Jerry Parks, a Private Investigator Hired by Hillary Clinton to Prepare a Dossier on the Women Bill Clinton was Seeing, was Murdered

Jerry Luther Parks, a private investigator hired by Hillary Clinton in 1982 to prepare a dossier on the women Bill Clinton was seeing. Parks was involved in cash transfers from Mena airport which were delivered to Vince Foster and would later become the owner of a security firm that provided security for Clinton’s presidential campaign. Jerry Parks was gunned down, assassination style, on Sept. 23, 1993 in Little Rock.

Now the dead man’s son, Gary Parks, charges that his father, who ran American Contract Services Inc., was killed “to save Bill Clinton’s political career.” Interviewed in the London Telegraph, the younger Parks said “my dad was working on Clinton’s infidelities for about six years, starting in the campaign around 1983,” and had compiled two name-and-photo-filled files on Mr. Clinton that he kept hidden in his bedroom. After his death, the files that were in his home mysteriously disappeared.

The Clinton campaign had failed to settle an outstanding debt to Parks for $81,000 at the time of his death. Parks’ wife said her husband threatened to go public with his information if Clinton did not pay the bill. Parks’ home was broken into only hours before he was murdered. THE ONLY THING TAKEN FROM HIS HOME WAS THE DOCUMENTATION HE HAD ON CLINTON’S “ACTIVITIES”.

Upon hearing of Vince Foster’s death Parks told his family, “I’m a dead man” and was executed gangland style in Arkansas two months later. Raymond “Buddy” Young, has been named in the center of the conspiracy.

In an interview, Jerry Parks daughter, Jerri Denise Hickman, had this to say on the Clinton connection:

JERRI:  Well, it was September 26, 1993.  I believe it was a Sunday, and I was at home when Jane Parks called my house, and she told me that my father had been hurt.  I asked her where was my Dad, and she told me that he was dead.  And, when she said that to me, I dropped the phone and went to my knees.  My husband and I went to Little Rock, to my Dad’s home that night, and when we got there, the police were everywhere.  Jane Parks was offering me Valium and she was offering my father’s parents some Valium.  She was acting funny.  She was sitting on the bed rocking back and forth but there were no tears in her eyes.  And the Clinton stuff did not come up, you know, I didn’t hear about that for a little while later when Gary brought up the theory, or the idea, that maybe Bill Clinton had something to do with the murder of our father, which I nor the family have never believed that.

TODD:  Okay.  Well, there was recently another hostage situation in the Hilary Clinton campaign office, so it seems like that is something that has happened quite a bit with the Clinton family and a lot of people suggest that the Clintons have had things to do with things like this.

JERRI:  That is true, they have.  But, like I said, I do not believe that.  There’s no reason for Bill Clinton to have wanted my father dead, there is just no reason.  There is a reason, however, for his widow, you know she collected a large sum of money…

TODD:   uh huh

JERRI:  …off my father.  She, at the funeral, made the comment that she was a “rich widow now.”  There are just a lot of different things that she’s said that just don’t add up.

TODD:  Okay, when he was shot dead, was…who shot your father?

JERRI:  We don’t know.  I mean, I do not know.  But the detective that I’ve been talking to, Detective Steve Moore with Little Rock Homicide, told me that he believed that she had hired someone.

According to his wife, security operative Jerry Parks delivered large sums of money from Mena airport to Vince Foster at a K-Mart parking lot. Mrs. Parks discovered this when she opens her car trunk one day and finds so much cash that she has to sit on the trunk to close it again. She asks her husband whether he is dealing drugs, and he allegedly explains that Foster paid him $1,000 for each trip he took to Mena. Parks said he didn’t “know what they were doing, and he didn’t care to know. He told me to forget what I’d seen.”. Later Evans-Pritchard will write, “Foster was using him as a kind of operative to collect sensitive information on things and do sensitive jobs. Some of this appears to have been done on behalf of Hillary Clinton. Foster told him that Hillary wanted it done. (source)
