Colin Patterson, the Senior Paleontologist of the British Museum of Natural History, addressed the evolution experts (who write the text books, etc.) at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC and later to another group of influential evolutionists at the Evolutionary Morphology Seminar at the Univ. of Chicago, and asked the question, “Can you tell me anything you know about evolution, any one thing that is true?“ Not one of them could tell him one single thing they knew to be true about evolution yet they teach only this theory as fact to our school children who are taught to rattle off multiple truths on standardized tests.
Darwin theorized that life probably began in some warm little pond when atoms and molecules came together to form the first living organism. This theory was boosted in 1953 when Stanley Miller and Harold Urey did a famous experiment that was hyped by the media as if they had almost produced life in a test tube. They eliminated 2 key ingredients from their experiment that everyone surely agrees were always present on the earth – water (left out because amino acids fall apart in water, thus ruining the desired result) and oxygen, so the starting combinations were all wrong, used an alternative procedure to that which might explain how evolution might have been possible on earth, and the wrong results.
The results were a tar-like substance with only traces (2) of amino acids. They used this miniscule evidence to theorize that since proteins are made of amino acids that this could be postulated to support evolution. But, proteins need 20 kinds of amino acids to form. No variation of the experiment (already flawed) could be skewed to produce anywhere near the 20 amino acids required to make protein, and they were right-handed amino acids or a mixture. Life can only use left-handed amino-acids. The evidence clearly showed that life could not be formed on earth, however the text books today (and films, videos, media, etc.) is that life started in an ocean of pre-biotic soup.
There is no proof for evolution! It has to be believed, therefore it’s a faith, therefore it’s a religion! So they’re teaching a new compulsory religion in today’s hallowed halls of higher learning. Even the great high priest and founding father of this new false faith, Charles Darwin himself, confessed that “the belief (note the emphasis on belief) in natural selection (evolution) must at present be grounded entirely on general considerations. … When we descend to details, we can prove that no one species has changed … nor can we prove that the supposed changes are beneficial, which is the groundwork of the theory.”
Darwin’s ardent apostle and dedicated disciple, Thomas Henry Huxley, likewise admitted that his own opinion was NOT grounded on any true scientific facts or evidence, but was more of a “religious” expression: “I beg you once more to recollect that I have no right to call my opinion anything but an act of philosophical faith.”
So Evolution is really a religion of unbelief in God. And that’s its whole purpose; To eliminate faith in God and to foster the false doctrine of devils that the creation created itself and God had nothing to do with it, so there doesn’t need to be a God–it could have happened without Him!
