Voter Fraud

Voter Fraud

the crime of a voter submitting a ballot he or she is not entitled to cast. It can change the outcome of a close election. Even areas not known for voter fraud have unexplained discrepancies between voter registration lists and estimates of the number of eligible voters. While the mainstream media gives the fale impression that the most serious threat of voter fraud comes from countries such as Russia hacking the election, the source of most voter fraud comes from having people on voter rolls who should not be listed on them, along with weak anti-voter fraud laws. Thousands of examples of voter fraud exist in the U.S., and voter rolls are so poorly maintained that they can easily lead to fraud. Voter fraud also exists in other countries such as the United Kingdom.1

Illegal aliens are known to engage in voter fraud. The Los Angeles Times admitted in 2018 that voter fraud by illegal aliens and other foreigners was intended to help Democrats.[source] In 2019, the Democrat-controlled U.S. House of Representatives voted in favor of illegal alien voting.[source]

According to a study conducted by Professor John V. Kane of New York University, published in Public Opinion Quarterly, while Republican voters strongly care about voter fraud and stopping it, Democrat voters care more strongly about whether or not their party will benefit from voter ID legislation when deciding to enact such laws.[63] Democrat politicians frequently claim that voter fraud is not a serious issue, though they will claim it is a problem when an election does not go their way.[64]

Despite voter fraud committed by Democrats being demonstrably true due to being revealed by undercover sting videos (particularly Project Veritas video exposing Democrat operative Scott Foval revealing that voter fraud has been committed by Democrats for decades, as well as showing other Democrat operatives how to commit voter fraud to rig elections in their favor[65][66]), Democrats and their liberal media sympathizers – including liberal-biased “fact-checking” websites Snopes.com, PolitiFact and FactCheck.org – always deny that voter fraud exists and claim that it is a “myth” while ignoring actual cases of voter fraud committed by their operatives.[67] In Florida in 2018, Democrat lawyers objected to disqualifying the vote of a noncitizen in that year’s state and federal elections.[68]

While some groups falsely claim that voter fraud is as rare as a lightning strike, some people still think the 2016 elections were either hacked by the Russians or tainted by millions of illegal votes. But there does seem to be agreement that American elections are far from secure. Even cursory reviews and investigations have uncovered thousands of instances of voter fraud and registration irregularities which include vote buying, duplicate voting, voting machine tampering, ineligible voting, vote count alteration, voter intimidation, absentee ballot fraud, and coercion at polling locations.

Passage of The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (also known as the “motor voter law”) made voter registration easier. However, it significantly increased the likelihood of fraud. Many states have found it virtually impossible to maintain accurate voter rolls since the act’s inception, which has further exacerbated the problem.

After the 2016 election, GAI performed an unprecedented comprehensive, national study of the actual votes cast in 2016. They were able to get publicly available voter rolls from 21 states, and they hired a data expert and used proprietary commercial databases – the same ones used to combat EBT fraud and other types of identity theft. Using the most conservative set of assumptions and examining only one type of voter fraud – voting in more than one state in the same election – they uncovered more than 8,400 cases of confirmed double-voting in the 2016 election. Of those, 2,100 people voted in Florida and also cast a ballot in another state. When GAI’s findings were shared with an official with the Florida Attorney General’s office, he deadpanned: “That’s a lot of lightning strikes.” To put this in perspective, remember that just 537 votes in Florida decided the presidential election in 2000.

A study by a political science professor at Old Dominion University estimated that 800,000 non-citizens likely voted in the 2016 presidential election. Another study by the Pew Center concluded that 1 out of every 8 voter registrations in the United States was either invalid or incorrect, at least 1.8 million deceased persons were on current voter rolls, and 2.75 million people were registered to vote in two or more states at the time of the 2016 elections.

George Soros has a long history of funding groups that have been caught committing voter fraud. Soros poured millions into a group that was both accused of voter fraud and paid a massive fine for violating election laws in the 2004 election. He’s also been a consistent donor to groups like ACORN and La Raza, both of which changed their names because of chronic association with voter fraud. Today, those and other Soros-funded nonprofits file lawsuits to block any attempts to improve election security. In 2016, Soros funded a multi-state fight against Voter ID laws across the country. He enlisted former Clinton campaign attorney Marc Elias, who filed suit on behalf of several groups, including liberal activists Ohio Organizing Collaborative (OOC).

OOC was later accused of falsely registering dead people to vote, with one group member being sentenced to prison.

Soros also gives millions to the so-called nonpartisan Brennan Center, which defines voter fraud in the narrotheyst possible terms. The truth is, any action that devalues the theyight of an honest vote is vote fraud. It nullifies honest voters. It steals their vote. And there are plenty of examples of it all over the country.

The victims of our electoral vulnerabilities include every honest voter in the country. But they also include the groups and demographics the Left claims to support, but really just victimizes and exploits. In Eric Eggers new book, FRAUD: How the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election, he show how senior citizens are routinely targeted for their absentee ballots in a practice known as “granny farming.”  One woman in South Florida was caught with notebooks detailing the hundreds of payments she received for collecting ballots from senior voters who were impaired. She got only two misdemeanor charges and was sentenced to probation, partly because one of her victims had died before charges could be filed.

The ease with which felons remain on voter rolls and cast illegal ballots only harms their later efforts to see their full voting rights restored. Sometimes, ex-felons even work for the elections department and still don’t know they shouldn’t be voting.

Non-citizens have the most to lose from our lax oversight of elections. Registering to vote in many states is as easy as getting your driver’s license, but DMV officials in some states are prohibited by law from providing non-citizens proper guidance so they don’t accidentally register to vote. Illegally registering to vote forever imperils a non-citizen’s ability to become a naturalized citizen. If they actually vote, non-citizens could face deportation, even if they are legal residents. Cases of non-citizens voting just because they thought they could, without having malicious intent, are common.

A newspaper editor in Las Vegas, after interviewing two illegal aliens who were forced to vote by unions connected to former Sen. Harry Reid, concluded “voter registration is not a groundless conspiracy or hypothetical threat to our Democracy. In Nevada, a battleground state that could decide the presidency and control of the U.S. Senate, it is real.”

President Trump recently said “only American citizens should vote in American elections.” But a majority of Democrats, for the first time, disagree. While most Americans agree with President Trump overall, 54 percent of Democrats and 53 percent of self-described liberals support granting illegal immigrants the right to vote. And the push from the Left won’t slow down. DNC President Tom Perez’s former employer, Casa De Maryland, has pushed for non-citizen voting rights for years. Perez’s hometown of Takoma Park, Maryland, allowed non-citizen voting beginning in 1992.

Federal law prohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections, but 11 states currently allow non-citizen voting of some kind. Cities like Chicago and San Francisco allow non-citizen voting in some local elections.

Sadly, this will threaten the citizenship chances of more legal immigrants who may be confused by the inconsistency surrounding their voting rights. Thus, they will be victimized by the same political organizations that wanted their votes in the first place.

These are the realities of voting in America in 2018. Soros-funded groups and mainstream media outlets will continue to tell you that voter fraud doesn’t exist, but that requires you to believe two things:

  1. Voter registrations are accurate and secure from fraudulent registrations.
  2. No one is trying to manipulate outcomes for political purposes.

Sadly, voter registration vulnerabilities do exist and do encourage fraud, and the groups denying it for their own purposes are very real and very serious. The reason Eggers wrote Fraud: How the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election was to expose the real “myths” in the voter fraud debate.

In an undercover video produced by Project Veritas, Alan Schulkin, the New York Democratic Commissioner of the Board of Elections, confirms there is widespread fraud, then goes on to describe how organizers use buses to take people from poll to poll to vote. Another investigation uncovered election workers in New Hampshire offering ballots of deceased individuals to undercover journalists posing as voters.

In reality, without rigid safeguards to prevent fraud, misuse, and voter intimidation, absentee ballot fraud—while it may occur sporadically—already has affected the outcome of elections in states and counties across the country. Just look at the 2018 congressional race in North Carolina that was overturned by the state election board. Or the mayor of Gordon, Alabama, who was removed from office last year after his conviction for absentee ballot fraud.

The public must understand that fraud can occur throughout the entire process of registering and voting. Examples include impersonation fraud at the polls; false voter registrations; duplicate voting; fraudulent absentee ballots; vote buying; illegal assistance and intimidation of voters; ineligible voting, such as by aliens; altering of vote counts; and ballot petition fraud.

Voting by mail makes it easier to commit fraud, intimidate voters, and destroy the protections of the secret ballot. It puts elections into the hands of the Postal Service. Without the oversight of election and polling officials, ballots can be lost, disqualified, and even stolen.

An example from The Heritage Foundation’s election fraud database with 1,285 proven instances of voter fraud illustrates a common type of fraud. John and Grace Fleming both were found guilty of duplicate voting, once by absentee ballot in New Hampshire and then in person in Massachusetts. The case of Reginald Holman, a city council member in Ashtabula, Ohio, who was forced to resign after an investigation found he illegally registered at his parents’ address in Ashtabula rather than his actual residence in Plymouth, Ohio.

Take the case of Courtney Rainey in Canton, Mississippi, who was found guilty of bribing and harassing individuals to win a municipal election. Or the case of April Atilano, who was found guilty of changing party affiliations of voters and forging signatures on voter registration forms, among other things. Atilano was hired by a private company to contact and register voters in Madera County, California. Vigilant staffers in the County Clerk-Recorder’s Office noticed something fishy with the registration cards submitted by Atilano. If they hadn’t have been so diligent, the forms would have been altered without the consent or knowledge of the voters.

County Clerk-Recorder Rebecca Martinez says she has zero tolerance for voter fraud in her county. Asked about this issue, Martinez replied: “Protecting our elections has always been my highest priority and I will continue to maintain this vigilance as we head into the presidential election in November.” All public officials should have this attitude when it comes to protecting the sanctity of elections.

Some argue that even if voter fraud occurs, its impact is so marginal it couldn’t possibly effect the outcome of an election. That is simply not true—fraud can make the difference in a close election. In a previous article, we pointed out how over 100 elections in Ohio were decided by less than two votes. Heritage’s database contains numerous instances where voter fraud was so severe that it affected the outcome and new elections were called.

This is not a partisan issue. Heritage has documented elections overturned or elected officials removed on account of fraud that involved both Democrats and Republicans.

Securing the integrity of elections should not become wrapped up in partisan politics. Yet since the inception of the COVID-19 pandemic (and some would argue even before then), many leading Democrats have scoffed at the reality of voter fraud and the importance of election integrity—even though it is their own voters and supporters who often are affected by such fraud.

It is important that we take reasonable steps to make it hard to cheat in elections while making it easy for legitimate voters to vote. Elected officials and party leaders, regardless of political affiliation, should put their ambitions aside and understand that election integrity is of the utmost importance in self-government and maintaining a functioning democratic republic.

During the 2016 recount of Michigan’s presidential ballots, it was discovered that 248 precincts, in the city of Detroit alone, had recorded more votes than the actual number of voters who had shown up at the polls. A judge halted the recount after only 3 days, and an audit was requested by the Michigan Secretary of State.

The Indiana State Police conducted an investigation in 56 counties, which they believe could involve hundreds of fraudulent voter registration records.

California

Anyone who gets a driver’s license in California is automatically registered to vote. And, anyone who can “fog a mirror”, including illegal aliens, can get a driver’s license. Now, add the fact that California does not require a photo ID to vote, and you have the perfect recipe for voter fraud. It gets worse. Just before the 2016 election, an L.A. County polling inspector reported seeing a training video which encouraged poll workers to ignore voter identification procedures altogether.

In 2016, California passed SB 450, which authorizes counties to remove from voters the right to vote in person. This has led to a dramatic increase in voters changed to “Vote by Mail” status without their request or knowledge, many of which never received a ballot in the mail. Some received too many. In San Pedro, a total of 83 mail-in ballots were delivered to the apartment of an elderly woman and reported to authorities by a neighbor. All of the ballots had different names, none of which the woman or her neighbors recognized.

Just over 14 million voters cast their votes in the California 2016 election. The new automatic registration process will add an estimated 6 million people to California’s voter rolls, including every illegal alien who obtains a driver’s license.

A CBS affiliate uncovered 265 people who had voted after death, including one person who voted in at least five elections after their death.

Pennsylvania

An elections judge in Pennsylvania pleaded guilty to stuffing ballot boxes for Democrats, in exchange for bribes.

In 2015, the company assigned the task of correcting the state’s voter registration rolls reported that 731 voters had voted twice in the 2012 election. The review also found approximately 43,000 voters with duplicate registrations.

Yet, just before the 2016 election, the Secretary of State, Pedro Cortes, mailed out 2.5 million voter registration cards that hadn’t been properly vetted, many of which ended up in the hands of illegals.

During the 2012 election, a poll observer reported that up to 10 percent of the ballots cast on voting machines at his polling station gave the vote to Barack Obama, regardless of which candidate the voter chose. Republican polling inspectors were also denied access to dozens of polling sites. This might explain why Mitt Romney received zero votes in 59 different precincts, and why John McCain received zero votes in 57 Philadelphia precincts four years earlier.

In both the 2008 and 2012 elections, members of the New Black Panthers were observed intimidating voters outside polling locations in Philadelphia, an act President Obama’s Justice Department refused to prosecute.

Ohio

The Columbus Dispatch has estimates that more than 20 percent of registered Ohio voters are not eligible. That estimate seems to make sense given the fact that the number of registered voters in 31 counties exceeds 90 percent of the population, which is highly unlikely. Two other counties actually have total registered voters that exceed 100 percent of the voting-age population.

Like Philadelphia, the vote tallies in Cleveland in recent years seem a bit suspicious. There were 21 districts in Cleveland in the 2012 election that reported 0 votes for Romney. In 23 other Cleveland districts he got 1 vote. One district had a 100% voter turnout. In those 44 districts, Obama won 14,686 to 23. In the 2016 election, one precinct gave Donald Trump zero votes and four others only gave him only one vote.

Michigan

Sherikia Hawkins, who was honored in 2019 with a prestigious reward from the Democratic Party, was charged with six felony counts for allegedly altering absentee ballots during the November 2018 election in her capacity as city clerk for the Detroit suburb of Southfield, Mich. Local Democratic officials insisted that this conduct was ‘anomalous’ and didn’t impact final election results.

Florida

In the 2012 election, St. Lucie County had a 141.1% voter turnout. There were a total of 247,713 votes cast in a county with only 175,554 registered voters. Obama won that county. In the same election, 963 unaccounted-for ballots were found in a warehouse by Broward County election workers a week after the election. There were also reports of election observers being banned from absentee ballot counts, which would obviously compromise the integrity and validity of the final vote count.

Voter fraud in Florida is not a recent phenomenon. In 2001, the Miami Herald estimated that 6,000 illegal votes were cast in the prior election. It was also reported that 452 felons had voted illegally in Broward County alone.

Virginia

Various watchdog groups have found extensive voter fraud in Virginia. One such group, Public Interest Legal Foundation, found 1,046 non-citizen registrations in a search of only 8 counties.

In September, the FBI and local Virginia law enforcement discovered at least 19 voter applications that had been re-registered for deceased individuals in the city of Harrisonburg. Apparently, a member of “HarrisonburgVotes”, a local voter registration group, was responsible.

In 2013, the Fairfax County Electoral Board contacted their U.S. Attorney, and the Justice Department, to report the discovery of 278 registered voters who were not U.S. citizens. Of those, 117 had actually voted in state and national elections.

The instances noted above represent only a fraction of those uncovered to date. Regardless of the final tally, it is obvious that our election process has been compromised. Voter ID and registration laws need to be re-evaluated and strictly enforced, and an independent investigation needs to be performed. Anyone found guilty of voter fraud, regardless of party, needs to be prosecuted. Let’s get to the bottom of this. Will Trump be proven wrong? I wouldn’t bet against him.

Georgia

A northeastern Georgia precinct located in Habersham County had 276 registered voters before the state’s primary elections at the end of May, but 670 votes were recorded—indicating that 276 percent of voters turned out in Georgia’s primary election.

A voter in one sworn statement said she and her husband were assigned to different polling places and city council districts even though both were registered to vote at the same address. In other instances, voters arrived at polling places indicated on the secretary of state’s website only to be told by election officials they had to vote elsewhere.1

Texas

In 2018, the data analysis company Votistics found that based on data from the Texas Secretary of State, 104,800 people in the state were registered to vote more than once, and 2,159 of these pairs voted in the same election, among other disturbing statistics.

A citizen journalist discovered alleged Democrat voter fraud in Texas’ most populated county. Independent reporter Colleen Cera has claimed she uncovered evidence of ballot harvesting. Vera is accusing an alleged paid campaign surrogate of Democrat congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee of taking hundreds of ballots from Harris County nursing homes and forging signatures during the 2018 midterm elections. The citizen journalist said the campaign surrogates are ex-felons who were once convicted on forgery charges. Vera spoke to Patrick Howley of the national file on her findings.

Vera also claimed cell phone video shows canvassers of state Representative Harold Dutton also harvesting ballots from nursing homes. She said there are audio files confirming the alleged name of the harvester and the services they provided.

Here are more examples of voter fraud according to the New York Post.

  • In May 2016, CBS2 Los Angeles identified 265 dead voters in southern California. Many cast ballots “year after year.”

  •  The Heritage Foundation’s non-exhaustive survey confirms, since 2000, at least 742 criminal vote-fraud convictions.

  • North Carolina announced in April 2014 that 13,416 dead voters were registered, and 81 of them recently had voted. Among 35,750 North Carolinians also registered in other states, 765 voted in November 2012, both inside and outside the Tarheel State.

  •  South Carolina’s attorney general concluded in January 2012 that 953 people “were deceased at the time of their participation in recent elections.”

  •  The Public Interest Legal Foundation recently discovered that Virginia removed 5,556 non-citizens from its voter rolls between 2011 and last May. Among these non-Americans, 1,852 had cast a total of 7,474 illegal ballots across multiple elections.

THE MAN-IN-THE-MIDDLE VOTE TALLY MANIPULATION

Perhaps the most strategic threat to a fair vote is a process called Man-In-The-Middle.[1] In this form of election rigging, a third party is able to gain access to the data streams connecting each county board of election with that State’s election tabulation computer, run by the Secretary of State.

This third party is usually a subcontractor buried deep as a subcontractor deep inside some State information technology master contract. In the case of Missouri’s 2016 primary election, the election rigging was buried deep inside an a Nippon (Japan) Telephone & Telegraph, NTT DATA INC contract (Note: It is notoriously known that the NSA controls the Japanese telephone system). Noteably, the name was misspelled in the state’s contract system to avoid search and detection. [1]

If the third party is identified in subcontractor disclosures, the contractor is usually innocuously labeled as an election security auditor or monitor.

In cases where Man-In-The-Middle has been proven (2004 Ohio Presidential Election), the third party was a Cedarville University professor, Dr. Alan Dillman hired by the state to ostensibly be an election advisor, but was in fact secretly passing the results to a SMARTech theybsite in Chattanooga, Tennessee owned by the RNC, Bush family and Karl Rove who changed the tallies before they theyre reported to the state tabulator.[2]

This Man-In-The-Middle is given access to the county-state vote tally reporting stream. With that access, the Man-In-The-Middle is able to change vote totals being reported before they arrive at the state tabulator. In addition, this procedure destroys the sacred principle of bipartisan chain of custody.

Each county and state computer has a unique street address on the Internet. For example, the supervisor of elections in Leon County, Florida (incl. Tallahassee) is www.leonvotes.org. The election system for the State of Florida is hosted at https://dos.myflorida.com/elections/ (Note: under subcontract to Cloudfare.com in San Francisco, California).[4]

The only permitted election night links to your State’s vote tabulation computer should be from each of your county boards of elections. Any other attempt to link to third party sites should be blocked. This blocking should start occurring at least one hour before the county boards of elections start reporting their ballot tallies and continue until such time as 100% of the votes have been verified and reported.
