His words and his fighting spirit will live forever.
Aaron Russo R.I.P. February/2/1943 – August/24/2007
On August 24, 2007, America lost a great human being and a fearless champion of freedom. Aaron Russo is remembered as an entertainment businessman, film maker, Libertarian political figure, and proponent of tax and monetary reform. He was best known in political circles for his documentary movie, America; Freedom to Fascism, which is a clarion call to action against the U.S. Federal Reserve System and the Income Tax. He was a member of Freedom Force and recipient of the Freedom Force Champion-of-Freedom Award.
WHY DID AARON RUSSO REJECT ROCKEFELLER’S INVITATION TO JOIN THE RULING ELITE?
Nick Rockefeller invited Aaron into the Council on Foreign Relations, the exclusive group that rules America from behind the scenes. When Russo objected to loss of freedom for the common man, Rockefeller replied: What do you care about them? They mean nothing to you. Look out for yourself and your family. When Aaron did not agree, their friendship came to a close. (From Wikipedia)
Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island , producer Aaron Russo began promoting rock and roll shows at local theaters while still a high school student.
Entertainment career
Five years later the twenty-four-year-old entrepreneur opened his own nightclub in Chicago called the Kinetic Playground which became a driving force in the music business, where Aaron helped create the careers of many
legendary performers, such as Led Zeppelin, whom he brought to America for the first time. He also promoted some of the Sixties most successful rock acts, including The Who, Janis Joplin, The Grateful Dead and Jefferson Airplane.
In 2008, the New York Times reported:
A hedge fund manager and art collector from New York testified under immunity Tuesday that Anthony Pellicano, the Hollywood private detective accused of wiretapping and racketeering, had once offered to have a movie producer killed for him.
Adam D. Sender, the owner of Exis Capital, a hedge fund that at one point had more than $1 billion in assets, said in Federal District Court here that he had paid Mr. Pellicano about $500,000 to investigate Aaron Russo, a producer and onetime talent manager whose film credits included “Trading Places.”
Mr. Sender testified …that Mr. Pellicano had wiretapped Mr. Russo for a year and had played recordings of Mr. Russo’s intercepted phone calls for him 10 or 15 times. But Mr. Pellicano grew sick of listening to Mr. Russo, Mr. Sender said. And, in a “frightening” moment in the garden of Mr. Sender’s mansion in Bel-Air, he said, Mr. Pellicano suggested killing Mr. Russo.
In 2006, in an interview with Aaron Russo (producer and director of movies like “The Rose”, “Trading Places” and “Wise Guys”) relates in his documentary “Freedom to Fascim”, how he was courted by the Rockefeller family when he ran for Governor of Nevada in 1998. After a friendship developed he was recruited to join the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR), a private non-profit organization created by the Rockefeller’s in 1921. (Caroll Quigley, Professor of History at Georgetown University and favorite mentor of President Clinton has stated, “The CFR is the American Branch of a society originated in England and believes national boundaries should be obliterated and a one-world rule established.” Other members of the CFR have included Presidents Hoover, Truman, Eisenhower, George and G.W. Bush, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton to date).
Mr. Russo retells in his documentary the story, as told to him directly by Nick Rockefeller, that the Feminist movement in the 1960′s was manufactured so that women would have to enter the workforce and so that more taxes could be collected with women working, thus having to pay taxes. Additionally, children would then have to be put into day care and pre-schools where indoctrination could begin at a much earlier age. The State could then be seen to the children as part of the family. Interestingly, it was also reported in an article in the Village Voice on May 21, 1979 that Ms. Steinem’s M.S. Magazine was funded by the Ford Foundation and the CIA, to which the article claims she also a CIA asset.
Aaron Russo directed and filmed America: Freedom to Fascism while fighting cancer. America Freedom to Fascism exposes the fraud and deceit of the Federal Reserve Banks (Fed), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the 16th Amendment, the income tax, the Federal Reserve System, national ID cards (REAL ID Act), human-implanted RFID tags (Spychips), Diebold electronic voting machines, New World Order (globalization), Big Brother, taser weapons abuse, and the use of terrorism by government as a means to diminish the citizens’ rights.
