “Labor Court,” noted that the hygienist broke confidentiality rules. Nonetheless, the severity of the punishment reflects how authorities don’t want the lid blown off their failing immigrationist and multiculturalist schemes.
This isn’t new or limited to Sweden. In 2014, I reported on the case of a British social worker who, after blowing the whistle on a child-sex-trafficking ring run by Muslims, was forced into “diversity training.” She was told, “You must never [again] refer to Asian men,” and your “awareness of ethnic issues” needs to be raised. Note that “Asian” means “Muslim” in Britain’s Newspeak.
What is new, in Sweden, is rampant crime. Once among the safest of nations, this began to change with the recent decades’ massive influx of Third World Muslim migrants. And while politically correct media and authorities had long denied the migration-crime link, the truth is getting hard to suppress. For example, even left-leaning Politico had to admit in April that Sweden is “increasingly associated with a rising number of Islamic State recruits, bombings and hand grenade attacks.” The site continued:
In a period of two weeks earlier this year, five explosions took place in the country. It’s not unusual these days — Swedes have grown accustomed to headlines of violent crime, witness intimidation and gangland executions. In a country long renowned for its safety, voters cite “law and order” as the most important issue ahead of the general election in September.
The topic of crime is sensitive, however, and debate about the issue in the consensus-oriented Scandinavian society is restricted by taboos.
… Gang-related gun murders, now mainly a phenomenon among men with immigrant backgrounds in the country’s parallel societies, increased from 4 per year in the early 1990s to around 40 last year. Because of this, Sweden has gone from being a low-crime country to having homicide rates significantly above the Western European average. Social unrest, with car torchings, attacks on first responders and even riots, is a recurring phenomenon.
Note that the “parallel societies” mentioned above are often “no-go zones,” Muslim-dominated areas in which Sharia law has to an extent supplanted civil law and where authorities may be reluctant to tread. Leftist media and government officials had long insisted that such zones’ existence was a myth created by bigoted, “Islamophobic” rightists. But this deception was dealt a powerful blow earlier this year when the author of Europe’s mass Muslim migration herself, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, admitted that no-go zones exist.
And why wouldn’t they? While one immigrationist fantasy holds that assimilation is a given, this reflects ideological chauvinism. Why would all newcomers embrace “liberal Western ‘values’”? Because they’re so “obviously true”?
Of course, it’s impossible for Westerners to assert this convincingly, as cultural relativism (moral relativism’s first cousin) infects their thinking and animates multiculturalist schemes, which discourage assimilation. Moreover, as I wrote in February, “Even when (im)migrants are assimilable, there still must be something substantive to assimilate into. Communist activist Willi Munzenberg once said, ‘We will make the West so corrupt that it stinks.’ It now stinks to high heaven as it denies Heaven and authors a cultural Hell. As a result, Western man, today’s migrants mainly come for your money, not your mores.”
This is especially true with Muslim newcomers, whose mindset is not Western and whose cultural and religious chauvinism is profound. Besides, political correctness is so extreme in Sweden, said Danish journalist and Absolut Sweden author Mikael Jalving in 2014, that assimilation “is completely out of the question.” “Everybody, in all mainstream political parties and media … would laugh — laugh — about the word assimilation,” he continued. “[It] is a Nazi word in Sweden.”
In fact, Swedes must integrate “into the new Sweden; the old Sweden is never coming back,” proclaimed Swedish politician Mona Sahlin in 2001. And the government does its best to ensure this, using hate-speech laws to punish dissenters and even going so far as to track down anti-(im)migration Internet commenters (video below on Sweden’s thought police).
