the Biden regime’s Director of National Intelligence, who was previously deeply implicated in launching the Russia Collusion hoax and coverup of John Brennan’s CIA torture program. In October 2019, while a Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University and a Senior Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Haines was one of the “Players” in Event 201.[14] The event, sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The World Economic Forum, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, was a pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic.[15]
On November 20, 2021[17] Haines alleged that Russia had massed 100,000 troops at the border with Ukraine and was planning an invasion. In late December 2021 Jake Sullivan said a four-week window was left to prevent such an invasion and that if it were to happen the sanctions against Russia “would be overwhelming, immediate and inflict significant cost on the Russian economy and their financial system.”[18] Germany had called upon the US not to impose sanctions, insisting that doing so will “damage transatlantic unity”, Axios reported,[19] citing newly obtained German documents dated November 19, 2021 and marked as “classified”:
“US Sanctions targeting Nord Stream 2 would undermine the commitment given to Germany in the Joint Statement, weaken the credibility of the US government, and endanger the achievements of the Joint Statement, including the provisions supporting Ukraine.”[20]
The ongoing reality was a massive buildup and activity of NATO forces inside Ukraine, which Putin had warned about crossing Russia’s red line days before Haines panicked statements.[21] CIA leaker David Ignatius told the Washington Post that the US was supporting an anti-Russian military insurgency in Ukraine.[22] Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova reported that ten thousand NATO soldiers, including four thousand Americans, were already stationed and active in Ukraine. Drones and Stingers have been provided and used in eastern Ukraine.[23]
In the early 1990s Haines and her husband purchased a former bar-brothel in Baltimore and reopened it as Adrian’s Book Café. The bookstore offered erotic literature evenings upstairs in the former brothel, where Haines would read extracts. She defined the genre to the Baltimore Sun in 1995 as “everything that’s repressed, guttural, instinctual, chaotic and creative.”[2]
Haines, who received a B.A. in Physics from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, began her government career in 2002, where she clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit in Cincinnati, OH. In 2003, she took a job as a lawyer in the State Department legal advisor’s office, where she worked, among other issues, against doping in sports, and on international treaties at the State Department, first in the Office of Treaty Affairs and then in the Legal Advisor’s Office of Political-Military Affairs, where she became immersed in the international laws of war.
In 2007, Haines joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee as Majority deputy chief counsel.[3] Biden was then chairman. When Biden became Vice President, Haines followed him to the White House, working from 2010 to 2013 as the president’s top lawyer on the National Security Council.[4]
Although she had never worked at the CIA, CCP connected director John Brennan[5] appointed Haines CIA Deputy Director, a position she held from 2013 to 2015. Haines authorized drone strikes in the greater Middle East on names from Obama’s kill list to carry out Brennan’s targeted extrajudicial assassinations of people from any country, including the United States.[6]
According to CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou, who exposed the CIA torture program, “It was Avril that decided whether it was legal to incinerate someone from the sky. We know that in almost all cases, she said it was legal to put these names on the kill list, and people were subsequently killed by drone, including American citizens.” Kiriakou said she regularly approved the drone bombings that killed not only suspected terrorists but also entire families, including children, who died as collateral damage.[7]
In the spring of 2013, Obama nominated Haines to serve as Legal Adviser of the Department of State,[8] but withdrew the nomination to appoint her as deputy director of the CIA, a position note requiring Senate confirmation.[9] Haines replaced Michael Morell.[10] The office of the deputy director is not subject to Senate confirmation.
In 2015, the CIA illegally hacked the computers of the Senate Intelligence Committee to thwart the Committee’s investigation into the spy agency’s torture program. According to CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou, when discovered, Haines not only shielded the hackers from accountability but even awarded them the Career Intelligence Medal.
When the exhaustive 6,000-page Senate Intelligence Committee report on torture was finally complete, after five years of investigation and research, Haines took charge of redacting it, reducing the document to a 500-page, black-ink-smeared summary.[11]
The first week after Peter Strzok formally began the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Donald Trump, FBI director James Comey met with President Obama in the Oval Office for a private one-on-one meeting. Susan Rice, Haines and Lisa Monaco began convening meetings in the White House Situation Room, which would later be referred to as “Deputies Meetings”. These meetings were initially attended by John Brennan, James Clapper, Comey and Loretta Lynch. Vice President Joe Biden eventually joined the Deputies Meetings.[12]
The Crossfire Hurricane investigation team, in conjunction with a number of agents at the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) under US Attorney Dana Boente, reported to Brennan’s Working Group,[13] including the CIA. During this time, they investigated the four main targets of Crossfire Hurricane, George Papadopoulos, Carter Page, Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort and they also investigated Roger Stone as part of their expanded WikiLeaks investigation.
