Taking Back Our Stolen History

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

The Communicable Disease Center was established as a branch of the U.S. Public Health Service on July 1, 1946 in DeKalb County, Georgia. It took over the offices of the wartime U.S. agency called Malaria Control in War Areas (MCWA). The Rockefeller Foundation worked in close collaboration with MCWA, similar to how the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is today with the CDC, National Institutes of Health and Dr. Anthony Fauci. Today, the CDC, frankly, is a vaccine company; it owns at least fifty vaccine patents and buys and distributes $4.6 billion in vaccines annually through the Vaccines for Children program.

None of the vaccines on the U.S. CDC recommended childhood vaccine schedule were tested against an inert saline placebo in clinical trials. And, this HHS lawsuit shows that no safety studies have been conducted on vaccines for
thirty-three years.

The Communicable Disease Center changed its name to the National Communicable Disease Center in 1967. It was renamed Center for Disease Control in 1970. The “s” was added to make it Centers for Disease Control in 1980. Congress changed the name to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 1992. But the agency kept the acronym CDC. Keep the year 1992 fresh in your mind.

U.S. Public Health Services has existed in some form since 1798. It is most infamous for funding the Tuskegee Experiments that deliberately left black Americans with syphilis untreated from 1932 to 1972. Dr. John Cutler, a U.S. Public Health Services scientist who was involved with the Tuskegee Experiments, was also responsible for deliberately infecting 696 Guatemalans with syphilis to observe them.

Today, U.S. Public Health Services is divided into 11 divisions of the Department of Health and Human Services. Two of those divisions are the CDC and the National Institutes of Health. The CDC was headquartered in unincorporated DeKalb County/Druid Hills, Georgia, before Atlanta annexed it into the city in 2018.

History of the CDC Foundation

The National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (colloquially “CDC Foundation”) was created by Section 201, subsection 399F of the Preventative Health Amendments of 1992 (H.R. 3635). It was passed by Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush on October 27, 1992. There are several important provisions of the law related to the function and purpose of the CDC Foundation. Subsection (a) reads:

The Foundation shall not be an agency or instrumentality of the Federal Government, and officers, employees, and members of the board of the Foundation shall not be officers or employees of the Federal Government.

Subsection (b) is as follows:

‘(b) PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION- The purpose of the Foundation shall be to support and carry out activities for the prevention and control of diseases, disorders, injuries, and disabilities, and for promotion of public health.

Then there is Subsection (c), the all-important Endowment Fund:

‘(1) IN GENERAL- In carrying out subsection (b), the Foundation shall establish a fund for providing endowments for positions that are associated with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and dedicated to the purpose described in such subsection. Subject to subsection (f)(1)(B), the fund shall consist of such donations as may be provided by non-Federal entities and such non-Federal assets of the Foundation (including earnings of the Foundation and the fund) as the Foundation may elect to transfer to the fund.

CDC attempts to separate itself from CDC Foundation

The CDC has a webpage specifically stating the disclaimer that it and the CDC Foundation are independent of one another. That’s like saying Google and Youtube are two different companies.

The CDC is a quasi-government agency at best. It presents itself as a government agency because it receives billions in tax dollars every year. But it also receives funding from private corporations and organizations with vested interests. There are no specific restrictions, other than an ethics code, enumerated in the law related to CDC Foundation endowments. For those unfamiliar, unrestricted endowments mean that the funds are “meant to be used for operations or programs that are consistent with the wishes of the donor(s).”

Therefore, the CDC became compromised in 1992 with the passage of this bill that allows private funding for an alleged government entity through an “independent nonprofit.”

CDC Foundation donors

The CDC Foundation website says its primary function is “collaboration between CDC and philanthropies, private entities and individuals to protect the health, safety and security of America and the world.” This agency can no longer exist under the guise of neutral government agency.

We’ve covered the fact that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave $13.5 million to the CDC Foundation in 2013. But that’s just the beginning. The Gates Foundation gave the CDC Foundation $46.7 million in 2014, $5 million in 2015, $11.3 million in 2016, etc. As of March, the Gates Foundation has given $2.3 million so far to the CDC in 2021. You can see all Gates to CDC contributions here. Further, only the United States government gives more to the World Health Organization than the Gates Foundation. Thus Gates is essentially orchestrating (and funding) this entire COVID agenda.

Bill Gates is on record, many times, saying that the global population “does not have a choice. Normalcy only returns when we’ve vaccinated the entire global population.”

More on the Bill Gates “conspiracy theory”

Mainstream media dismiss the truth about Microsoft’s body activity data apparatus as “conspiracy theory and disinformation.” However the patent documents are public for anyone to see. These documents, along with the synthetic mRNA patent documents from 2017-2019 that are also readily accessible, can and will be presented as evidence in a federal court.

Further, the CDC Foundation’s other donors are a who’s who of pharmaceutical companies and big tech firms. Bayer, Facebook, GlaxoSmithKline (which merged with Pfizer in 2018) and Merck are just a few of them. The CDC Foundation had a partnership with Johnson & Johnson as recently as 2018 to allegedly monitor diseases in Sierre Leone, Uganda, Vietnam and other less fortunate countries. Pharmaceutical companies sell drugs, not cures and public health. And the relationships are a revolving door. Former CDC chief Julie Gerberding left her position in 2009 to become President of Merck’s vaccine division.

The CDC, NIH and Dr. Fauci are not impartial, trustworthy sources of information and advice. That is not conjecture. That is based on the tax-exempt money trail and facts herein.

CDC Foundation nonprofit history

The National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC Foundation) was first formed as a Georgia nonprofit on October 26, 1993, one year after H.R. 3635 was signed into law. The agency had renewed its nonprofit registration every year until it was dissolved on September 10, 2010 for failure to file its annual registration. The CDC Foundation was reinstated as a Georgia nonprofit on April 22, 2011. Thus there was a seven-month period where no CDC Foundation existed; and any donations received during that time were likely illegal.

Nonprofits are required to register in most states where donations and other funds are collected. Only five states require limited or no registration for nonprofits to collect funds in their jurisdictions. For instance, the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC Foundation) has been registered in Alaska since at least 2017. But there are no further records of registration in Alaska before 2017. In contrast, the California CDC Foundation registration dates back to 2010.

Tax-free slush fund and wasting tax dollars

All of this money being brought into the CDC via the “CDC Foundation” is tax-free. The agency’s 2019 IRS Form 990 says the CDC Foundation received $252 million that year alone from this endeavor. That’s on top of the tax dollars the CDC receives. The CDC’s operating budget has averaged about $7.2 billion per year since 2016. It’s budget was $10 billion in 2008 before Congressional investigations found that the agency wastes millions and spend lavishly.

For example, the CDC spent $106 million on a visitor center, $5.1 million on audio-video integrations, $18 million on a video production studio, and $1.7 million to “fact-check” television shows like “ER,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” and “House.” The CDC spent its AIDS and HIV Prevention fund in 2007 on erotic writing, a drag queen contest, and a San Francisco workshop called “how to flirt with greater finesse.”

CDC is a for-profit business, not for the common good

There is peer-reviewed evidence that then CDC grossly inflates COVID-19 deaths by upwards of 90%. It must do this to satisfy its stakeholders. The CDC only loosened its arbitrary six-feet “social distancing” rule to three feet in schools after numerous complaints by school districts across the country. Both Pfizer and Moderna are now saying a THIRD dose of their mRNA shots are necessary for immunity. A transcript from a conference attended by Pfizer executives on March 11 regarding this third dose announcement tells you all you need to know:

And factors like efficacy, booster ability, clinical utility will basically become very important, and we view that as, quite frankly, a significant opportunity for our vaccine from a demand perspective, from a pricing perspective, given the clinical profile of our vaccine.

And again, the CDC is listed on the Dun and Bradstreet corporate directory.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) is essentially an advertising agency for pharmaceutical companies. There is nothing impartial, objective or neutral about the CDC and its sister agency, the National Institutes of Health (“NIH”). Doctors and scientists who have dedicated their entire existences to medicine and saving lives are being decertified, censored and discredited by the CDC for presenting peer-reviewed evidence that is contrary to the COVID-19 agenda. Media that do not tow the doomsday COVID narrative are also censored. Search “The COVID Blog” and “COVID Legal USA” without quotes in any search engine besides Google. We come up first or second. Now do Google. The censorship is blatant and obvious.

In 2013, a Gallup poll on public perceptions of U.S. agencies found Americans are most positive toward the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Sixty percent of those polled believed the CDC was doing an excellent or good job while only 8 percent rated them poorly.  There was clearly a disconnect between the CDC’s perceived image and the actual state of the agency. That trust tanked in 2020 with their COVID-19 fraud. While their website claims the “CDC works for you 24/7,” the leftist organization has fallen far short of achieving their motto of “Savings Lives. Protecting People.” Over the years, the CDC has repeatedly deceived and lied to the public, yet they continue to state that their mission is to protect America from health, safety and security threats, both foreign and in the U.S.

They boldly announce on their website that the “CDC increases the health security of our nation. As the nation’s health protection agency, CDC saves lives and protects people from health threats. To accomplish our mission, CDC conducts critical science and provides health information that protects our nation against expensive and dangerous health threats, and responds when these arise,” and yet there is more and more evidence to suggest that their so called ‘scientific evidence’ has been skewed and deliberately tampered with to gain the desired results. As a result of all the research that attorney Anthony Kennedy and his team did on vaccines, he came to the conclusion the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is “is a cesspool of corruption” and a “sock puppet” for the trillion dollar pharmaceutical industry! It’s pervasive and “hopelessly corrupt and dysfunctional.” Based upon that, Kennedy contends that no one should be mandated to take vaccines because the science cannot be trusted.

Furthermore, Kennedy says, “Today (2015 at the time), there are 271 new vaccines in CDC’s pipeline . . . awaiting approval to be put on the schedule, and each one of those new vaccines could mean upwards of a billion dollars to the companies that own the patents. And Paul Offit has said that he believes that children can get as many as 10,000 vaccines safely. There’s never been a study by the CDC of the cumulative impact of these vaccines.”

Kennedy went on to point out that there have been four federal studies done in 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2014 that all pointed out how dysfunctional the CDC truly is, but nothing is done about it! However, he does connect some of the dots when he points to “follow the money.”

According to Kennedy,

It [vaccine pharmaceutical industry] contributes $2.6 billions a year in lobbying–twice what oil and gas spends. . . . It gives $31 million a year to federal political candidates. . . . The regulatory agency has been undermined. The CDC today, because of these financial conflicts, is a sock puppet for the industry it’s supposed to regulate. [CJF emphasis added]

One issue he bats out of the ballpark, I think, is when he accuses the media, who were present, of not reporting on vaccine issues.

And then of course, you have the press. . . . The pharmaceutical industry, I believe, is the number one advertiser. The pharmaceutical industry spends between 3.4 and 5.4 billion dollars annually on TV, newspaper and radio advertising. It’s the number one advertiser. It targets the network news division. It’s the number one advertiser on network news. And what I’ve seen is that time and time again is that these stories do not ever make it into the newspapers and they do not make it onto the national press because of some other considerations.

The pharmaceutical industry has a very good scare tactic which is, if you say anything bad about the CDC vaccine program or you question the safety of vaccines, people will stop vaccinating and children will die. So. . . journalists, and news divisions and editors often times will listen to that ,and sometimes they’re looking at the cash that’s coming in, but they will not run these stories. And in the long run, that’s a big problem because Americans are reading the science anyway, even if you guys aren’t reporting it.[CJF emphasis added]

Kennedy talks about the CDC’s epidemiologist Verstraeten’s 2000 study that found a correlation between mercury and autism, but was reworked to ‘prove’ there was no connection between mercury in vaccines and ASD; the CDC’s Bill Thompson, PhD, nightmare embarrassment wherein he names names as to who ordered the lies at CDC: Frank DeStefano and the former head of the CDC, Julie Gerberding! Kennedy says that Thompson has 100,000 pages of damning documents and wants to testify before Congress. He also cites the MMR vaccine mumps active efficacy ratings fudged for years and about which Merck & Company apparently lied to keep that vaccine’s license, according to two whistleblowers and a lawsuit.

Here is the video of that outstanding presentation by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.:

Easily Influenced by Money

The CDC claims it does not accept commercial support, but in an article published in the British Medical Journal, Jeanne Lenzer, the journal’s associate editor, wrote:

“The CDC’s image as an independent watchdog over the public health has given it enormous prestige, and its recommendations are occasionally enforced by law.

Despite the agency’s disclaimer, the CDC does receive millions of dollars in industry gifts and funding, both directly and indirectly, and several recent CDC actions and recommendations have raised questions about the science it cites, the clinical guidelines it promotes, and the money it is taking.”

A 2009 investigation by the Office of the Inspector General concluded the CDC has “a systemic lack of oversight of the ethics program,” noting 97 percent of disclosure forms filed by the organization’s advisers were incomplete, and 13 percent of advisers didn’t file one.(source) Other concerning findings revealed by the investigation include:

  • CDC did not identify or resolve potential conflicts of interest for 64 percent of special government employees
  • CDC did not ensure that 41 percent of special government employees received required ethics training
  • Fifteen percent of special government employees did not comply with ethics requirements during committee meetings

The CDC’s longtime support of water fluoridation is also questionable, considering no toxicologist has ever been directly involved in the decision process. Instead, dental health professionals have been the sole body of experts directing the agency’s stance on water fluoridation.

Incompetent

Even when the CDC isn’t embroiled in data falsification or rampant conflicts of interest, serious oversights in safety have occurred. In 2014, for instance, as many as 84 scientists and staff members at a CDC biolab were exposed to live anthrax. The live pathogen had been sent from a higher-security facility, and biosafety protocols were apparently not followed at either of the facilities.

The anthrax sample was supposed to have been inactivated prior to transfer, but due to multiple protocol breaches, it was still “live” upon arrival. In addition to failing to properly inactivate the pathogen, samples were also found to have been transferred in Ziploc bags, and stored in unlocked storage refrigerators in an area where unauthorized personnel were free to wander by.

Dr. Thomas R. Frieden, head of the CDC, issued a report that admitted to sloppy work ethics at the lab. The report also revealed two additional anthrax incidents, both of which occurred in 2006. Neither of these incidents had previously been disclosed to the public.

In both instances, the CDC “accidentally” shipped live anthrax to two different labs. A third erroneous shipment involved live botulism bacteria. It seems we can all count ourselves lucky that the CDC hasn’t killed large numbers of people yet through all these sloppy mistakes!

CDC’s Cozy Ties With Coca-Cola

The CDC should be cracking down on corporations promoting products linked to poor health and disease. Instead, they appear to have taken Coca-Cola, a leader in the production of sugar-sweetened beverages linked to obesity and chronic disease, under their protective wing.

Earlier this year, for instance, Barbara Bowman, Ph.D., former director of the CDC’s Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (DHDSP), left the agency unexpectedly, two days after her close ties with Coca-Cola were revealed.

Bowman reportedly aided a Coca-Cola representative in efforts to influence World Health Organization (WHO) officials to relax recommendations on sugar limits. Bowman, however, was not the only CDC official looking out for Coca-Cola.

Uncovered emails also suggest that Dr. Michael Pratt, senior adviser for Global Health in the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion at the CDC, has also promoted and led research for the soda giant.

At issue are Pratt’s ties to the International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI), which is a nonprofit front group serving the interests of the food and beverage industries. ILSI was founded by a Coca-Cola executive in 1978, and it has long been a champion for the junk-food industry.

For instance, one of the items on their agenda is to promote the concept of “energy balance,” which is the suggestion that exercise, and not sugary beverages and other sugar-laden foods, is responsible for obesity and chronic disease.  (Mercola.com)

CDC Senior Adviser Working With a Coca-Cola and Food Industry Front Group?

Pratt’s ties to research backed by Coca-Cola and ILSI should raise more than a few eyebrows. According to The Hill:

“He co-authored a Latin America health and nutrition study and related papers funded in part by Coca-Cola and ILSI; he has been acting as a scientific ‘advisor’ to ILSI North America, serving on an ILSI committee on ‘energy balance and active lifestyle.’

Until his activities came under scrutiny, he was listed as a member of the ILSI Research Foundation Board of Trustees (his bio was removed from the website … [in September 2016]). Pratt also served as an advis[e]r to an international study of childhood obesity funded by Coca-Cola.

And for roughly the last year or more he has held a position as a professor at Emory University, a private research university in Atlanta that has received millions of dollars from Coca-Cola entities.”

It’s likely impossible to quantify what effects such close ties with industry have on public health policy and the health messages being sent out to Americans. While Pratt is no longer working at Emory University, he is now reportedly going to be the director of the University of San Diego’s (UCSD) Institute for Public Health.

Ironically (or perhaps not), UCSD is going to be partnering with ISLI on a forum related to energy balance behavior — to be moderated, in part, by another CDC official, Janet Fulton, chief of the CDC’s Physical Activity and Health Branch.

Safety Oversights That Could Allow Dangerous Pathogens to Reach the Public

And there’s more. Also in 2014, the CDC shipped deadly H5N1 avian influenza samples to a Department of Agriculture poultry research lab. They were supposed to send a far more benign variety for study. The error appears to have been discovered when all of the exposed chickens died.

The Agriculture Department reported the frightful mix-up on May 23, 2014, but CDC staffers didn’t report the error to senior management at the CDC until July. Then there was yet another mix-up in December, when employees in a CDC Ebola lab were potentially exposed to the virus after a technician mistakenly moved the wrong specimens from a high-level to a lower-level lab. Other safety breaches have also been reported, for example:

  • A door to a lab containing Coxiella Burnetti that was sealed with duct tape after a ventilation system malfunction
  • Security doors leading to areas with dangerous pathogens left unlocked
  • Backup generators failing to keep airflow systems moving at CDC labs during a power outage

An external group of 11 experts in biosafety, laboratory science and research was called to form an advisory group to evaluate the CDC’s lab practices, and it concluded its commitment to safety is “inconsistent and insufficient” and “laboratory safety training is inadequate.”

Examples of CDC recent lies and deception:

Example #1: CDC Whistleblower Announces That the MMR Vaccine Causes Autism

Last month, Dr. Andrew Wakefield revealed that, during telephone conversations between biochemist Brian Hooker and a CDC whistleblower, later named as William Thompson, Thompson admitted that the CDC had deliberately withheld crucial evidence proving that the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine caused autism.

Dr. Thompson told Dr. Hooker that, in 2003, research carried out by the CDC in Atlanta, Georgia, revealed that when African-American boys under the age of 36 months were given the MMR vaccine, the rate of autism in this group rose by 340 percent.

In a desperate bid to cover up this tragedy, the CDC decided to fix the data and eliminated all African-American boys without a Georgia birth certificate. In doing so, the number of children suffering from autism caused by the vaccine reduced significantly, giving the CDC the results they desired.

In an article sourced from Focus Autism Foundation, referenced by Roger Landry, founder of The Liberty Beacon, the authors stated:

“According to Dr. Hooker, the CDC whistleblower informant— who wishes to remain anonymous (since named as William Thompson)— guided him to evidence that a statistically significant relationship between the age the MMR vaccine was first given and autism incidence in African-American boys was hidden by CDC researchers. After data were gathered on 2,583 children living in Atlanta, Georgia who were born between 1986 and 1993, CDC researchers excluded children that did not have a valid State of Georgia birth certificate — reducing the sample size being studied by 41%. Hooker explains that by introducing this arbitrary criteria into the analysis, the cohort size was sharply reduced, eliminating the statistical power of the findings and negating the strong MMR-autism link in African American boys.” [2]

On August 27, 2014, William Thompson, PhD, issued this statement. He wrote:

Dr. William Thompson's statement

“FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-AUGUST 27, 2014
STATEMENT OF WILLIAM W. THOMPSON, Ph.D., REGARDING THE 2004 ARTICLE EXAMINING THE POSSIBILITY OF A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MMR VACCINE AND AUTISM

My name is William Thompson.  I am a Senior Scientist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where I have worked since 1998.

I regret that my co-authors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics. The omitted data suggested that African American males who received the MMR vaccine before age 36 months were at increased risk for autism.

Decisions were made regarding which findings to report after the data were collected, and I believe that the final study protocol was not followed.

I want to be absolutely clear that I believe vaccines have saved and continue to save countless lives.  I would never suggest that any parent avoid vaccinating children of any race. Vaccines prevent serious diseases, and the risks associated with their administration are vastly outweighed by their individual and societal benefits.

My concern has been the decision to omit relevant findings in a particular study for a particular sub group for a particular vaccine. There have always been recognized risks for vaccination and I believe it is the responsibility of the CDC to properly convey the risks associated with receipt of those vaccines.”

He continued:

“I have had many discussions with Dr. Brian Hooker over the last 10 months regarding studies the CDC has carried out regarding vaccines and neurodevelopmental outcomes including autism spectrum disorders. I share his belief that CDC decision-making and analyses should be transparent. I was not, however, aware that he was recording any of our conversations, nor was I given any choice regarding whether my name would be made public or my voice would be put on the Internet.” [3]

In other words, if Dr. Hooker had not had the tenacity and foresight to record those telephone calls, lifting the lid on the CDC’s deception, it is unlikely that this information would have ever been made public.

Thompson stated the study co-authors “scheduled a meeting to destroy documents related to the study.” He said the remaining four co-authors all met and brought a big garbage can into the meeting room, “and reviewed and went through all the hardcopy documents that we had thought we should discard, and put them into a huge garbage can.” The book “Vaccine Whistleblower” contains the unedited transcripts of four legally recorded phone conversations between Thompson and Dr. Brian Hooker, a scientist investigating autism and vaccine research. The transcripts reveal the confession of the alteration of data that showed a significant link between vaccines and autism.
