[May 15, 1937 (Prague) – Mar 23, 2022 (DC)] Jewish born 64th US Secretary of State and a deep state operative and ruthless politician. Albright is listed by ISGP as the most connected and powerful woman of all time[1] ahead of her close friend Hillary Clinton. Albright was a crucial advisor to Bill Clinton for pushing for NATO intervention in the Kosovo war.[2] On 12 May 1996, she defended UN sanctions against Iraq on a 60 Minutes segment in which Lesley Stahl asked her: “We have heard that a half million children have died. I mean, that’s more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?” Albright responded: “I think this is a very hard choice, but the price – we think the price is worth it.”

Her family was Jewish. During World War II, out of fear for the family’s safety, her parents converted to Roman Catholicism. They raised their children as Catholics and never told them of their Jewish heritage.a

Albright started in Washington D.C after being recruited by Phi Beta Kappa-member and US senator Ed Muskie. Albright was appointed US Ambassador to the United Nations, her first diplomatic post, shortly after Bill Clinton was inaugurated.

In 1996, Albright launched Operation Orient Express[6] with Richard Clarke, Michael Sheehan, and James Rubin to coup the U.N. and replace secretary-general Boutros Boutros-Ghali, who refused the US to lend them UN help in intervening in the Rwandan Genocide, even after Albright was instructed by elements in the Clinton administration to not intervene in Rwanda and back down Black operations involvement.[7] Boutros-Ghali became a political scapegoat in the United States after a wrong Somalian military intervention, making Albright seemingly the one to go against earlier White House instructions. After the US members threatened to keep the session is deadlock indefinitely, Boutros-Ghali cancelled the contest for a second term and became the only UN Secretary-General ever to be even denied a second term. The group of 4 event went further into the night and fought a four-round veto duel with France, to force them accept Kofi Annan as the next secretary-general. In his memoirs, Clarke remarked “the entire operation had strengthened Albright’s hand in the competition to be Secretary of State in the second Clinton administration”.[8]

Albright was a investor with Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild, and George Soros in a $350 million investment firm named Helios Towers Africa, to buy or build thousands of mobile phone towers in Africa.[9]
